My nail person cut my cuticle and instead of cleaning it properly just kept rubbing blood everywhere. Now I have a bloody polished nail. Then I go to wash my hands and the hot water BURNS my hand red. I tell her the water is way too hot and she says “oh we have two knobs!” Seriously dissatisfied and will never return.

Clean, friendly, didnt rush me to choose a color or design. Gave me exactly what I asked for. Greeted me & took care of me right away. I also watched them stay open for one of their regulars who was running late. Cool spot.

I came in to get my original set removed and a manicure. They took me in and were doing fine, but they weren’t sanitary. The nail tech used a used cuticle cutter on me and I could tell it was used because there were still someone’s cuticles on there that she had to wipe off. I asked if she could get a new one but she didn’t understand me. She then kept trying to make me get a clear gel top coat (I didn’t want color) and I kept telling her no because I didn’t want to pay the price different. She still pulled the top coat out and tried to use it on me and I had to remind her that I didn’t want the gel top coat. She kept insisting it was just $2 more, but I said no. All in all, quaint place but be sure to check how sanitary their tools are

They recommended this place to me but I didnt like it, I dont ask for much, just a Frenchman and the next day two nails were ruined

Poor quality and poor customer service and I had to pay for her to stick a nail under my dipped polish and pull my previous polish off. The lady was so busy talking to her other coworkers the whole time that she forgot to focus on me. She wasn’t even looking at my nails while she was filing away so they are pretty much all uneven (they have a slant) and they are bumpy and odd shaped. I requested a manicure which she said she would do after the polish but ended up only cutting my cuticles the. Wouldn’t even do the massage or anything. She moved on to the next client so quickly. I even had to stop her so she could try and make my nails level. The lady originally told me a dip manicure would cost $35... the. The lady rang me up at $40 even though I didn’t get a “manicure”. So I questioned it and she said they charged me to remove my old polish and then to cut my cuticles. Oh and did I mention... since she had moved on to the next customer she asked me to put oil on my cuticles myself. Highly disappointed. I didn’t get what I asked for (manicure), got ignored the whole time, got crappy quality, pushed to the side and over charged. Pass!

Dee Wilson is incorrect solar nail is not the same place. Theyre just both located in the same plaza. Solar nails does great work for the price. Its small and a lot of times busy but they get the job done and always do their best to accommodate you.

I have to admit the reviews really set my expectations really high. They didnt disappoint. I only wish they had the little drill to clean under your nails. The prices are good and the quality is good too. Ill be back.

Being a guy, I was originally nervous about getting a pedicure out in public where other people could actually see! LOL! I cant believe that I went more than half of my adult life not having ever experienced this creature comfort! I have been going to Solar Nails, mainly once a month, for over 9 years now. I get a pedicure, manicure and a haircut on most visits. I have always felt pampered and appreciated every time I have visited.The staff speaks limited English, but they are able to understand and communicate well enough your needs in a pleasant and friendly manner. The shop is always very clean and the staff are very prompt about cleaning their space & there hands after every customer they handle. They always wear gloves & their tools are always stored in sterilized bags before they begin your service. I always call ahead & make an appointment & never have had to wait more than a few minutes to be attended too!I enjoy doing business with companies that seem to genuinely care about me as a customer. I have always felt this way at Solar Nails. I will be a loyal customer for many years to come!

I have been going to this place for over 17 years and always get great service. Love getting a pedicure from the older guy he is awesome. LOVE IT!!!!

Just left and the customer service is horrible. I never came here before and all I wanted was two nails covered in rhinestones and they lied saying they don’t have a certain color. I told them the color didn’t matter as long as it was rhinestones and the ladies were very rude and said they don’t do that here. Mind you the displays they have in the store had rhinestones. Im not hard to please and just wanted 1 simple thing.

When I moved to Arlington from Plano/Frisco I thought finding a nail salon comparable to my previous one was going to be a difficult task. I believe I got very lucky that the shop across the street was too busy to even notice that I had walked in their door. I found Solar Nails a year ago and will NEVER be leaving. The owner, Lee, is the best. She even remebered when I overpaid and made sure to deduct it from my next services. My Love, Moon, does everything to accommodate my picky nail biting habits without making me feel bad bout it! If you live close to this salon, stop in for a quick service and I promise you will not be disappointed!

