Not only did City Auto Body Shop have one of the best quotes they by far have the best customer service. Jeff is great and will answer all of your questions. He treats your car like his own and makes sure you leave nothing short of satisfied with the job that was done. My car looks good as new and he even offered a complimentary waxing! I CANNOT RECOMMEND CITY AUTO BODY SHOP ENOUGH TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Jeff told me he could save me some money by cheating my insurance company for collision repairs. My car was at this shop for 2 month when I got it back my engine stalled two days later I had to then buy a new engine costing me 9k. Would not recommend this place, they don’t communicate what’s going on and they deliver false promises. My paint job wasn’t the same as my car and the time it took was ridiculously long.

After visiting 3 different shops for an estimate, City Auto Body was highly recommended. I called, showed up and successfully my car was repaired! There was a lot that happened in the 5 +/- days of getting an estimate from Mr. Jeff, ordering parts, actual repairs, painting and pickup upon completion.Mr. Jeff and the team offered excellent customer service and quality work in a reasonable time.

Went to go pick it up the first time and it was half done so I had to wait another two days. The day I went to pick it up it was mostly done but it was way dirtier than it was when I dropped it off.

Jeff did a fantastic job replacing my back bumper. I dropped it off on Tuesday and it was ready for pickup by Friday. He texted me updates about his work and it looks as good as new. Would absolutely recommend!

What a find? Will does such a fabulous reasonably priced, quick, complete service...but most of all Will and his wife are so nice, helpful and great to work with. A great experience would recommend them to anyone.!

The customer service is outstanding as well as the workmanship. The staff is very professional and courteous. They work with you and dont try and cheat you or RIP you off. You can trust them to do a great job.

I took my car here to get a estimate for collision repair. The owner told me he would look at my car and call me the next day with a run down on the cost for parts and Labour in the repair estimate. Fast forward four days later, I havent heard back from the owner. No calls, no texts, no emails, nothing. So I decided to go to his shop and find out in person what was going on. When I arrived at his shop, I was shocked and terrified to see that the driver side window was busted out of my car. And out the six or seven cars in his lot mines was the only one that seemed to be vandalized. He told me he would replace the window in two days. Fast forward another week, I hadnt heard anything from the own. So I go back to the shop to see that no repairs were done to my car. At that point I was done. I didnt let my car stay their a second longer. If youre looking for a service that cares about its customers dont go to city auto body shop. Avoid at all costs!

This was my first time actually dealing with a body shop, and Ive gotta say, it was way more pleasant than I was expecting. Carl made everything very easy and was incredibly nice. The estimate he gave me was a third of the price at another body shop, and the results were just as good and very fast. The only complaint was they left the mat on the drivers side pretty dirty, but I really cant complain since they saved me $600. If you need anything done, I highly recommend City Auto Body Shop. I doubt you can find a more honest person than Carl with as good results.

I just want to say the customer service and care of this place is 5 stars.I was being pressured by the insurance company to get my car fixed after an accident and they took my car right away. Fixed it real fast and was very patient while I was waiting on the insurance check. They respond quick with emails and phone calls. Before they found out I already had a rental they offered to put me in one. I highly recommend giving them your business. Carl and Percy are who I worked with about my vehicle.

Visited shoppe when I needed my bumper replaced, their painted and put new bumper on. They have continuall stood with the quality of their work, years later. Thank you Jeff and Carl.

Working on a part for my car

Seem like nice folks and likely good at what they do, but not very helpful or willing to work with me on the phone. Looking for a rough quote for patching a very small hole and wanted to send images in, and they werent willing. Just seemed old school.

They are truly a diamond in the rough. Carl has great customer service. Definitely I underestimated this shop. Thank you Carl

100% do not recommend. I brought my car in to get an estimate. Outside of the unfriendly interactions with the employees, they simply looked at my car without any actual effort to see what the problem was and quoted me $600. I took it to another shop and they literally took the car into the back for 10 minutes and it came out looking perfect. They might do good work, but there are better options around Atlanta.

Love this spot. They had the best rates out of all the shops I got quotes from and Carl was great at walking me through everything and keeping me up to date on the progress of the work done in my car. Nicest guy too. I had my car back a day early which is never a bad thing.

Thank you to Carl and Karen and all of the other people here who worked on my car! I took my Pontiac G6 there after having my first major car accident. They were patient with me and once I decided to go through with the repairs they worked quickly. When I got my car back there wasnt even a hint that my front end had been torn off. They worked with me to keep the cost down. I hope I dont have another accident like this but if I do Ill take my car to Carl. Great all around guy!

Mr. Peacy was so knowledgeable on the part I needed. He got my new quarter panel ordered and put on, before I could even miss my baby ( Honda Accord).

It took a little longer than I had hoped (over a week). The first time I went to the shop I wasnt completely satisfied with the colour or the flushness of the repair. Carl was very nice about it. He didnt argue and agreed to keep working on my car. The end result was GREAT. Also, Carl never changed his original estimate which was important to me since I was self- pay.

I had to get my car spot painted and Baylon helped me out with it. Baylon is super knowledgeable and helpful. Did an excellent job of spot painting the car. He also gave me a free bottle of DIY touch up paint, which is amazing for small scratches. Highly recommend this place!

So it was a rough start since it took me about 3 weeks from when i fist called to when actually got my mirror replaced with....wrong numbers written down and parts damaged and not reordered....so by the time i got it done Will felt really bad and took a boat load of money off...very professional here and customer oriented...i will def bring my car back here

I would never go anywhere else to get my car repaired. Carl is the nicest guy in Atlanta, and you cant get better customer service than at City Auto Body. I am sadly a repeat customer, but I have been extremely satisfied by the work theyve done both times Ive had my car repaired. The first time I came in it took a few days longer than they had expected so they replaced my hub caps which were a bit scratched up for free. Their prices are the best in town. For damage that most places quoted me $2700-3200, I got it fixed for $1500 at Carls shop. I normally dont write online reviews, but I feel so strongly about this place I had to share.

Had the worst service Ive experienced at a body shop. Misplaced my bumper, didnt deal my headlight in correctly, tightened my hood latch to the point where it could be damaging. To add on it was more than a week late to get everything finished on my vehicle. Would not recommend, as there are cheaper and quicker places in the area
