This by far one of the WORST insurance companies that have the non pleasure of dealing with. Some of the claims adjustor have the nasty attitude and I know this is not good for business. Good to go insurance had gone to the DOG literally. Dont get this insurance ever if you could. Word to the wise.

Ive been with this company for over 9yrs. Customer service is superior. Cost of my policies are very reasonable for my 5 cars. If youre looking for reasonable prices and just quotes.... Give them a try!!!! But please note that there are different branches of this company and not all states the same. I love my Georgia location!!! So please check your reviews in each state.

Paid for a policy. Policy never came. Nor was a policy made available to print online. Attempted to contact customer service, no answer and no return call back. Contacted my financial institution and cancelled payment, all of the sudden a policy shows up in the mail after cancelled payment. A few months or so later a collection agency sends me a bill for 50 bucks.In which I do not plan to pay for something that was never even recieved or even used. -1 star rate.

You spend atleast an hour on hold to speak to a customer service rep, if you dont pay bill on exact due date your charged ten dollars which is not the norm for well known insurance companies. Verbiage in their letters when payment on time are hilariously unfriendly. So in a nut shell if you just pay your bill on time your good, if you need them beyond this I recommend getting a pedicure while your on hold for about an hour.

My daughter was driving one of our vehicles and insured with them. However, for some reason the State of Alabama says the policy is invalid. Contacted agent who sent us a letter saying it is in fact valid. the problem is they will not contact the state directly. I sent the letter to the state and they sent it back saying good2go/omni had to contact them directly. It has been 6 months. we have called and faxed. I believe my daughter emailed and stil refuse to confirm the policy is valid so the state will not reinstate registration. This is beyond ridiculous.

Terrible service we were at dealer buying a new car they set us up with new very exspensive insurance, charged our credit card, sent documents to be signed and returned (after we called and hounded them to send them) and then........closed without sending us proof of insurance they were aware of our situation sitting at the dealer. I mean how can you buy a car without proof of insurance.The rep we spoke to could have said hey we close in 5 mins, this is how you can go about getting proof of insurance or hey we close in 5 mins Ill stay on the phone with you while you sign so I know when you send back and I can get the proof of insurance to you before we close just poor customer service all the way around.

Worst experience ever!!! Was hit from behind by one of their insureds (on May 24, 2016). Their insured lied and said somebody hit her and forced her to hit my car. That never happened!!!!! Now, they say their insured is not co-operating so I am still waiting for them to pay for my car and my medical expenses. Its been over four months and they are still investigating my claim. My only alternative is to seek legal counsel. This company is worthless!!

They lied to me about the other person having insurance because they didnt want to pay because my son was injured. Then they kept giving me email addresses that came back fake wouldnt give me a superiors name and eventually stopped Answering my calls altogether. Had to hire Ken Nugent. He fixed them. Wouldnt reccommend them for any reason. For your own monetary and life safety...get Your insurance with someone better. Like progressive or geicko. Anything but omni.

This company is horrible! I can never get a hold of them for my open claim. I have no problem making a payment. Anytime you have money for them they will do whatever needed to get the payment.I had an accident that wasnt my fault and they either refuse to pay for treatment or take months to pay the treatment providers which puts the payment on me. I have left up to 4 messages for the lady handling my claim and it still took OVER a week to call me back. Then I get a call at 4:30 am, and of course I am sleeping at this time so I miss the call. I return their call only to leave 4 more messages to the same person handling my claim, and it took 2 more weeks to get a call back.My advice, never get your insurance through these people!!! If you already do, change companys before you get in an accident because they have poor customer service.I also recently tried to switch my insurance to a new car I bought a month ago. I was told they couldnt do that over the phone and to fax the information in. I did this a month ago and still no insurance on my car! Poor, poor, poor customer service!Good luck to everyone that has to deal with their company.

