Fully recommend: If I could give 10 ⭐️, I would. I came in with a deep dent (not as visible on the image below) and several scratches on my rental. My insurance would of had a field day, but Omar came out and fixed everything on the spot. Very efficient service and great customer. Thank you Omar!

I have been going to Jabari for over 5 years for ALL my body work needs. I hadnt been by in awhile since I got rid of my previous car (4 side-swipes in 15 months! That car was cursed!) but I knew exactly who to go to when my bumper started coming loose. The young lady at the front desk helped me get a quick fix so I could get back on the road while she got me a quote on a long-term repair. Also hooked me up with a quote for window tinting which was extremely reasonable so Ill be back soon!

Dent removal and painting of my hood was beautifully done. Price was very competitive. Omar is awesome to work with!

I went to Bavarian Collision because someone vandalized my truck. It had bullet holes and it was completely trashed on the inside. Bavarian Collision painted my entire vehicle and detailed it. The front desk attendant was very impatient and had very poor customer service. I called to ask about getting a quote and she told me to email the pictures of my damage. After emailing the pictures I got no response for several days so I called and asked for an update and was told that the email would be responded to by end of business; which it wasnt. Then on my lunch I was driving by and figured it might be better to stop in. I walked and asked about getting a quote and she asked for the estimate my insurance company did; I said I didnt have estimate yet and just wanted to get a quote. She then asked how much was I looking to spend and I replied I dont know which she then said it would probably cost more than the car is worth. I asked is she the person to do the quotes and she said no so I wandered then how could she make such an assumption. Then she went on to say it wont be worth your time and I cant give you a quote. Wprst experience ever.

I love this place and Jabari! I have been in 3 accidents since living in Georgia and Bavarian has repaired my car every time. They have honest and reliable staff members. They give you a tour of the place and let you meet the mechanic that will be working on your car. I have NEVER had any issues with this business. They are awesome, honest, and provide quality work. At this point, I would NEVER take my car anywhere else.

Omar at Bavarian Collison provided excellent customer service and top of the line repair work to my BMW that was involved in an accident. He was very professional and kept me abreast of the status of the repair. When I picked up my car it was immaculate! The repair work looks great and they even detailed the car for me! What a save of money! These guys are legit with the best quality and service. Jabari Hayes was extremely helpful and exceeded my expectations. My car looks so great! The color of my car is very difficult to match but the nailed it! They did a complimentary detailing on my car. My car hasnt been this clean in years! I dont know how they got the stains out! What I especially appreciate was the shop manager Omar Figueroa! I couldnt find my sunglasses that I thought I left in the car. Omar personally compensated me for the shades and I really appreciated it. He insisted that his staff is honest and would never take anything from the car. Well he was right! When I got home, I found my sunglasses. I called him to return the money a he told me to keep it for gas money! Who does that? That was the kindest gesture! I will definitely recommend this business. This place is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about them. I’ve brought two of my cars here in the last 5 years when people have hit me. I recently took my car into Bavarian to get a side mirror installed onto my car after a tree fell on it.Initially, I dropped off my car & the side mirror I purchased and on the next day I called in and the receptionist said your car is ready so I went in.When I arrived I was told there was good & bad news. Im still not sure what the good news was. Anywho, no work had been done on my car, and the part I bought couldnt be used on my particular model, thats on me. HOWEVER, the only thing they did was paint the part that DOESNT WORK WITH MY CAR and CHARGED ME FOR THAT. They tried pressuring me into having them buy the part and install it for hundreds of more dollars than any other quote Ive gotten for this repair. Not to mention, on principal for lying I wasnt about to reward them with hundreds of dollars as well as I have no faith in their ability.All in all, this isnt the worst swindling Ive suffered from an auto body shop, and I really believe this is more of a communication issue between the employees of the shop. The real shame is this shop came highly recommended from so many people.EDIT: The owner of the shop called me to apologize and to settle the situation, he heard me out and gave me a full refund. Overall, my experience might be a rare occasion, but ultimately the owner made things right.

I took my little Toyota 2008 Matrix in not knowing they service much higher-end cars, but they fixed it up with good grace, and at half of the price quoted at other places. Alphonsos quote was accurate and the customer service top-notch. I highly recommend this place.

These guys are fantastic! I took my car there earlier this year and they did an amazing job. Everyone was so friendly and understanding of the fact that I was on a budget and they still did great work. I worked mostly with Jabari who was incredibly helpful and kept me up to date with how things were going. Customer service and car service were both top notch.

