I blew a tire right outside the office and one of the kind gentleman inside, John, came outside to see if I was okay. He offered water and helped me prep the tire change before someone was able to bring more tools. He refused any compensation for the assistance and waited with me although it was past closing time. The staff here clearly goes above and beyond for everyone- not just paying customers.

Such amazing people! I have been with State Farm a few years now through multiple moves, vehicles, and a wreck and they have been a tremendous help every time. Its so relieving knowing that I have one less thing to worry about if things go wrong. I even look forward to our calls every time I have to call about anything because not only do they solve the problem, but they treat you like a valuable customer when they do. Our household joke is that James in the office is an honorary family member. I would highly recommend this office to all who are looking for quality, affordability, and superior customer service.

I have been with State Farm in many states. This by far was the worst service. I got a call instead of an email every time i sent an email with a question. Even though, I stated I preferred to be emailed. I got a bill for my renters insurance 2 months later after I thought it was taken out of my leftover escrow. I asked to get emails and not mail. That didnt happen. I got sent two driving app things. Wasnt clear if I had to set up both. It was just very over all poor transition and communication between the agents and whoever is sending bills and checks. Such a waste of my time and a hassle to deal with on top of everything. On top of it all, they were double the price compared to other places in GA but not in Ohio. I would not recommend State Farm in GA. Then once I cancelled, I got a bill in the mail but I canceled that same day. I also did not get emailed receipts after I paid over the phone to know what i was actually paying for. Such a mess.

My family are long-time State Farm customers. When I moved to Atlanta after college, Cheryl was recommended to me and from the start she and her staff have always taken care of me. Cheryl has looked after my rented apartment, owned condo and several cars. One of Cheryls employees, James Godley, is AMAZING! I dont think James has ever met a stranger but at the same time, you know he cares about what you are telling him and he remembers. I HIGHLY recommend Cheryl Parsel and State Farm for all your insurance needs.

After being a loyal customer for 14+ years, this office truly let me down in the end. I called to cancel my policies for homeowners and auto and was told that since my monthly automatic payment was already processed, State Farm couldnt issue a credit. Michael Parsel told me to instate my new coverages with the new (less expensive) companies the following month. Obviously, I wouldnt want to double pay for coverage. Low and behold, the day we spoke is the day my insurance coverages ended. I had no idea until I received a notice from the Georgia Department of Revenue fining me for a LAPSE of liability insurance. While I did receive a partial refund check in the mail from State Farm after about 2 wks of the phone call. I went, unknowingly, without coverage for an entire month. What if I had gotten in an accident or something happened to my home!? Of course, their office is spinning this telephone conversation and says they told me a charge card credit couldnt happen, but a check could be sent. This is not true. I was told since the monthly auto payment was in progress already, that I should wait until the following month to add coverage with my new companies. Shame.

The best state Farm agency I have ever been with. My agent James Godley has always gone above and beyond for my family.I read the other reviews and I can guarantee you the postings are very inacutare Cheryl Parsel state Farm agency to me is the best. I was a long time customer of another agency although state Farm was a little more expensive the gave me more than I could bargain for. Friendly, honest, helpful and if I email after hours I get a call back all the time. They are the best.

Not a good neighbor. 1. We had water damage from a sink into the crawl. Not covered. Our neighbor had the same situation, his insurance (Travelers) covered it.2. We had a car broken into and some valuables stolen, one incident. State farm requires calls two different claims, talking two a minimum of 6 persons (two claim agents, two agents to discuss how to get reimbured and two pesons in Cheryls office to find out how it will affect your rates). All want to know what happened because they do not share this information.3. Our insurnace is suppposed to cover replacement cost. Last year Cheryl was made this a selling point. Your house burns down, we cover replacement cost not devalued. But for the items stolen from my car they asked for the age of the items and then indicated they would devalue it based on age. To get replacement cost you have to first go out of pocket and buy it. How could you afford to do that if your house burned down?Changing insurance before something dramatic happens and we are stuck without the help we have paid 20 years for.
