Philip Jackson was very helpful. He recently helped me with resolve an issue in a very timely manner. He maintained open lines of communication, he replied promptly to emails and called me multiple times to discuss the issue. He also tirelessly followed up with the SC DMV to ensure the matter was taken care of - very helpful!

Real lazy people! BE CARE WITH THIS AGENT! Once you paid to them, they will never answer your calls again! Dave Simpson, make me spend $2000 on my small townhouse which I SHOULD NEVER pay that much!! I have a townhouse and the HOA is coved the outside dwelling, since I am the fist time home buyer, I didnt know how much I should buy for dwelling coverage, but this GuY Dave Simpson Jr, he sold me a $300,000 dwelling coverage, which I paid him $1700, for a small townhouse and for two years, now I cancel all the policy with them, and my new State Farm agent helped me get one year homeowner insurance is only $440!!! So this guy Dave Simpson Jr he doesnt care other people, I will say he is a l..er. if you are a new homeowner, go with anyone else but NOT HIM!! NO to Dave Simpson Jr!!

Im in a domestic dispute and I have 2 policies, separate address 4 each with this agency. The representative, first name Precious, called my soon to be ex-husband, whose name is not on the policy but merely on the lender paperwork for the house, and gave him the address for my apartment. This is a breach of privacy especially with the policies being separate. The owner, Dave Simpson, only apologized and acted as if I was going overboard. If my husband decides to go against the RO, now he can find me.

Ive been a statefarm customer for 14 years, and the folks at Dave Simpson Statefarm have done right by me.

BEWARE!!Do not take out any policies with David Simpson because he will take advantage of you.I took out a homeowners policy for $100,000.00 and although he filed a claim with State Farm, I never received the insurance payment.