I have been a customer with Omni Insurance company for a very long time. Over 10 years. I have paid them close to 12,000$ in payments, with only one accident that caused very minor damage to a vehicle in my blind spot that was to my rear. The only thing this insurance company helps itself to, is your pocketbook and bank account. I recently got in a 10mph rear end accident then my car was attacked by the occupants with weapons. Extra damaged to my vehicle happened during my escape from the violent pursuers. Omni Insurance company is refusing to fix my vehicle even though I have been a long time customer and have almost always made my payments on time. As far as I am concerned, this company is nothing more than a scam. I thought insurance companies were supposed to help their clients, instead of making excuses, talking over and interrupting them, then making excuses to protect obviously violent criminals. I am going to find a new insurance company. I suggest everyone take their money elsewhere.

It has taken over 7 weeks to get an offer on my vehicle that was totaled.... be prepared to wait. The Total Loss Supervisor, Stacy, told me You are not our customer so it will take a long time. My primary adjuster was kind and equitable (just slow). BE PREPARED FOR A BAD OFFER BASED UPON BAD INFORMATION. Their market report deducted $951 from the value of my trade without any basis. When I tried to explain this to Stacy, she refused to listen and told me, I dont know what Im talking about. This is simple - a third grader can read the report. They just refuse to be reasonable. BE PREPARED! IF POSSIBLE, GET AN ATTORNEY.

I despise this insurance company so much. Recently, my car has been hit by a foolish client of theirs and it seems like they have quite a reputation with not attending the claims. I cant believe how ignorant and rude this insurance is with attending non-clients. Seeing as how I was not the reckless driver, this is not fair to me. Worst auto insurance ever. After filling a claim I was the one having to call them. They never return your calls. Took just about a month to get a check to get my car fixed. It was a nightmare! Absolutely horrible. If you are reading this do not give any of your money to this company. While filing a claim I have not received a single call back. I have had several people hang up on me when trying to get their names. So bad that my claims representative was so crazy that she told me to just scrap my vehicle before she had even looked at the police report! The most unprofessional insurance company Ive ever dealt with and for anyone still reading I am just trying to save you time, money, and headaches.

They managed to send customer a title on a vehicle that we currently have(they say by their mistake) have been trying to contact this company for over a year about a claim and all they do is be rude and try to transfer you quick. They have switched adjusters several times, you wont know it until you have to call to check on claim. No one seems to know what they are doing and tried speaking with supervisor and being told not able to... wow DONT EVER GET INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY

I had my vehicle in the repair shop after their insured rear ended me. They would only allow use of a rental for 3 weeks even after explaining that my vehicle was still undergoing repair. The WORST! Called multiple times only to be forwarded to a line that doesnt open till 10am what kind of hours are those. Furthermore, customer service reps are all RUDE! For no reason. Stay away from Good2Go insurance (Good2GO and American Independence Company are all under OMNI insurance). I called because I had a problem with my policy, they refuse to help me. AND, the supervisor/manager refuses to come on the phone to fix the problem. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Dont waste your time with these people.

They insured a drunk driver that hit my parked car on December 5th 2015 at 2:45am. My car was totaled by the person that they insure. It is February 5th 2016 today. I am still waiting for them to finalize the claim and pay the amount to my financing company to pay off the car. They already sent me the total loss paperwork and I have sent it back to them. All they need to do is pay for the loss that their drunk driver that they insured caused. They are putting me off and not even calling me back when I call. The other day they sent me a letter saying that it is going to take another 45 days to complete my claim. They are horrible!!!!!!!

Their assistance for patients sucks. I waited for 25 minutes on the phone only to have Allison answer and place me back on hold for another 5 minutes. Comes back to the phone very rude and when I told her she was rude and asked for her name she said my name is Allison with two LLs as if to be sarcastic. Very poor company and I am very unsure as to why I decided to go with them. Wait time on a Monday is usually longer than normal considering the time in between business hours but this is ridiculous. They are not advocates for their customers thats for sure.

