Was having pain. Called the office. They were able to accommodate me the next morning. Quickly identified the problem. Very satisfied with the care I received.

Dr. Pence did a fantastic job repairing my bonding and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Bonding is an art and I was truly impressed with his attention to detail and teeth sculpting skills. Dr. Pence has wonderful bedside manner and I was so comfortable for my procedure. Biltmore Dental is a relaxed atmosphere with the most friendly staff imaginable. Dr. Duncan and Dr. Pence is very knowledgeable, they explains everything they are gonna do in detail so that you understand what’s happening and give the best advise. Meredith is not only beautiful but the sweetest girl she is always there to give a hand when needed, the best dental “nurse” hands down. Yuliya is there to keep the doctors in line she knows her stuff. Front desk is always willing to help with any situation and try to find the best outcome. Anna and Marya are great to have on your side. The hygienists are definitely one of a kind Tracy, Cindy, and Angie always make my teeth feel brand new. I give them 10 stars if I could.

Great experience. Everyone was awesome from the receptionist that assisted me with my appointment and prescriptions to the wonderful nurse that was so good I thought she was the actual dentist, and the fabulous doctor that was superb and very experienced. This group of professionals may have saved my life as I had a broken tooth that was abscessed and Biltmore dental group got me in fast and handled my complex extraction with ease. Thanks again

All of the staff members went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant experience in such an unpleasant time. My dentist made me feel comfortable and related to me to get me through some painful moments. The on call doctor after hours was very responsive and walked me through all my questions. Very highly recommended.

I had a tooth surgically removed and although there is no way to have this done without pain TOTALLY I had as little pain as could be expected with this procedure and NO PAIN AT ALL within 24 hours after the procedure. Not to mention I was treated with upmost respect and kindness from all involved. Just as always at Biltmore Dental. The only reason they got five stars from me is because I didnt have the option to give more.

Tracie is excellent! Her bubbly personality makes going in for a cleaning less stressful. Dr Duncan did a fantastic job on a root canal I had done a couple of years ago. Made my experience not so terrifying. This is a wonderful practice with employees who make you feel at home!!

I was happy with Dr Pence and his assistant doing the evaluation on my dental needs.

I had severe dental anxiety from previous dental work, so severe, that I would have be medicated just to he able to get through the visits. I ended up at Biltmore Dental due to needing a root canal and they were awesome!!! They were able to get me through the procedure comfortably and calmly. I have had a few follow up and some fillings done now and have gotten so at ease with them that I am able to drive myself and get through minor procedures without medications. So happy to have found them! Awesome providers and staff!!!

I have been going to this dental office for about 15 yrs. The appt I made last week, they got me in quickly. I was concerned about a tooth I thought had broke. Tracy was who helped me and was so kind and helpful. Great personality.

So as of 2020 was not crazy enough. I was struck with a tooth that split right up the middle as I was driving down the road. This all happened at like 4:45 pm on a holiday week for most so I was coming up empty on my search for someone to just look at my tooth on 12/23. Well the last place I called Biltmore dental group and they see me right away. So yes they have made my 2020 better and my Christmas even better... I 10 out of 10 highly recommended. And I am also looking to move my business to them.

I didn’t give 5 starts because the wait was a little long at 30 minutes. Other than that, I’d recommend them!

From my initial conversation with Maria, to Meredith and finally the doc they were all great! Saved our mini vacation by reattaching my dislodged crown. I had an excellent visit at Biltmore Dental Group! After having root canal, they prepped my troublesome tooth for a porcelain crown. The colors they had in office were not a good match for my surrounding teeth. So they sent me on to the Dental Lab (Mountain Dental Lab) to have a custom color match for the crown. I went there today & it was a fantastic experience. The tech had a huge selection of “samples” & took tons of pics of my mouth in spectrum optimized light with natural light as well. They assured me that if it wasn’t correct, they would adjust. Going to the dentist is not anything one would normally relish, but I got my dental health back on track with Dr. Duncan @ Biltmore Dental Group. Highly recommend!! Mary Stark

I have been a patient for a few years now. Dr Pence and his staff are always so attentive, professional and caring. I’ve had some unexpected dental needs recently and they were quick to work me in.

I had a couple of teeth that needed pulled and couldn’t get into my normal dentist so I gave them a call. It was an awesome experience! I got an appointment on Friday for that next Monday and Dr. Poulos and staff were amazing. It was fast, painless and they just knew exactly what to do. I’m definitely planning on staying with them.

