Absolutely love this place! Everyone is super kind and friendly. The drinks are really good too. They did an amazing job on my nails! Definitely coming back every single time now! My nail technician took her time to do this set and I really appreciate her for it. I’m in love with the design and outcome of my set! Absolutely beautiful!

Thick and chunky nails by Vu. I just moved to the area starting my search for a new salon. I had high hopes for Upscale Nails Bar after reading great reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. My nails ended up shorter than requested because he made the white tip part so thick it looked ridiculous. He did not clean from under the nails and barely used the Dremel to take off the thickness. These nails are so thick and chunky. Terrible job and I am embarrassed to have them on. Vu needs more practice to learn better more professional nail skillsManagement needs to be checking his quality also.

Good quality gel nails. They usually last for 3 weeks. I highly recommend this place.

I really like them. I’ve been coming here for over a yr now. If I’m not satisfied they’ll fix the issue. I love that I can get drinks while getting my services. One time I needed a fill before my flight left so I was on a time crunch and they got me in and out. It’s beautiful on the inside and they keep it clean. If they’re backed up the managers will step in and take a customer too. They’re a little expensive not too bad. But it’s definitely worth it!

I went in around 1:30 with a party of five and we waited about 10 minutes. We didnt mind waiting since we were a bigger party. The staff was super friendly and focused on us. This was my first time ever going here and i will go back. My nail tech was nice and easy, he was gentle and very nice. We had an appointment and only waited about 10 minutes for them to sanitize seats. They had plenty of colors to choose from and very gentle getting old nail polish off.

This was my first time here, only came because my usual shop was already closed, but the reviews seemed to point to a good experience. The nail tech rushed to do my nails, she did them pretty sloppy and by the second day one nail had already cracked. Of course due to the work week and how busy it is for me, I didnt go back to fix them until day 10, which now had 4 cracked nails due to how thin my nails were. I do the dip on my actual nails and usually dont need to redo for 3-4 weeks, when done correctly. Well when I returned to fix the 4 nails, they wanted to charge me $30 and just redo the whole set because I didnt go right back. It had only been 10 days and its ridiculous to ask a customer to spend additional money for a sloppy job in the first place, they even agreed it was bad. But I insisted they just fix my four nails so I can hold off to go to my usual place. Some may have loved this place, but for an upscale experience, I dont think its worth $40. New customers beware!

I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. I was greeted at the door and asked what services I needed. I was then led to the chair so that I could get my pedicure and while I was getting the pedicure the lady came over and started working on my nails. This cut down the time tremendously and I am very thankful that they consider peoples time. I was truly impressed with the atmosphere and the drinks were good as well. The lady also did a very good job on my eyebrows. I will definitely visit this place again.

I was definitely overcharged. The upscale pedicure on their menu showed $52. My receipt shows I paid $67. They charged me $10 for a nail repair. I had no nails to repair. I went in for a full set w/gel which i was charged $50 for. Over i was charged $127 and I’m not happy. Then they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to tip them lol hell no. Very overpriced. Will not be back.

I walked into this nail place and ask can I have two Nails fixed and a guy came up to me named John asked me where do I get my nails done if I got them done their act like he did not want to fix the two nails I had broken After telling him that I had my nails fixed somewhere else could he still takes two of my nails he rudely said yes but askJohn’s Started working on my nailsHe asked me why I didn’t go back to the nail place that I got them fixed it and I was very offended by that I have never been to a nail place that a person has been that rude I never knew that you had to go back to a nail place that you got your nails fix it when you’re not in the area if you need it ASAP as long as you’re paying I would never come back to his place again

I get my natural nails dipped there was color left all over my fingers they aren’t attentive like other places I got my feet and hands done at the same time and I felt as though they were both rough and didn’t really care for anything besides being done with it. My nails are also super thin I might as well have just gotten them painted with basic polish. And well my toe got cut by a buffer so I’m not really happy also they sealed a hair onto my nail under the top coat

I like thud place they serve alcohol drinks for adults had a problem with nails over the weekend they were very nice about it fixed them with no problem i would recommend this place to family an friends

This is the best nail salon Ive ever been to. My nails last a long time, like sometimes even a month. They are a little more pricey but the ladies go above and beyond every time.

