I had a friend who had an accident an they took the car here, I saw the car before an after. It looked like it was never in an accident, they do great work.

As a first timer visiting this place I can say that I WILL be doing business with them again. Excellent and Top Notch on getting my car fixed. I didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg to get my car fixed, and was all about helping out with finding me a good deal. Super happy with my service and recommend them to anyone needing service. I took my car by on a Saturday for an estimate. The guy Frank quoted me and he said he would contact me on Monday when he would have ordered a part by then to bring the car in for repairs on Tuesday. I didnt hear from him so I tried contacting him and got a voicemail saying his phone was out of order so I left a message and the call was never returned. I then in turn called back the next day to see if the phone was back in order and sure enough it was and he stated it was dead which was not what his voicemail said. Nevertheless he informed he would call and order part for repairs and get back to me. That was Tuesday! Still no call. I texted him and he said he got me. As of Thursday I am still waiting for a call. Very unprofessional! My time is just as valuable. If he knew he was not able to fix my car in the one day time frame he gave, common courtesy would be to inform the customer so that they are able to move forward to a company that can. This type of unprofessionalism and lack of communication makes it hard to even support black owned businesses. Now I have little to no faith in this business and suggest others think twice before dealing with one that cant keep a business phone operable and lack customer service skills. Thanks for nothing! I will patronize a replicable company instead.

I had to place a tag onto a used car and didnt have the right tools. I dropped into the parking lot and Fred Jr step out to inquire of my visit. In all of 10 minutes he had not only applied the tag. One of the tail lights was barely hanging on by a piece of tape. He found a screw that fit perfectly. His customer service was exemplary. I havent experienced such care in years. The bad reviews are all true. Told me a simple fix was going to be $150. I went in knowing what the problem was. They quoted me $150 for the fix. Went to pick up my car and charged $1000. Refused to give me my car unless I paid. They arent registered with the BBB either.

They are SCAMMERS! They told me an inspection was free and storage while waiting for inspection was free. I waited 2 months for them to do the inspection and give me the results. After being fed up with waiting and constantly calling to check on my car, I went to pick up my car and they attempted to charge me over $1300 for storage for an inspection that was never done. They then refused to give me my car. I left their lot fully prepared to sue them. When I left, they towed my car off their lot and to a tow lot. Their reasoning was that my car was abandoned. How was the car abandoned when I was there that day to pick it up? I was fully prepared to sue them and they knew that and got scared. Thankfully, they did not get any of my money. Stay away!

A total scam. They will try to get any and all money from you for things you didnt ask to be done. Go elsewhere. On top of showing up over an hour late for appointments. The five star reviews have to be fake.

This Place is horrible! They had my car for 3 and a half months and didn’t even do what they was supposed to do. They service is extremely slow, I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody.

I wish i had known theyre NOT registered with the Better business Bureau. They DO NOT take DEBIT or CREDIT in 2018! My experience was INSURANCE related, so they were paid the full amount.Took over two weeks to EVEN START!Trunk was misaligned when I came to pick up, so I had to wait another day. The owner said he could NOT repair back to pre-collision condition, and blames it on an accident prior.

This establishment is very unprofessional!!! The service here is not the best at ALL!! My daughter came here and we had to chase this man down just to in contact with him UNACCEPTABLE

Hey mr hardy didnt have all of the money plus he didnt want us to have the estimate from the insurance company he also had a car that had been previously repaired an they did not repair it correctly for me to do so i ask him to pay more because the insurance company was only paying to fix something totally different o go off the estimate