Brought my companies work truck here for repairs after being rear-ended by an 18 wheeler. Alphonso and the guys at Bavarian took extremely great care of me and our truck. Alphonso stayed in contact with me every step of the way and immediately called me back to answer any questions. Amazingly the truck drives even better than it did before being hit by the semi truck. Bavarian did such an amazing job on my car. I thought it was going to be ugly for a long time, and since I just got the car, it broke my heart seeing her like that all mushed up on the side. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!! They will milk your insurance company for as much money as they can. Your vehicle will not be repaired in a timely manner. Trying to get in contact with them is like pulling teeth. I dropped my car off the week before Christmas for a repair that was super minor and honestly couldve/shouldve been done in a week and was TOLD that I would be able to get it back the next week. Even my insurance company couldnt figure out why it was taking that long to the point where they werent going to pay for my rental car anymore. I didnt get my car back until the 27th of January. They had my car for over a month. Then when I got my car back, they took the rubber floor mats I had in my trunk and put them in my car. They took my black carpet ones that were in my car when I dropped it off and either took them for themselves or put them in someone elses car. When I called and texted the owner, he said they would look for them or go ahead and order them. 2 weeks later I texted him again asking him if they had a status on my mats. His response was thanking me for the reminder and that he was going to go ahead and order them. At that point, I had had ENOUGH. I sent him a message with a very irate tone (Thats the only way you get a prompt response from them). Even after the mats came in, nobody called me to let me know. It is now the end of February and I just picked up my mats this past Friday. The ENTIRE repair process was a nightmare. Nobody could ever give me a date when my car would be done. Jabari (the owner) and his employees (especially Omar) all lie for each other and try to put the blame off on the insurance company. They always say theyll call you back, but never do. When they finally give you a date for your vehicle to be done, trust that it still wont be ready by that day. Then when you get there to pick up your car, theres no sense of urgency with getting you in and out because theyre more than likely still doing something to it in the back. NEVER EXPECT AN HONEST ANSWER WHEN YOU CALL FOR ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. NEVER EXPECT ANYONE TO CALL YOU BACK ABOUT ANYTHING. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER take my car here again. And I would suggest that anyone considering this place RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. Save yourself the headache. And Im sure the owner is going to reply to this review like hes done other people and say it wasnt this shop but one of the other shops with a name thats close to this one, but this IS the CORRECT body shop. THEY ARE SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. I shouldve taken my car to Gerber Collision like I planned in the first place. They wouldve had my car back to me within a week and my floormats wouldnt have been stolen.

I have had never had a better experience at a body shop anywhere in the world and I have been to 40 countries. Jabari is a one of a kind and his good energy and positivity is second to none. Car was totaled out by insurance so wasnt able to experience their work first hand, but their customer service was beyond what Id expect for a repair shop. They were instant with quotes, following up on progress once damage was further inspected, and thoroughly explaining things. They even gave helpful tips in dealing with insurance.

Came here years ago and service was outstanding. More recent experience, not so much. Dropped off car on May 10. Adjuster inspected on May 12 when I was told that repair would take 7-8 days. Which turned into Friday, May 26 ( 2 weeks); which turned into following Wednesday (May 31); and then Friday (June 2); and then Monday (June 5) when I was told they were down a technician and the car should be ready Wednesday (June 7). So I called on June 7 (today) and was told now it will be Friday before the car is ready (almost a month for something that was going to take 8 days). To add insult to injury, I’m the one who had had to call each and every time. Even then, it takes multiple calls to get someone because no one has returned any of my initial calls. Finally, on both June 2 and June 5, they told me because it’s taking so long, they will “do something for me” and cover some of my rental from Enterprise down the street with whom they have a relationship. Got a call from Enterprise and they tell me they’ve never spoken to anyone from Bavarian re: my rental!? Absolutely ridiculous.

Bavarian Collision did an excellent job on my car. Jabari and his staff were very professional and informative through the entire process. My car was also cleaned with nothing missing from inside, which I had been warned about when dealing with car repair shops in general. I would recommend to any and everyone looking for a body shop.

I will never take my BMW anywhere else- this is my second time going to see the people here and they are down-to-Earth, helpful, honest and FAST- they are like lightning compared to the dealership! Youll get a fair quote and options and I feel great knowing I have a trused mechanic right around the corner, although this place is prob still worth a long drive in my opinion.

