Hello! Its not really a question... I just wanted to say Thank You to all all the staff, that helped me on 2 separate visits today. Your team and facility are amazing. I felt at ease and welcome. From beginning to end. I would especially like to send a shout out to the young lady in administration who handles the check out. Very professional, and a nice way to end the visit! She even complimented me on my Darth Vader Covid mask. I enjoyed the entire process. Thank you all ! ~ John Aiken

I have been a patient here for years. I had taken off work for an appointment, only to be turned away when I arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment time because they had to move some appointments around and my appointment time was no longer available. This appointment was made nearly a month in advance, and had been confirmed via telephone 3 times in the 24 hours prior to the appointment. I like the dentists here, but cannot risk missing work for appointments that I might be turned away from in the future. This was on a Friday afternoon, they arent normally open on Friday, and I believe this was done so they could finish up for the day earlier. I have never seen something so unprofessional in a medical facility before, and will not be back.

My first visit was so fabulous from the front desk until I made my next appointment. Yes I have a new dental family and I am, or was terrified of the whole experience before this wonderful combination of people.

I went for my first visit today. Im not a fan of the dentist, like most people. I have to say I probably had the best experience ever. From reception, hygienist, to dentist these people are fantastic. Quick, ready to help, and understanding.

Miller and Associates is incredible. They have amazing staff and a wonderful atmosphere. They cater to their patients and strive to make sure that you feel stress free. Even more importantly, their Doctors are wonderful. I had my Cleaning/feelings done and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Will definitely recommend!

I’ve been a patient here a loooong time. I’ve had bouts where I’ve left to go to Minnie Jones clinic, but I always preferred this office, so this is where I go. They can do more and faster. Today I had a old gold capped tooth (plus one in front) no one would touch extracted today. Dr V got it done no problem. It did take 2 wks, but they fit me in last wk for X-rays and medicine. You just have to get up and call a few times, or trust they’ll fit you in a cancellation. They do! I like they take my Medicaid. They never yell at me or get frustrated when I have issues with my manic speaking. They know I can’t help it, and I never get yelled at or anything like other dentist do. Lots of patience with me. The dentist have changed through the years, I’ve been lucky to have Dr Deaton, Collie, and now Dr V & P. Do I sometimes not get in when I need to be seen? True, but that happens anywhere. They wouldn’t make anyone wait if they could help it. Also remember, we are in a pandemic. People are backed up trying to get help. They legit care if you’re in pain, but even the best can’t kick someone out of a spot. Sometimes pain has to wait in many situations. It sucks, but it’s not intentional, and it doesn’t mean they aren’t a good. They’re great! They are great about finding spots if you make effort to call. They legit care about me. Did I mention this is a LBGTQ SAFE dentist? They never mess up my pronouns. This is a major plus. Front desk, dentist, management, just you’re all a great team. Thank you all for helping me keep my teeth happy! Keep up the good work! 💛🧡

Terrible terrible place do not go here! Ever!

This is the best dental place that I have been to. All of the staff is so professional and caring. There is such a welcoming and happy atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Dr. V has hands of gold! He takes time to listen to the patient and really invests himself in his work to ensure top work is performed. He is such a great doctor and I am so happy with his work. I highly recommend this to all my family and friends.

Most dishonest business I have ever done business with. My family had dished out over $6,000 for my father. My father had missed serval appointments to his fault. My dad ended up moving with us to Massachusetts due to health reasons. He never received his dentures. We had to a trip down and I made a call to have him finish everything up. I was still in Massachusetts when I received a phone call they we owned money. I was told I owed $225, I asked what for and was told for the cleaning and X-Rays. I told them you never told me it would cost anything. She just said “Yes I did”. This place is so dishonest it’s disgusting, no wonder the reviews are so low. I will be contacting the BBB.

Absolutely awful. I made a new patient appointment. Got to my appointment ON TIME and was told they didnt schedule my appointment. Traveled an hour with two children and was told I could wait when I know they scheduled my appointment or I never would have traveled with my two children. I am a mother of FOUR children, 3 toddlers and 1 infant so I know how to keep up with my appointments. Absolutely disgusts me to make somebody wait that long and take everyone else in. I should have just left when the lady told me I hadnt been put on the schedule. My kids were going crazy so I asked how much longer it would take, she says oh well your next in line, I dont know how much longer itll be do you want to reschedule. Your kidding me, you didnt even schedule me the first time. NEVER AGAIN!

Huge disappointment. Id heard medicaid dentists were all quacks... Sadly this place lives up to the hype. Total waste of time guys.

I am updating this review after a negative previous experience. I have since returned to Miller & Associates and am very pleased with the care I received and the professionalism of the staff. I felt safe and comfortable with their COVID precautions.

I highly recommend Miller & Associates Family Dentistry they are very efficient with taking care of me and my families needs. They also have a very nice and friendly Dentist and staff. Also with them getting a brand new smile within a very short time. They not only fixed my smile they fixed my depression I am truly grateful for them helping me!!!

Such a wonderful experience !! All the staff is amazing from the receptionist at the front desk to the hygentists to the dentist. Marie made me feel comfortable while getting molds done !! visits made easy and all the stress is taken off by the staff!!! I recommend them to everyone I know !!! Thank you all so much for all you do !

When my mom and I started coming here everyone was really nice. Now that shes had not one but 3 teeth pop out of her dentures within less than a year they are rude, snappy and downright smart alecs! The receptionist gave us a lecture and was being so rude about her needing an appointment to fix them this time when I simply took them on another occasion and dropped them off for her. His attitude has been since I had to reschedule my sons appointment back in May and I dont appreciate rudeness when I first walk into a dental office or any where else. Seriously thinking of changing dentists after I get on my husbands insurance. This place wont even do root canals on my teeth. If you have Medicare/Medicaid you get the least they can do. They act like they dont want to touch you if you have that kind of insurance. Highly disappointed in this practice and the Office Manager just brushed me off when I called to complain on a receptionist. I bet nothing will happen with my complaints!!!

Dr. V was so compassionate. He took his time and was very thorough. The staff were phenomenal as well.

The hygentists are great, but the fromt desk staff & dentist arent as great.

I had my first visit/cleaning with this office today.The staff were soo friendly, the entire visit was a pleasant one. Definitely 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I came in with one of my relatives last week and I just wanted to brag on the front desk ladies because they were so patient,kind, and professional. Dr.V was absolutely phenomenal, would recommend this place to anyone!!!

A good friend of mine went in there to have a tooth pulled and she is now in a coma fighting for her life. No answers from anyone. The only thing we know is they gave her some medicine and her blood pressure dropped and now she has blood pooling in her spinal cord from a brain hemorrhage. No clue what happened back there in the room but everyone feels something was done wrong.
