A few years ago I went to this agency to purchase a small policy for my Macbook, I had the pleasure of dealing with a lady named Debbie and she was so amazing, knowledgeable and helpful I always remembered her...fast forward 3 years and I found myself in need of bundled policies for my condo and auto, so I went back to them. Just like before, they were amazing! A little over a year ago I requested to add home systems protection to my insurance plan and they said they would handle it. Thinking that the matter was taken care of I went to file a claim today because my hot water heater went out and they stated that it was never added. Furthermore, this is the second time where they have stated they would do something and it simply just falls through the cracks. This has cost me both unwanted stress, time, and money that could have simply been avoided if they did what they said they would do. It is sad that you have to double and triple check behind people to do what they say they will. I will be finding a new insurance company. This is beyond ridiculous! Find another agent!

When I called to rectify the situation, he became increasingly hostile and belligerent. The situation could have been solved with a simple, calm conversation. Awful. Stay away. State Farm dropped me after the ice storm of last year after 30 years of home insurance. Quentin could not overturn it.In addition, they have continued to bill me for home insurance despite repeated, repeated calls and promises of refunds.Finally, they failed to report the correct Vin number to my Ford Truck, once when I first purchased the truck - and they promised to correct it and then subsequently a year later, I was ticketed for no insurance and no registration when they failed to correct the error.Sorry, this is not the company to do business with.