Yes there are quite a few shops on Howell Mill Rd, but Bavarian Collision takes the cake. This place is a complete disaster of a business. There are junk cars stacked on top of cars, trash piles everywhere and the worst part is Jabari, the owner will insist on giving you a tour of the place as if he is proud of it! The day I was there the city was actually there ticketing Jabari for the condition of the property. Luckily for me, while he was distracted by the ticketing I slipped out and took my car to another body shop. All I can say is Wow, just Wow.

My 2013 BMW 328i sustained a fair amount of damage when it was hit from behind in a rear-end accident. However, after Bavarian Collision worked their magic my car looks as good as new! Looking at it, would never know the car was involved in an accident. The paint matches identically and, the trunk, side panels, and bumper are perfectly aligned. I have been taking my 2005 BMW to Bavarian Imports for service and maintenance for several years now and have always been very happy with the service Ive received. With the addition of Bavarian Collisions, recently, I continue to be impressed and satisfied with their work. Recently, Ive needed to have my front bumper repainted after another body shop failed to match the paint correctly. Not only did they do an outstanding job repainting the bumper, they were able to align the bumper correctly, after several other shops failed to do so. Lately, Ive been taking my car to Bavarian Collision to have it detailed and have been very satisfied with the level of detail they take to clean the car, including the engine bay. In addition to the excellent work, the shop owners (Jabari and Michael) and all of the shop mechanics and body repair staff are friendly and very professional. If youre in need of body repair work, mechanical service or just a good car wash and detail, I highly recommend Bavarian Collision and Bavarian Imports.

Where to begin with Bavarian collision and Jabari Hayes. Ill start by saying that my car was in for a fairly minor repair, no frame damage only bumper, fender and a wheel repair. I was originally told by jabari that this would take 2 weeks but I should have known that was impossible just by looking at the disaster that they call a parking lot. In the end my car was at Bavarian for 109 days. Yes its true. IMO the problem with jabari and Bavarian is that he is a hustler and as a black man myself I can appreciate the desire to always be out there trying to get to the next level but you have to make sure that you are not neglecting the rest of what you have going on. I dont think Jabari takes his business seriously and it shows, he relies on that fact that he is supported by the black community to always make sure he has customers coming in but then leaves them regretting that they ever met him. I truly hope that he changes his ways because I know he wants to do a good job. I am also not posting my real name because I dont wish for Bavarian to call me to discuss this anymore. It is what it is, take it and learn from it.

If you want to hear about my experience...keep reading; you wont be disappointed.I recently wrecked my old 2008 Pontiac G6 to the tune of $1800. WELL the car was only worth about $2500 so my wife and I just got a new (used but new to us) Nissan Versa Note. Not 2 months after I wrecked the first car, I hit a pole at Kroger and knocked the drivers door out of alignment with a nice little gap between the door and car. This happened the day before we got 4 days of rain OH JOY. So here I am, getting dripped on as I drive, and Ive been trying to hide this dent/scratch/wonky door from my wife for over three days so I dont end up divorced after only 8 months of marriage. Time is running out and the moment of truth would be approaching soon. Can I get an annulment? Flee the country? Change my identity? The guilt trip she would wail on me was going to be bad. I could honestly deal with the scratch/dent later but the door had to be fixed ASAP. It wasnt really safe and it was the priority. A scratch/dent is one thing to have happen so soon into owning a new car--A BADLY FUNCTIONING DOOR IS ANOTHER AND CANNOT HAPPEN.BUT--my fears were soon put to ease by Alphonso and his team. He gave me an estimate, let me leave to think about it, I called not 30 minutes later and asked if they could work me in this same day instead of the next day as previously discussed. Yes he could and did! Not only that, the repair cost to align my door was less than the estimate. Ill be making an appointment for the rest of the work to be done, for sure!

Don’t take your car here. They don’t return phone calls, it’s hard to get them to answer, and they give you the run around. My car has been here for 3 months. I can’t even get in touch with them. Hopefully this saves someone from going through this nightmare that I’m going through.

The customer service that I received from Jabari, Mike, and everyone at Bavarian Collision was bar none the best Ive ever experienced from anywhere (I mean anywhere).Jabari patiently kept me closely updated while the guys worked on my 2014 BMW 428i, the finished product was beautiful and I never felt out of the loop throughout the entire process. Once everything was said and done, Mike was nice enough to accompany me on a test drive to ensure quality.There were too many times to recount of Bavarian Collision going above and beyond, so for the sake of brevity Ill just say, come to this shop - you wont regret it and youll leave wanting to tell your friends to come too.

