Completely unprofessional, rude and incompetent, His office told me I did not have to add my son to my insurance if if I accepted that Allstate was not responsible for any accident he may have which I accepted. Three months later they asked me to pay over $1200 including the insurance fee for the three months that my son did not drive because of the instructions they game me. Instead of accepting their false advice to me they have accused me of lying, bullying etc. And AllState Corporates answer was that they could do nothing because the advice I was given was oral. KEEP AWAY!