I was rear ended by a driver who was covered under Omni Insurance. Long story short, my experience with Omni insurance started out much like the other reviews i read on here, it was very hard to reach someone in claims to put the claim in and I even visited their Atlanta location and was turned away and referred back to the claims line. I did finally get thru to claims and got my claim on file. I was assigned a claims adjuster by the name of Lasheena High, and from that moment forward my experience was EXCELLENT. Ms High was timely, responsive, and even went over and above to accommodate my needs and offer assistance in areas that presented added challenges during the claim finalization. I was provided excellent service, right up to the end. The estimate was fair and I could not have been more please with the professional manner in which this claim was handled, AND I WAS NOT PAID TO GIVE MY REVIEW. I would like to give a really big THANK YOU to Ms Lasheena High, for your diligence , attentiveness, and prompt handling of my claim. I have a much better view of Omni insurance due to my experience with this claim!

Stay away from this company. Signed up for auto-pay and they didnt draft my payment, which made me lapse and suspended my licence.Theyre phone menu doesnt have a button to directly contact customer support. You have to go to a different menu to get someone on phone to transfer you. Hold times for customer service is usually 30 minutes to a couple hours and sometimes disconnects when you are holding.I canceled my insurance with them and was expecting a refund back within the 14 days by law that they had to return it. Waited 16 days and still no refund. Called, waited an hour, finally got someone on the phone and apparently there is nothing in the file stating the refund was even sent. THIS INSURANCE COMPANY IS A SCAM! This is absolutely the worst company ive ever done business with EVER. And ive had some pretty crappy business deals.Even if its the cheapest rate you can get it is not worth the headache and you are better off paying more than to deal with this rip off company.

Body shops !!! Beware. First it took them nearly 2 weeks to look at this truck. 2nd, They use only aftermarket JUNK! I have a truck that the parts wont fit right. I bought OEM to show them the difference. They refuse to switch them to OEM! No one answers calls. No one returns calls promptly. Sad that I have to give them a 1 star to post this.