Excellent service and workmanship!I brought my 2012 BMW X5 in to repair moderate rear end damage. I worked with Jabari and he was great! During my first visit he went over the damage with me and explained the repair process to me in detail. He took care of all the supplements and approvals with my insurance company. Jabari was also very patient and always available for my phone calls (which I call quite a bit) and he was very welcoming to my site visits I made each week to check up on the progress. If you need your vehicle repaired, this shop is a must go! (See before and after pictures of my black X5)

Who would have thought that this unassuming place on Howell Mill would reinvent the car repair business in such a delightful way. You talk to them once, and they KNOW you. They remember you when you come back, they remember your car, the issues youre having, they bend over backwards to make things happen immediately. Jabari and his team are personable, helpful, they really care about you and your car. I had a bumper repaired and two weeks later someone stole a small piece on my car. Jabari immediately ordered the part, matched the paint, and did it all at no cost. Its a busy place, but Ive never walked in without them immediately knowing exactly who I was and why I was there. Ive become a lifelong fan. I wish everyone in the car industry would take notice and put a little more Jabari hustle and personality in their business.

I couldnt be more thrilled to post this review. My pristine 2014 BMW M235i was involved in a collision that caused significant front/rear damage. Being relatively new to Atlanta I had no idea of where to turn to get the damage repaired. I happened across a Yelp review that Jessica T posted where Bavarian Collision had worked on her 2 Series. I read the remaining reviews and it seemed like a no brainer.Well, it was. These guys are the real deal. I will specifically call out Mike and Jabari but the entire team is wonderful to deal with. In particular, Jabari has some of the best communication skills Ive encountered in 20+ years of business. I always knew exactly what was happening with my car.Moreover, Jabari is a relationship guy. In other words, he has excellent relationships with the insurance adjusters. Let me be clear, nothing about a car accident is good, but having your bodyshop have a good relationship with your insurance adjuster is priceless... It simply makes the entire process a lot easier and smoother than it might otherwise be.I rarely if ever post reviews and when I do, its usually when Im good and pissed off about the service Ive received. These guys are the best and if you need work done, I would not hesitate to recommend them. And if nothing else, stop by and see Mikes Borzoi (Russian Wolfhound), its a beautiful animal and a pretty rare dog at that.Thanks guys. A+.

LOOK NO FURTHER, I have already went through the headache for you! Bavarian Collision off Howell Mill Rd is a breath of fresh air. My random unfortunate year of dents and dings had me running around collecting absurd estimates from dealers and other shops. Finally someone referred me to Jabari at Bavarian.I never post reviews, but I have been to a lot of body shops over the years, and I have never been this satisfied. No one meets all three categories of quality of work, excellent pricing and great customer service. For many people that have more than one car, it is essential to know of a reputable body shop that wont take advantage of your repair. So heres my experience with Bavarian so I can help spare fellow Atlantans from future headaches.Bavarian Collision has worked on two vehicles for me. The first vehicle was a friends car (that he was in the process of selling). It was a 2011 Honda CRZ. After hitting a curb, a part popped off and dented the fender. Needless to say, Hondas estimate was not forgiving. I went to a few more places and finally was referred to Jabari. He had the car looking better than before the accident.The second vehicle was a rental car that had damage to the front bumper. There were no second thoughts on where I took the car to get repaired. The vehicle looked excellent and had it returned within my rental period.Jabari and his staff not only put 100% into repairing your vehicle, but also keep in mind the situation that being without your vehicle puts you in. They are always good at keeping you updated. They had my vehicles completed on time or even sooner than expected. The staff is so friendly and professional. I have already become a repeat customer. I will never take my business anywhere else!

I took my 2005 VW Passat to have my seat belt repaired and I couldnt be more pleased with my experience. From the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out, I received great customer service. Jabari and his team was responsive and attentive to my concerns and they handled everything in an expeditious manner. I was really pleased with Jabari for taking his time to explain in detail the problem my vehicle had and the resolution to fix it. I would highly recommend this shop for anyones car needs. Excellent customer service I have a bad habit of getting into fender benders but every time Jabari and his team come through for me having my car and the cars I hit look brand new.
