Upon meeting Bryant he was a nice agent but it was after it was an error on my billing he was rude. The price was higher than stated and Bryant response to me was “Ms Baker that’s your bill” and I took it as disrespect and we had an argument, he hung up the phone in my face, I called StateFarm office and requested an agent change and let them know Bryant attitude is rude bc I’m your customer and because you made a mistake doesn’t mean I don’t have the right to be upset especially when you aren’t correcting the issue, but StateFarm took care of the issue and my bill actually went back to being what it was suppose to be in the beginning. I would recommend StateFarm BUT I wouldn’t recommend Bryant. This interaction was months ago but I’m just now being able to leave a review

Always great customer service with everybody there. I’m a little upset that my insurance went up because people want to hit my car but the process of getting it prepared & obtaining a rental exceeded my expectations. One thing that almost made me scream was that State Farm uses Hertz for car rental. Once I informed State Farm of the issues with Hertz they allowed me to use Enterprise with no hassle. Awesome team there!!!!