Was recently in an auto accident that was a hit and run and the insurance company has done nothing but add more stress! Worst experience ever! I got insurance through here and the first 3 payments auto drafted as I set up. The most recent did not. I called a few days later to see what issue was. THEY CANCELLED MY INSURANCE!!! They said my license was suspended! I go to the DMV, and IT IS NOT SUSPENDED! I THEN wait an hour on the phone just to be told it would have to go through rewriting and would most likely be a higher premium because it cancelled. THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT!!! I was told to fax in some documents and it should be fixed in 72 hours. I have to be able to drive! Never deal with the people!! LONG WAITS JUST TO SPEAK TO A PERSON!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!theyre the worse insurance company I have ever been incontact with in my entire life. they took almost four months to complete my claim leaving me in a rental car for 3 months totaling $2,500 and they only paid 500. everytime I try to contact someone to ask about extending the rental they told me Ill be good. my car was in the body shop due to collision damage, taking approximately 5 days to complete. my car was fixed for three months before Body Shop received their check I have almost $2,000 in storage fees, that was $25 a day for every day that the car was ready for pick up but insurance had not sent check yet. the appraiser was rude her manager was rude no one ever gave me any information over the phone and I even try to go to location but they dont let you go in their office so I couldnt talk to anyone there either. 4 months of not knowing what was going on with my car but everytime I drive down the street I got to see it sitting in front of the body shop ready to be picked up. they sent papers to my house that they were supposed to send to the body shop and sent papers to the body shop that they were supposed to send to me, I believe that they did different silly things to stall my claim. not only were they rude to me, when the body shop called them they caught an attitude for no reason was rude and said derogatory things to the body shop owner I was really surprised when I was told that because I thought this was a professional insurance company but I was wrong. I can go on for days for several other things they have done negatively to me within the last 6 months I strongly suggest no ones going with this insurance company. if you value your car and your body while you drive it do not insure your car with them theyre rude unprofessional unhelpful unsympathetic. Omni or good to go or whatever there calling themselves now has got to be the worst insurance company i have ever delt with. After 2 weeks of the run around waiting on getting my car out of the shop from one of there clients. They told me today you wont get a partial check for atleast 2 months and since im from Pennsylvania they seen cases like this that took a year or two. Then i called my insurance company Traveler and they wont even answer my phone call at all. I am stranded at my house no way of getting to work or get food as my money is all most all gone. So were contacting a lawyer tomorrow to sue them . The damage is less then 1300 to get my car fixed and they are in no hurry to help. The car is fixed and the garage is waiting on there payment. This is a game to them to keep all there money and the people suffer. Dont let me say i told you so..... BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! I dont care how cheap they are, its just not worth it. Go with a more reputable insurance company. I personally have Geico and by far they are a million times better and more professional than these people working for Omni. Some of you may have had a bad experience with Geico or other big name insurance companies, but I am telling you, IT IS NOTHING compared to what you will experience with Omni. There is a VERY good reason why they have only ONE STAR!!!! Seeing as how the accident was not my fault in any way, I figured it would be best to deal with the other parties’ insurance company directly for my damages (Omni). What a mistake that was. If you have collision coverage with another insurance company, are involved in an accident with someone who has Omni insurance, GO THRU YOUR OWN INSURANCE!!! Let them handle dealing with Omni directly for the damages and for your deductible. If you were injured in the accident, seeking a bodily injury/pain and suffering settlement for lost wages, medical bills etc. HIRE AN ATTORNEY!!! I am a very easy going individual and from the time I answered Omni’s phone call, it was as if they wanted to start an argument from the very start. Your company is the WORST. customer service SUCKS this company feels like i owe them something when i talk to them . i got hit by one of there insured drivers called the police and officer spoke to the other driver she admits it was her fault officer gave her a ticket. I then called omni to file the claim they saying my words against there insured driver. This happend in January it is now the end of April been calling no answer and when i do get someone they gave me the run around they took my car from the pound and still i have not receive a check for my car which i think that is stealing because they have not reached out to me yet about it. so i called them again got some lady name ms Garcia and Gail Powell since i heard the guy that was taking care of my case i think his name is trent is not there no more. which they did not even know they had my car. (they must not be too smart) all this info should be in my file, thats if the company cares .I under stand that its a business and you want to have all the right info before you give out money but if you receive everything you ask for and still dealing with people as if they are a piece of S--T its been 3 month it does not take that long . This company is so wrong with dealing with people i could understand if IM wrong but i was not . This company needs some soul searching and think about if it was them in the same situation would they like to be treated like this or there family . I wish i could of post this message with out giving a star because THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT. If anyone reads this and wants insurance from them please go to a another company it is not worth the stress they may be cheap but you get what you pay for .

I have been a client of OMNI Insurance Group since 2 years ago.My policy number is 4220844. I used to pay my liability auto insurance premium every 6 months to the Agent of OMNI Insurance company(Woods Financial Services).The first time i signed up i paid $294 for 6 months. After that the premium continued to increase to the extent now it reached $376.12 for 6 months. Therefore i would like to inform you that i want to cancel my insurance as of 07/24/2015. I share the frustrations of others. I was hit by someone with this coverage. I am still waiting for an appraisal that will cover the estimate from the body shop, which will be the 3rd time getting the appraiser to come out and then the wait for several days to get it! Heading in to my 2nd weekend without my truck back and no end in sight for getting appropriate repairs.

The WORST company EVER!!!!!!! Its been 4 months and I still dont have a rental. ALL the staffs are rude and disrespectful. They are very hard to get in contact with after youve filed your accident claim. They rarely return phone calls. They basically leave you dry and expect for you to eventually get tired of waiting on them and file with your own insurance company!!!

