I came in last Saturday to try this new place. The staff are really kind, and they always made sure that I were pleased with everything. My nails came out stunning within only an hour, and my pedicure was relaxing. Highly recommended!

I’m never paid so much to have such bad nails. I paid 80 for a rush job nails started breaking, peeling and cracking. I was also told she could do my smoke design and she couldn’t I would of never did the nails if she was honest and couldn’t do them. I went to a diff shop to remove the nails 8 days after getting them because 4 broke and 2 cracked deep. Terrible job and experience I way over paid and I want my money back.

Victor did my pedicure and Vanessa did my nails. Both did an excellent job and Victor even saved my thumbnail that was deeply torn by using the dipping powder on just that nail. I’ll be back!

Went there bc the place looks very nice and the pictures that they have online look like they do a really good job so I drove around 25 min with my sister to get there just to get such a horrible & expensive nails, the lady was kind but this nail job looks like Walmart press on nails and also my sister got the same and worst experience with this guy saying that she was mean just bc she said she wasnt gonna pay that price for a 40$ job or less cause they wasnt even file good, oh well definitely NOT going back never again I honestly recommend you not to go there just not to get what you really want.

Overpriced and my nails were lumpy.... I had a nail to crack across after a week after I got them done and one of the ladies in the shop had the nerve to tell me that no one could fix a nail I had to come back on Monday...The guy that did my nails he was there with the client at the time.... I told them that I was done and I would not be back please do not go there you will be very disappointed

I started coming here months ago. Even though I see a lot of negative reviews about this place, I’m sure that it’s one of the most professional and affordable local nail salons in Arlington. The staffs are very friendly. They don’t speak English fluently, but they always try their best to understand you. Take your time to explain to them, or you could ask for help. Every one is good at doing nails, but personally I love Tina doing my nails. Would recommend you come here and experience the full relaxing service

Tina the owner and her sister Lily do a great job. Sometimes their adorable children (who are under 6) are also there and are sweeties too. I have dip nails and a pedicure every two-three weeks and have for years. They also offer brow and lip waxing. New massaging pedicure chairs. Cold drinks. Two TVs. I just wish some of their customers were as polite and professional.

Negative 5 stars. Wow, so disappointed in my neighborhood salon...after years of service under previous owner, this place has gone weird. The man kept re-doing the dip that chipped in a few days. When I went back to have them re-done, I told him to shape my nails straight across same as they were, but he filed down to the nub with little pointy ovals. Initially nails looked normal after removing the polish with acetone... but then he sanded them paper thin that will take weeks for nail bed to grow out and very sensitive. Nails crumbling and hope infection doesnt develop. ...and a freaky thing with my pedicure massage, the older man kept mashing on my leg nerves inflicting pain. A foot and leg muscle massage should be relaxing! ...not a torture treatment by a sadist. I dont know what happened here but never again... shocking change in service.

Terrible place took 3 and a half hours and was not sanitary at all. Had multiple people work on my nails when it’s normally just 1. My nails popped right off within 2 days. Not worth the price. On top of that the nail tech sliced my pinky with a file. They will touch someone’s feet and not wash their hands and try to come touch your nails after.

Ive come on two different occasions and been helped by two different ladies. They both did an exceptional job on my pedicure. They took their time and made sure my toes were perfect. I come all the way from Mansfield.

Bought my wife a gift certificate for this place and they refuse to honor it due to new management. Tried to get a manager, and apparently no one there is. The only one who can make an executive decision is the owner, who is rarely there according to the staff. Basically wasted my money on this. They were also rude, and mad at us for not being able to understand them. Will never go to thus place again.

Horrible service. Asked to keep my nail shape round and the lady just started sanding my nails completely off. They were square and uneven when I stopped her she said oh I will make them rounder and continued to sand down all my nails to nothing. The gel color I wanted was dry so I had to pick a new color. They tore apart my cuticles and didnt prep the nail at all so 2 days later and they are chipping off. She only did 2 coats so its very transparent. Overall a horrible experience and I will never go back!

I stopped in to do a dip powder manicure. I had a gut feeling I should have walked out before it even started. Manicure stations were dirty. Nothing was sterilized. My technician had been smoking cigarettes without washing his hands & I never heard the backdoor open so I assumed he was in a back room puffing his cancer stick. His nails were dirty & hands were stained and cracked. If youre doing MY nails I expect yours to at least be clean! It took over an hour to do it because he couldnt get my old polish off. He was using cold acetone, not warm. Then he proceeded to argue with me about color and how I wanted it done. Do NOT waste your time here!! The polish that should have lasted 2 weeks or more was chipping off 3 days after I had it done. Dirty & unprofessional people and location.

Im here visiting so my sister took me for a pedi/mani. Well after waiting 2 hours I decided to cut time down & just get a pedi. My feet soaked in the water so long it got cold. They were nice, but very slow and under staff.

She was very happy when all said and done

Nailogica is one of the best nail salons in dfw. Cindy is the best at powder gel nails. Great service from all technicians. Full service Spa.

If I could give blank stars I would. I went in and got a pedicure and they did great went in a second time for a full set of dip powder and it was a awful experience.. First the tech blamed me for the cotton ball being stuck to my fingers ( Im sorry its glue from the activator and other products from the dip powder I have no control over this) which I simple replayed I have no part on that. Second thing is I wanted to look at a color (thermochanging color) the tech told me no and when I asked again his reply was it wont changing color my reply then why is it on the thermochanging display no reply back.. Okay I let this one go but Im sorry its really unprofessional to go have a smoke break in the middle of the service.. Not cool! Tech came back with a strong smell of smoke. Then I got blamed again for smudging the top coat after I was told it would be done. Also they arent even thermochanging!!! no change in the color what so ever FALSE ADVERTISMENT! or the tech missed the step of puting the activator on.. If you want dip powder dont come here if your picky about your nails I am so not coming back

I use to come got great service but now that I have been a regular I notice they are doing other customers like the new ones better treatment and longer time I was rushed and ann was not paying attention to my feet just on phone and watching television. I wont be returning and I use to tip very well to for what so they can treat me bad

Had my nails done and after only 24 hours my nails started falling off so far Ive lost 6 nails and Ive only had them for a week and Ive even had 3 REDONE 3 days ago and theyve already fallen off AGAINDefinitely a waste of money and never recommending this place

New management sucks I needed to get my nail fixed but because the person that did my nails wasnt there she said that I had to pay and do not let the guy do your nails I have not had my nails done for more than a week and they have already chipped I miss Connie she was genuine this other lady just want the money

She messed my eye brows up so bad they looked better before I did them theres a whole part of missing hair I will never ever go back here