Ladys were really nice to me and they made me feel welcome although í had showed up so late with a friend. The owner did an amazing job on my feet. Another day i showed up with horrid acrylic and she fixed them up made them look great. She defiantly cares about your time spent there and satiafaction. I love her!

THERE ARE OTHER NAIL TECHS IN THE SHOP AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOOD TOO, I JUST DONT KNOW THEM AS WELL AS THE OTHER 3 LADIES. DONT JUST GO BY MY WORD OR ANYONE ELSES WORD, COME IN AND SEE FOR YOURSELF AND MAKE YOUR OWN CONCLUSION. SOLAR NAILS REMEMBER THIS NAME.

I had to remove the dip from my nails myself, then they freakin charged me for it! I got gel and they are bumpy as hell! I now have to wait till Sunday and get them done down in Mansfield where I normally go. I will never come here again!

They over charge you to get extra money, I just left from getting a pedicure , I was charged an extra ten dollars, an the last time I came here to get my nails taken off the lady didnt fully take off all the gel it was still some one there and when I showed her she got upset and tried to over charge me Im done with this shop they are horrible!!!! Go to the Arlington parks mall they are way better!!! I only came here because I live down the street.

I love this place for mani, pedi, and wax. Always a must if I have the time and Im in the area. Only place Ill let touch my eyebrows. And everyone is always really sweet when I come in which is a plus!

Awesome work! Lee, the owner, did my nails and she did a fantastic job. I tried the SNS nails for the first time, and wow I was blown away! Everyone in the shop is friendly, and you dont feel rushed. I usually go to Biannis, but I think Ive found a new nail place

I just recently went to Solar Nails and I go every two weeks. However the level of service I received today was disappointing, degrading and hurtful. I arrived here and told them the services I wanted. However two people arrived after me and got service before they even started on me. I was asked to move 3 times and was there for an hour. Then they tried to say that the woman ahead of me had an appointment and they would give me a discount. I kindly asked them to remove my nail polish and that Id pay for however much that was but no thank you. Nothing was communicated to me and their service sucks. If you appear older and more established, youll probably get ok service but if not, good luck. I wouldnt spend my money here again and I would suggest you dont. The one thing that makes me mad the most is how I was treated and how no remorse or sorts were given. Save your money, wish o could give 0 stars because thats what this place amounts to. I will not tolerate disrespect or ignorance which is what Solar nails displayed. Save your money!!!!

Says Monday thru Wednesday there’s a special for a full set acrylic is 17 and when I just called she said it was $20. I told her that’s not what it says online and she was rude to me and hung up. Haven’t even gone there yet and already don’t want any part of that business.

Horrible they have false advertisement and their customer service is outstandingly awful. I received a manicure and a spa pedicure , she painted my toes and paint was on my skin ,the polish isnt even at my cuticles at all! I got a gel fillin and it was a sign that said 20 dollars instead they charge me 30 so when I ask why, they kept ignoring and walking away from me ask like they didnt know what to say! My nail were bumpy and one was crooked but I was already fed up with the service the best part of my service was the chair masssage 😒😒!

Went to this nail shop and they have a sign posted that says that they accept all competitors coupons and when I presented my coupon they would not take it. They claimed that the coupons were only accepted mon-wed but that is not what the sign says. They did not want to accept my coupon because it was for $15 off. They were so upset when I presented the coupon. I told the lady that was doing my nails and she never said anything about the mon-wed only coupon acceptance. I have pictures of the sign and will never be returning to this place again.

Ive been going here for years. They do a great job, and have wonderful customer service, and @ Dee Wilson Solar nails is not Bianis. Bianis is located next door to them.

Love,love, love the owner Lee... She is a sweet person. When I moved here 2 years ago I tryed 3 differnet places and I wasnt happy at all and it was VERY costly. Moon does my nails she is AWESOME and Ms. Linda does my feet OMG she is AMAZING and Lee does my eyebrows(always get compliments on their work) I will not go anywhere else the are the BEST!!!!

I honestly dont know why I continue to try this salon. I have been to this salon 3 times and each time I leave unsatisfied. Today was the final straw when I asked for Ombré nails (Picture attached). My nails were butchered. The staff is friendly which is why I continued to give them a chance but I will not be returning.

They got upset because they messed up my nail and I told her to do it again and look at me with a mean look on her face and even after she did it again she was drying my nail and the heat was burning me and I told her and she wouldn’t let me put in water ( the water been use for my manicuredI won’t be going there again