Totaled my vehicle due to one of their drivers negligence. Paid me less then half of what my car is worth! At first told me they would not cover storage fees which cost 2,000 dollars because they did not want to accept liability for a claim that was obviously their drivers fault. I had the worst experience and adjuster ever Shelby Mcdonald. She was very dishonesty. She got two estimates on my vehicle done by two different companies and completely disgaurded the one that was actually right. My claim was transferd to the total loss department thank god they did not take out the money for storage fees because Shelby Mcdonald already robbed me on estimates. Worst experience of my life I dont understand how these people sleep at night. Pure Fraud.

Omnis Client hit my car in a parking lot. police reported he was at fault. Omni refuses to pay for the proper repair. the car had no damage or repairs needed in the back area, where damaged by there client.they feel that they can screw people by giving them ,what it might take to patch it. But not repair it back to the former condition before there client ran into it.Omni is the worst cheating company I have ever dealt with. They think they can get away with whatever they want to. when there written apprasials dont even come close to reality.there prices are from the 1950 s. they must have back yard hobos giving them qoutes. and could care less of what it actually cost to fix the DAMAGE that THERE CLIENTS cost the public, with the enibilty to drive a car. they Rate lower then any trash company around.I hope Gail Curry and Jody Richard sleep well after what they do daily.

Aweful insurance company. Insured a vehicle that was already insured, then didnt want to refund the money (violation of federal law and state law to double insure a vehicle I am sure). Charged $80 per day for insurance on a 14 year old car.... $80 PER DAY. Thats $2400 per month for an average month. DO NOT GET INSURED WITH THIS COMPANY! Fraudulent at best.

Ditto to what everyone else said. Accident happened a month ago. Omni is other persons ins company. No returned calls for 3 weeks. finally got a rental car for 9 days but will be cut short because of Christmas. They finally sent our check and noone will cash it until jan 2nd or pay almost $100 to get it cashed. They will not extend rental untill we get money. will not reimburse to cash. Will not give lost wages since we have had no car. Calls were not returned in a timely manner. was hung up on when being transferred. When finally transferred, reached voicemails. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I love my geico!

I wish I could give this company negative stars. Feb 11th a guy runs a red light and hits me. I cant get a hold of omni until the 14th or so because they are stationed in Atlanta and they got a 1/16th inch of snow and the whole state shut down for almost a week. Got an estimate and everything in the time I could not get in contact with them. When I finally got a hold of them I gave them the information of what happened and of course the guy driving the car wasnt the insured driver on the policy. So they had to contact the insured person and see if this guy had permission to drive the car. There were 2 people in the car at the time and I gave both of their info. Its been almost 3 months and still nothing. They keep saying theyre sending certified letters and yadda yadda. I must have called them 15 times in this time period. The insurance adjuster called me maybe once this whole time and sent 1 letter saying they needed more time. So finally we filed a complaint with the pa department of insurance and whalah, we have a letter saying it has been completed and theyre going to take 80% of fault. THE GUY RAN A RED LIGHT. Also says they finally got in touch with the insured party which isnt even the person they have been trying to contact, it was someone that was in the car the date of the accident and I gave them her information. That was on April 25th. Now it is May 5th and we get another letter dated April 30th saying they need more time to complete the investigation. . . . . After saying it was completed. And of course they have not responded to any of my 6 calls I have made since I received that letter on the 25th. If you get into an accident with someone who has omni just drive away. Its not worth the headache. The adjuster told me theyre a secondary company that offers rates to people who normally could not get insurance. And that if the party does not contact him back they can just drop the case haha. Omni however would be a good company to have because you can get into a thousand accidents and just never respond to them and they magically go away I guess. Getting ready to contact an attorney.

Today I was sideswiped by a female driver while waiting in the center turn lane. We exchanged information and she stated her insurance was Omni Insurance.We tried to contact the insurance company via their internet listed phone numbers and, even on their stated 24 hour claim phone number the menu listings were circular and ended in This call cannot be completed at this time. BEWARE!!!
