Anissa and her team initially do well with earning your business as a first time customer. However, once you are a regular recurring customer and the commissions are not as high and the rates increase drastically...her team begin to give you that typical insurance spill about how environmental, area, and legal factors affect rates..even though you have never been involved in an accident..This is when you play the insurance game and go be a new customer elsewhere and get the best rates yet again. One of her employees, Adrian, does not return calls and likes to bs you on the phone. Its the typical insurance money game and I hope most people know that you must shop around every couple of years. Glad to move on.

My initial experiences with Anissa were great. She answered my questions well and I felt confident I had good insurance. With my first claim last year, I ran into nothing but roadblocks and frustrations. The frustrations were not Anissa, but the claims agents and customer service department. The claims adjuster tried twice to deny my claim but I contact Anissa and she stepped in and proved to the adjuster that I was covered for the claim. For that experience, Id give Anissa five stars. Unfortunately, the claims process dragged on for months, the adjuster made the entire experience awful. I contacted Anissas office several times after that but never got a call back. If you want a good claims experience, which is the reason why we have insurance, Id look elsewhere. Ive switched to another provider.

Their insurance is very expensive. I pay $589 a mth for 2 cars, paid for one with full coverage and I switched to state farm and added another vehicle and renters insurance and now I only pay 247 a mth. Big difference!!
