Tony and his staff have incredible follow through on what they tell you. Most insurance carriers do NOT even return your call, but Tony actually gives his customers his cell number in case you need him after business hours. I highly recommend him at the best insurance agent around.

I had a very minor claim while I was driving in the States in rainy weather on a wet road. I live out of the country and called Tony Carzoli later at his office. He immediately took control and called the main office and took care of all the paperwork and provided excellent advice towards the settlement of the claim. I was unable to reach an 800 number from where I reside (the DR) and Tonys help was greatly appreciated. Tony informed me that I had accident forgiveness and had not had a claim for over 15 years, This information was unknown to me but that is why I use Allstate: to cover me and watch my back even if I am unaware of all that they do. My entire claim incurred no out of pocket expense to me and should not affect my continued relationship with Allstate. Yea. Oh, and by the way, should any additional claim expenses result from this accident, I will still be covered. Hats off to Allstate and Tony Carzoli.
