Since 1996 we have been a customer of Lisa’s State Farm. We insure Home, Cars (and car financing), Life, etc. Our criteria when selecting/staying with an insurance company are: 1. Responsive when you need them (i.e., claims are paid quickly) 2. Friendly and accessible staff. On both accounts this office is fantastic! Always on our side looking for the best solution for you. They give great advice on Policy choices to save you money. BTW, a gift card has not influenced our review! After 24 years of superb service, we recommend them 100%. With or without a gift card!

The reason they have so many 5 star reviews is because they send emails offering gift cards if you leave a 5 star review. I’ve been a customer for 10 years at least, and the only time I needed them in last five, it was very difficult to get in contact with anyone. I got a new car and the rates were higher than my previous vehicle, so I got some quotes from other companies. Several of them gave me lower prices, so I called and left messages with this agency with the intention of discussing my rates. No one called me back. I had to keep calling and finally got someone who said they’d get back to me with possible discounts. Then that rep never called me back. That same rep sent me an email requesting a 5 star review for a visa gift card. Uh, no.

Lisa has always provided personalized service ensuring that I get the best rates and most appropriate products throughout all my life changes: having kids, divorce, bad driving record, good driving record, etc. Highly recommend!

I called Angel Coco from StateFarm Insurance to inquire about business Insurance. She informed me that she wasn’t sure if they dealt in that area of insurance. But, that she would find out, and, get back to me. Angel inquired as to whether or not StateFarm sold business insurance. Angel regretfully emailed me to notify me that StateFarm did not offer business insurance. But, that she had included with her email brokers that specialized in Business Insurance, and followed up the email with a phone call. Angel, thank you so very much for all of your help.

When we lived in Marietta, Ga. We had Lisa for 13 years and she was always just a phone call away. We recommended her to everyone that moved here with Brown Forman. We were transferred to Florida I have never called to cancel my home owners insurance! I thought the sale of the home cancelled it. I received a call from Lisa asking the date of our closing.
