The service was fast and great. But, the price is very expensive! I paid $103 for a full synthetic oil change that is $60 at Walmart. I guess I know why the place was empty on a Saturday morning when I got there. Id say $75 would be worth the convenience but not an extra $43.

I never take my car anywhere else. All the techs are so friendly and helpful, service is fast and I like that they recommend other services, but do not push to try to make you do more than you want that day.,

They noticed my tire pressure valves were missing and replaced them! How nice of them, totally didn’t have to do that! They also adjusted my tires so all four were even… I think one was off-balanced. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Jiffy lube for life!

Awesome service!! I wasnt sure what time they closed and ended up pulling in at 5:55 pm to find out they close at 6 pm. I was going to leave but the technician assured me they would take care of me. We happened to be under a heat advisory also, so Im sure those guys were ready to leave for the day. They went above and beyond!! Not only this visit but every time Ive used their services. I randomly swung by for an oil change and a great experience today!! Zak was very knowledgeable and personable. Zak and Amber were in great spirits and got me in and out expeditiously!! Amber moved so swiftly and efficiently I literally got IN AND OUT. Zak asked did I want to replace my wiper blades, and I shamefully needed them. They had the blades on site and got them swapped out for me without any issues. Zak even went above and beyond and swapped out my old license plates with my new ones!! I will definitely recommend this location and will take the 30+ minute drive to return here specifically.Great job you guys!

Ive used this business on a number of occasions, including recently. Ive always had courteous technicians and fast service.

Everytime I come here I never leave disappointed. Brittany and Amber took care of me this morning and those two did a great job. They kept me updated, answered every question and worked really fast 0 complaints.

If I could give this review a zero I would. I have been getting my oil change here for two years and never had a problem. Two weeks ago I got my oil changed and noticed they did not put the clips back in my skid plate and rear wheel well. Immediately went back within 24 hours. It was hanging and dragging and ended up tearing up one side of the rear wheel well. I have called their customer service and have been getting the run around since. The Manager of the store has not even tried to reach out and contact me.

Was super fast. Got in and barely got any work done on my computer and my Acadia was done. I was surprised they didnt fill my tires up as they were at 33 and should be 35. With the cold and warm weather tires always seem to get adjusting the fall and spring. Other than that I was very happy with the service and friendliness of conversation the gentleman had with me. Great staff!!

Theyre always good. Sometimes more fun to talk to than others, but never bad. Dont care for the upsell part, but they have to do that, and sometimes you get helpful info of which you were not aware.

Went in for an oil change. They vacuumed my vehicle, cleaned my windows, aired up my tires, and topped off my fluids for free. Also, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very impressed with this location.

Anthony and his staff were awesome. No wait and they got us in and out. Not pushy and very polite.

Fast, friendly, and straight to the point. Made their standard sales pitches with filters, but they said my air filter was fine and my cabin air filter was the one that needed changed. Looked at them and this was definitely correct. They even recommended I look up a coupon on their website. Saved me $15

This location is alright if you want unsure high school kids working on your vehicle. They seemed more interested in flirting with each other than working.The only sentences they were able to string together were obscenities. A few of them seemed highly confused on an oil change, “Where does this go?” My experience was quite unprofessional and unfortunately (they’re my closest shop) I won’t be going back.I had been here multiple times in the past and have never had these issues.

Mixed reviews left and right. My honest opinion this place is PHENOMENAL but you have to talk to the right person.I have been going here forever. If you want it squared away right and get treated as a fantastic customer I would highly advise talking to Jake.Jake has been doing work on my car for months now and I have NEVER had any problem with ANY of the work that was done to my vehicle.If you are going to act like a know it all then dont go to Jiffy Lube with a smart mouth. Take your money and go elsewhere and pay a premium at your dealership if you want a 5 start experience with a crappy attitude.Need your car done as quick as possibly? Call in ahead of time and ask for Jake, I cant stress how great this gentleman is. You can judge a book by its cover but you have yet to open it and read whats inside. This is most likely the impression you get when you pull in.Like I said, talk to JAKE and you cant go wrong EVER.

I just brought my new Nissan Xterra in for its first oil change, and Ryan took care of me like a trusted friend. I arrived at 7am, and was the first in, first out, and on my way by 7:25am. I barely got a chance to finish my hot cup of fresh complimentary coffee. I never felt pushed to upgrade my intended purchase, because I knew what I wanted, and was never pressured to upgrade my service. Ryan did make a recommendation, and because I was already on board with that service before I arrived, it was a win/win for both Ryan and I. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED location!

