Today, I had THEE BEST experience dealing with an insurance agent. I initially contacted Roishina Henderson and she quickly referred me over to Sherri Chapman to give me an auto quote. Sherri was extremely patient with me and took the time to get me an affordable auto/homeowners quote with all the possible discounts that I qualified for. I dont need anything from my insurance company often, but when I do, it has always been a terrible experience with this office. They rarely answer the phone, and when you leave a voicemail, they rarely return your call. The staff gives different answers to questions based off of who you speak with, and if they have to dig deeper into a question you can pretty much guarantee they wont ever get back to you. I switched agents.

During a recent claim, Virginia went out of her way to help resolve an issue with another insurance company. Before that same claim was closed, another representative named India called to check and make sure everything was being handled smoothly.
