I needed proof a claim had been paid spoke to Emileigh Cheney in less than 5 minutes she emailed me what I needed. I was expecting to be transferred 5 times and told to wait fir a call back. Top notch customer service. Keep it up.

Called in to start up some insurance this week. Emileigh up front had such a warm and positive energy to her. She made me feel right at home, and directed me to the right place very kindly, as well as answered any questions I had. She is the kind of person you want to hear when you are doing business over the phone.

I am very disappointed with the way my concerns were handled. One of my policy was canceled and I did not know anything about it until I reached out. Money was received for premium payment and then returned. Vehicle was moved from one policy to another without notice until I called. There has been one issue after the next with this office and there was no resolution, at the end of the day I had to shop for a new policy and now even pay lapse of coverage because of their negligence. Ericka was very helpful but there is not much she can personally do, I do appreciate her for her efforts though.

I spoke with Emileigh & Chris today about questions with my account & they were both so friendly & knowledgeable! They really took the time to answer my questions and make sure that I had everything I needed. So glad I have them for my auto and renters insurance!

L was transferred to Brandon Wine Agency because my State Farm agent retired.l though Mr Wine would have called me personally to introduce himself, but he did not. l then left numerous messages on different voice mail calls.Nobody ever personally answered the phones and l never ever got a return call. In frustration l wrote on this Web site, on the contact page and then a lady contacted me and l explained that l would like Mr Wine to contact me personally and was promised he would.As of todays date l have not heard from him or his office again.Very disappointed!

I was greatly surprised with this Statefarm office. They felt more like a hometown insurance agency, than just another branch office location in a big city trying to make money off you. It didnt seem like they just wanted your business they wanted to make a friendship. I came out of the office with the biggest smile on my face. I dont understand why all of a sudden my statements stopped coming in the mail. Ive had this problem for the last two months and Carmen is putting it on the Postal service. I like to know whats coming out of my account. I like getting a statement and not via email. If im having problems with my statements just imagine me having problems getting the insurance cards. Im happy with state farm but not the people ive had to deal with in the office. My address nothing has changed and its frustrating having to call and explain but not getting no help besides email I like papermail. Ill be talking to another office and/or shopping for insurance since I cant get the customer service that im paying for.
