I’ve been very happy working with Mark and his team, they’re always very responsive.

Ive had Mark as my agent for 5+ years. I recently got married and we decided to transfer my policy to my wifes agent, who has been with their family for 20+ years. After 4 phone calls and promises that the policy would be transferred when Mark is back, the policy still isnt transferred after 4 months. Its unfortunate this review is happening as it is, but I would suggest going with a more honest, courteous, and upfront State Farm agent.

I have two policies through this place and everything about their customer service and interactions has been top quality. Specifically try to work with JaVon, shes an incredibly helpful person. I had some changes to make to my homeowners and auto insurance, Javon Thomas checked my policies to insure I was getting the most discounts, emailed me everything I needed to sign so wouldnt have come in the office. Never spoke with Mark after I got my coverage, someone from customer service always answered the phone, and I have called multiple times. Unsure how an insurance agent is too busy to answer the phone. I signed up for the safe driver discount, which requires me to have a Bluetooth device in my car. My insurance has gone up every month since, even though Mark told me it could only discount my rate. I have not had one wreck... Cant discuss this with Mark since he doesnt answer the phone. All in all the discount is a scam and never once received a discount from it. At the end of the day this is all for a hypothetical situation and if that situation, a wreck, has not occurred I SHOULD NOT BE PAYING EXTRA EVERY MONTH!! On top of that when I get my bill with an increase it is not noted anywhere what the increase is for. So thanks for robbing me of my money Sate Farm.

This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This man Mark Pritchard yelled at me, told me I could only speak to him since this was “his” business and he was the owner, and on top of all that he told to CANCEL my policy with State Farm and then proceeded to hang up on me. If you currently have State Farm I highly urge you to change agents, and if you’re considering them, DONT! They will not treat you well and will give you a ton of problems each month!
