Couple of things! One price is GREAT compared to others. More reasonable and not expensive.Every time,I had a problem, they were quick and made things so easier for me. Never made me feel stressed handling claims. Had everything settled, literally hassle-free, and lastly great customer service! Thank you.

I filled out a job application and received a call a few days later. I was excited to be presented with a new opportunity as anyone would be who is on the job market. My interview was scheduled at 11 am and I showed up to my interview 15 mins early the interviewer did not show up until 11:30.. once he finally got back to the office to proceed with my interview we sat down and i expected to go through a normal interview instead he was on his computer/phone and not paying me any mind as i was sitting in his face. He asked me ONE question which was “so tell me about yourself” i answered his question and he did not respond he said “I’m sorry i just have to send this email out” like excuse me?? Then he asked if i was licensed and i told him no and he asked if i wanted to pay to get licensed and i wasn’t prepared to spend that kind of money just out the blue and i told him that. and he says “alright well thats it” and hands me his business card and tells me to reach back out when I’m ready to pay. What frustrates me the most is that NO WHERE in the job description does it state you need to be licensed or have any specific qualifications other than a high school diploma..this is for a customer service representative position. I’m also frustrated with the fact that i had to wait over 30 mins for someone who clearly doesn’t care enough to be punctual then to turn around and have a very vague interview that lasted all of 2 mins and 30 seconds is ridiculous. I live 1hr and 30 mins from this job. I’m looking to relocate that’s why i applied but i feel like i completely wasted my time and gas coming to this interview.

Switched insurance to Allstate for the first time and got a great deal. The next month my bill went up $100. When I called to inquire why no one could answer and kept saying I would get a call back. Finally after unresponsiveness to my question of why my bill went up I requested to have the policy canceled. I emailed the request to Jack and got my confirmation letter that the policy was canceled and I was due a refund. It’s over a month later from my policy being canceled and I keep you getting phone calls from their billing department to collect an outstanding balance on a canceled policy. I have yet to get my funds refunded. I contacted jack via email to see why I’m getting calls and no reply. Beware of this company.

This location is fraudulent, I called them to shop for insurance when I bought my house. I went with another company and they ended up putting the insurance in my name with out permission.The manager Jacques Presendieu was very rude and unprofessional, guess he was rude because I caught his fraudulent act. I will be taken legal action on this location due to this act.

If I could leave a 0 stars on this agency I totally would. Very unprofessional and I highly do not recommend using this agency as it’s name is very deceiving and completely does not correlate with the service i received

My car premium went from 65 dollars to 75 within 3 months on a 2006 car that only has liability insurance I am not happy about that