Such a great place, became my go-to in Arlington now. The time and effort they put in is insanely good. Also, probably the best leg/foot massage I’ve ever gotten in a pedicure. Plus they have a full service bar! I will definitely recommend.

Very unprofessional, I came here with my daughter and as my first time the first impression was terrible. We could not be serviced as they changed their hours and they turned us away. My daughter who is 9 did not appreciate the lady touching her and nudging her out the door then she says come back tomorrrow…byyye. So needless to say we will never come back here.

I’ve been going here for over 6 months now and they do a great job I’ve every time! I’ve had several different nail techs and been happy with all of them.

Clicked Book Now on their Facebook page and requested a 4:30pm appointment. I didnt get a confirmation on messenger, just the request. I messaged back asking if the 4:30 appointment was okay and I got a reponse that said, ok. I showed up for my appointment and the lady told me they dont take appointments over Facebook. Why did someone respond then? (I have photo proof of the messenger conversation.) No apology, buy they said they would take me. I sat with my hands in the solution for 45 minutes until a tech came. The tech was great, but I was there for 2 hours. Over the weekend, I broke a nail. I called around 2pm and asked if I could get it fixed at 4:30. They said they had availability and to come on in. I get there and the guy tells me Id have to wait because no one was available. I asked for how long and all he said was no one is available again. I said forget it. The whole thing is annoying and I feel like I wasted $70.

I spent 60+ dollars in here and my nails only lasted 4 days. My nails did not lay at all . The service has gotten worst . They normally offer drinks and water but they didn’t offer me anything at all . The week before I tried a different location and spent $150 on my nails and they lasted about a week , but they sick !

I got a pedicure and it was fabulous! I will say the girl was pushy about trying to get me to pay for one of the more expensive ones. And then at the end kept forcing an eyebrow waxing service on me. I was finally like “it’s my birthday why not?” ... the waxing job was not reminiscent of any other eyebrow wax I’ve had. And it was not worth the cost. I can barely tell anything was done. I don’t think it’s right to tell someone they “need “ an eyebrow wax. The pedicure was nice though

This place is amazing! It’s so beautiful (sparkly) and clean inside. They gave an amazing pedicure and gel mani. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The massage chairs are NEXT LEVEL! It felt like an actual human massage 🤯😱 I will 10000% be coming here from now on.

I have had a couple of different technicians here but Jenny has become my go-to person. She is a perfectionist when it comes to her clients’ nails. She gives an honest opinion about what she thinks will look good in regard to nail color and your skin tone but she isn’t pushy and will ultimately give you what you ask for. I can’t say enough good things about her, she works hard and she does an amazing job. Prices are a little higher at Upscale but you pay for the environment and amenities of the location. If you want to relax and have someone take care of you and give you beautiful nails, ask for Jenny 😁

I was in no rush so they did take their time with me. I also noticed other clients with multiple techs. It was a great experience at a great price. I feel I might have found my new home shop.

IM TAKING BACK THAT I GOT CHARGED $142 FOR A DANG MANICURE AND $70 PEDI with jell on both. No dang jell cost tht much EVER!! AND the stones were not hot taking out to early. The lady was a jem though who did my nails super sweet. I had a bridal party of 4 and all the ladies were dissatisfied of the lack of convo friendly demeanor as well as time spent. I referred my fiance the day before as well. Super pist being over charged for services when I brought 5 patrons to get serviced. Go if you want a fast service and you like being ripped off!! Ridiculous want my tip and $25 back!

Wow! Love it! I had gotten my nails done at another place a few days ago and hated the way they turned out. So I found this place but was on a time crunch I had just over an hour, I walked in and asked if they could take the old ones off and put a new set on in time for me to leave and make it to my appointment. They said yes! And let me tell you, they were done with a half hour to spare! And my nails look fabulous! Thanks again!!! I will for sure be coming back

The environment is always nice and clean. The staff is professional. I love the complimentary drink. You could get the same services somewhere else for a cheaper price. But I prefer the atmosphere of the Upscale Nail Bar. It is beautiful and has a nice ambiance.