I live in Asheville and a cracked tooth started bothering three days before Christmas. I called my regular dentist and discovered they were closed all week. I then tried others and found the same. I guess many dentists arent familiar with the concept employed by medical doctors (i.e. cross coverage). Anyway, Biltmore Dental Group squeezed me in and Dr. Pence and staff took great care of me. We will be switching dentists. Btw- My previous dentist had a voicemail to call if there was an emergency and I never received a call back all week.

Been with these folks for 15 plus years. Lets be blunt, going to the dentist puts fear in all of us. These folks takes that edge off; friendly and welcoming and non-judgemental. Down to earth people, not stroking their egos. Also you dont have to mortgage the house for their services. I glad I found them 15 years ago.

Visiting the dentist under normal circumstances is not on my top 100 fun things to do list....so thinking about going during a pandemic was really stressful. However, everyone went out of their way to alleviate that stress and I came out confident that I had been safely taken care of and with sparkling clean teeth.

Easy to get an appointment; I went for my second cleaning at the beginning of October; Very professional and no-nonsense dental hygiene - which is all I have experience of. Best teeth cleaning I have ever had! I had a stain on my two front teeth that I had convinced myself (thanks to google) were striations and the result of broken down enamel. The hygienist looked at me and immediately explained it was just a stain and I walked out with the whitest brightest teeth and unbelievably happy!

I was having so much anxiety going to a dentist. Most offices I’ve been to in the last 5 years have tried to sell me unnecessary procedures. This office is everything I’ve missed in a dental office. Tracie is incredible, and has an amazing personality. The office staff is great and was very personable. They are honest and really care about their patients. I would recommend them to anyone! I’ve always tried to get pro appointments as early as possible so I can get practitioners at the top of their day. I’m convinced that’s when all best work is accomplished. At 7:45 am, Biltmore Dental Group served up a fine, gentle welcome, fast, thorough service, and genuine patience explaining charges at the end. I’m going back for all that and decent pricing.

Dr.Pence is all kinds of awesome. He was great with my youngest and husband. Kind, caring and thorough. Made them both feel at ease. And the hygenist! Cindy was a dream with my youngest. Clear spoken, gentle with her and really took time to get a rapport going. My husbands (didnt catch her name) was just as gentle and understanding. I am lucky we found this dental group after moving here.

Excellent dental care at an affordable price. The process to get a wisdom tooth extracted for me was quick and easy and the staff made me comfortable as possible.

I just had a root canal done by Dr. Duncan yesterday. I came in with an infected tooth and swollen cheek/jaw area that was very tender along with mild TMJ. I also have pretty severe anxiety about surgical procedures and the sedative I received helped immensely. The dental assistant was extremely kind and helped me relax throughout the process. Dr. Duncan made sure to support my jaw while drilling and find a proper sized bite block for my small mouth. I am recovering quickly and only needed Advil for the jaw pain which is not any worse than what I had before the root canal. I highly recommend anyone with TMJ/dental anxiety to request the same things. This office tries their absolute best to make it as pleasant as possible and will not be annoyed by special requests.

Drs Duncan and Pence are great, Duncan just saved a tooth we thought I might lose! His technicians are really good, staff friendly and efficient. Location is convenient and prices are very reasonable! I switched to Biltmore Dental because my previous dentist was becoming exorbitantly expensive. Highly recommend!

Very kind staff that genuinely cares about how you feel. Very gentle and conscious of your comfort level. Had a broken wisdom tooth extracted within two hours of going in, the dentist managed to pull the whole thing out in one go (I went in because it was crumbling to begin with) and the healing process was extremely clean. To be honest it was just a pretty skilled level of operation, no bells and whistles but done exceptionally well

Two different dentists in this office worked on two of my teeth over the span of a year. Both teeth needed fillings and one a root canal. After my insurance was charged and I was charged several co pays to fill these teeth multiple times,because the fillings kept coming out, I had to have one of them pulled and was told the other would have to be pulled. I have filed a complaint through my insurance company because this is unacceptable. If the teeth needed pulled in the beginning this office would not have profited several thousand dollars off of me. It’s very clear that both dentists just want to keep charging over and over fraudulently. Oh and the second tooth can’t be fixed by them because my insurance has reached its limit this year!

Tracie, hands down, is the best dental hygienist I have ever been to! She brings about a welcoming atmosphere and does a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth! Would highly recommend Biltmore Dental!