I just spent over an hour waiting in line. I was the next vehicle and was told it would be about 20 min for a safety inspection. When I said I need to leave for work soon the girl working just said fine give me a minute. Waited about 5 minutes. I told her again I need to leave. She said just ok just go. So rude. Dont go here. Theres a million other places that would love your service and give great customer service

I stopped in for my dads oil change- and we had one car in front of us. We sat for OVER 45 minutes. We watched a staff member hug all over her boyfriend who was parked in the bay over. It took over an hour and 30 minutes to complete an oil change when only 2 cars were in line (I was the 2nd). I wont be returning. If youre looking for a quick in and out this location definetely isnt it...

In and out in 15-20 min. They did thorough check of fluids. Was not to over pushy on the extras. Thats a plus for me.

My husbands car made a horrible noise about a block from this Jiffy Lube. We pulled it with a horrible noise at about 5:10. They immediately sprung into action even though they were closed. They were able to fix the problem! Amazing teamwork by three team members working together. Amazing customer service! Thank you!!!

Went in for a full synthetic oil change. Pulled up to the bay, waiting inside for a while. Took a little for them to come inside and talk to me and in that tile, they already started the oil change. Once the guy came inside, he tried to charge me $105 FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I can take it to meineke down the road and do it for $55, went there because they have it listed that you could do a certain oil change for $67 and then I had a $15 off coupon. Why would you have something advertised when you don’t even carry that type of oil?!Ultimately I decided to leave, they already drained my oil, so they went ahead and put new oil in, but if you were to do that and are willing to let me walk away with free oil, why wouldn’t you just put in a new filter and charge me the $60 I was expecting to pay when I came in there. Make a little money off of it? I don’t see the thought process... anyway, thanks for the free oil, won’t be back, over $100 for an oil change is outrageous!

An employee at this location was pulling into work and pulled out right in front of us to turn into the location. Instead of realizing he pulled out in front of somebody and moving to get out of the way, he decided to stop in the middle of Jeff co. Blvd to flip me and my 3 year old daughter off. We got out of our car across the street for lunch and watched as the man in uniform got out of his blue truck and walked into his job, Jiffy Lube. Is this a great representation of the companys choice of people they employ? I used to get my oil changed here, but never again!

They were very polite and professional! It took maybe 30 minutes tops for my oil change.

I came in with a flat tire. And asked them if they could change the tire because it would be fast then me doing it. The guy seem very confused as to what to do. He went and got another person. The guy came back and said we can only put air in the tire. There was only one car being worked on and one waiting. I was willing to wait. Then a lady came back telling me that they don’t change tires. I ended up starting to change the tire in the parking lot until a different younger guy named Colin came and finished changing my tire.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for an oil change today and had terrible service with the manager and mechanics. Left in tears. They asked who serviced my car before and then began to blame everything on that shop once they found something wrong with my car. The manager made up reasons for why my oil filter looked different just because he didnt know why it was like that. It turned out thats how all the oil filters are. They put blame on the mechanic and shop I usually go to and talked poorly about them in the bay where I could hear. One of the mechanics came out into the lobby confronting me and speaking loudly and very rude. I felt very threatened by this man. All around poor customer service. Very unprofessional employees.

Service was quick and friendly. Of course they try to sell you an air filter when you dont need one yet, but thats par for the course at any quick lube place. The air conditioning being broken kept this from 5 stars.

Im a long-time customer. I took my car in due to low tire pressure light. I didnt know they had already closed, but they told me to come on inside anyway. Technician found one of my tires sidewalls was about to blow out. He changed it for my spare tire, and made sure my other three tires were OK. Refused to charge me, or take payment. THIS is Customer Service!!! Im giving them 5 stars, only because I cant give them more!

There were 4 cars already in line when I showed up. I thought about turning around, but really needed an oil change. To my surprise they got to me very quickly. They showed me my air filter which was very dirty, so I purchased one through them. They did their job telling me everything extra they could do for me. Great personalities. I recommend this Jiffy lube to anyone in a hurry.

Never have I written a negative review on any type of establishment. Went in to get an emissions and safety inspection and waited for 30 minutes for the inspector to come up stairs to say he wasnt off of his break yet and that I needed to wait. I was then told by a nice young lady that I would have to wait approximately 40 to 45 more minutes while he was done with his break and to complete the service.

Customer service is phenomenal. Caring and compassionate. Would recommend them to any and all individuals.

Months ago they recommended the wrong oil. I went to another location they let me know that every location was putting the wrong oil in. When I returned to the location and informed them what occurred which is documented in their system NOTHING was done nothing was offered however I did get a apology for a 40k vehicle. I paid with no argument.... ohhhh I did get $15 with a coupon lol I hope this doesnt create a problem in the future maybe then I might get offeted a free oil change once the engine locks