They waxed one of my eyebrows off halfway, then asked did I want them to cut off the other one (that they did correctly). Their glow in the dark nails for some reason only works under a UV light even though its supposed to glow IN THE DARK !!!! Manager is very rude & they dont take responsibility for anything theyve done. Never going back

My husband and I just moved to the Dallas area last month and Ive been searching for a good nail spa! We went to the sports bar next door to eat, after my husband read their reviews, I decided to get pampered! So I walked in to inquire about their prices and services. I was greeted by Tammy with excellent customer service. The set up and atmosphere immediately gained my attention. Tammy examined my nails and recommended I stop wearing gel polish and try the dipping powder. I was hesitant at first but my husband suggested I try something different! I absolutely love my nails. Brian was my nail tech and he was super awesome. He also educated me with the benefits of using the dipping powder vs gel polish. The fact that dipping powder isnt damaging to my nails sold me. Crystal was awesome with my deluxe pedicure. She too was very informative about the products she was using on my feet. And yes, they do serve complimentary drinks. They are a bit pricey than most nail spas, however their quality of service is worth every penny we spent! I definitely will be returning!

They’ve raised their prices to accommodate for PPE their required by law to have, this is not the consumers fault and we shouldn’t have to pay that cost. Also they are charging an additional 4% increase when you use a debit card or credit card due to Covid-19 again this is not the consumer’s fault. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING

Nice ambiance, the two gentlemen I spoke to spoke good English, but I left when Eric proceeded to Apply the acrylic overlay without cutting my cuticles. When I asked him to cut them he told me it would be an extra five dollars. He didn’t offer to cut them at all. Who charges someone $35 dollars for a manicure without softening the cuticles and then cutting them first?

We went in on a Saturday about 11:30. We got two deluxe pedicures and one dip nail. We were out by 1. There was no wait time and they had a full house. There were plenty of employees to accommodate everyone. They did charge me an extra $5 for removing my old nail polish because it was gel and they didn’t tell me until I was checking out. The mimosa I drank was good and worth $5 so I didn’t complain. It was clean, the employees were nice and the service was great and fast!

I get my eyelashes done by Van and she is amazing. Best lashes I have had in years. Shes the best! I also get my dip manicure and pedicures done there too. Im pretty much there a few times a month. Great nail/beauty salon!

Came here from a friends recommendation and everything was perfect. I did come early on Monday and it wasnt crowded nor was my pedicure rushed. I chose the aromatherapy pedicure (50$) and it was amazing. Lengthy massage, hot stones, wax, hot towels. I did bring my own nail polish. Full bar and beautiful interior. 10:10 If I lived here I would definitely come back.

$80 just for a full set of gel nails. No manicure. Guy who charged me told me two different prices before settling, nobody mentioned anything until I got to the counter. I asked if he just made up prices as he pleases and he said YES. Definitely not coming back, especially when this is $25-30 MORE than what I have paid at SEVERAL other locations for the exact same quality.

Amazing prices for what you get! The $36 pedicure has hot stones and exfoliating rub and hot towels...the works!! My nails always look perfect they take their time and are precise with their work. Love it!

I have the world smallest nail bed, which can make very hard to get pedicures. So can imagine my surprise to find a place that’s knows what they are doing. Upscale have great customer service and the place is Uber clean. I’m excited I found them!

I had a great experience, although the wait varies and some wait longer than others, what nail shop isnt like that? Ive seen other customers complain about the wait at other shops but you have to understand coming on a weekend is not easy for them. The complimentary drinks were fantastic and I will definitely come back, service was the best and the workers took great care of me. 6/5 stars! They will take great care of you

Originally gave this place 5 stars until now. Sign says they close at 8 and I made it at 7:25p for a gel nail no extension. The guy at the counter was kind and explained it may not happen, but he would ask the manager. The manager rudely screams out no we are closed and starts laughing with her other customers. So unprofessional! I understand it was near closing, but a kind Im sorry were closing would have been great and I would have returned, but now they have officially lost my business! On to the next million other nail shops in the area!
