She did a great job im from out of town visiting I paid $50 for a for set gel polish and design 😀 I got mood changing polish I think this place is ducked off so no one can notice it they are awesome make you feel welcome and did a great job needs more business

This was my second time visiting here, the first was a good experience with a nail tech who knows what she is doing. Today I was helped by a lovely woman but she gave me the worst pedicure. My cuticles were not cleaned up well, she hardly filed my nails and when she clipped them, some were crooked or uneven. I asked her nicely if she wouldn’t mind fixing those and things got lost in translation. I spent $25 for a pedicure and as soon as I got home I redid it myself. I was very disappointed but didn’t want the woman to feel badly because she was very kind. I fortunately I left without tipping. I would ask for the most experience nail tech if you’re thinking of going here. (I’ve attached photos of the work)

The pedicure was nice. I loved the massage chair. They were very clean. They checked temperatures and had ample hand sanitizers available. It was a very clean experience. The nail tech that did my nails did a nice job. I requested my nails shorter than I’m used to but they will grow out to usual in the next three weeks and I’ll revisit. They are very sweet and professional.

Just moved to the area. Visited the salon on Monday at about 2pm for a full set extra long length (as well as pedi). I requested my nails be extra thick because they were long and usually thickness helps long nails to last. The owner, however insisted she do them thin because it was “healthier” for my nails. By 5pm the same day my pinkie nail snapped off as I was picking up my pet kitten. The next day, 1 nail broke while putting on my sweater as I was heading out... 2 nails broke while getting a cart at the local Whole Foods. Later that Tuesday, 2 more nails broke off. So by now, I’ve lost 6 nails while performing basic living activities. I ended up getting a nail clip and cutting off the remaining 4 nails (as I was not going to walk around looking ridiculous for my nightly festivities)Fast forward...... today, Wednesday (2 days later) I return to the salon and am greeted by the owner (forgot her name, I think leena or something similar)I explain to her what happened she immediate takes my hands and says “YOU CUT OFF ! THIS NO BREAK, I CAN TELL YOU CUT !”So we have this little back and fourth about me trying to convince her that it makes absolutely no sense for me to cut off ALL my nails and that 6 actually broke off due to them being paper thing and admitted that I cut off the additional 4 leftover.She then proceeds to speak her language to her coworkers and then returns to me saying that I cut off my nails and keeps saying “ this is more work for me !!! This more work for me !!! “Long story short... she was BEYOND RUDE at my last visit (was very nice on my first)Super passive aggressive !!Very nasty and unprofessional !!!This is my first time leaving a Google review because of how disgusted and how angry I was at the way that she treated me (BTW my service cost me $110) which i reminded her OFCOURSEShe fixed my nails and I left. I will never return to that nail salon, even if it was the last nail salon left on the face of planet earth.

Wow! If you want great service and an amazing pedicure! This is the place!! Local, affordable and a damn good pedicure! Best Ive had probably ever! I pratice yoga and my feet feel it afterwords from my rubber mat. Cindy is the greatest!

Went to Lenox Nails today as a walk-in. Mimi was my nail tech. She was great! Cuticles are fabulous, polish looks awesome and the leg massage was really, really nice. Got a basic pedicure and it was worth every penny of the $25. Will definitely go again.

I love how I can walk to this place from my building.The service is great and they area always able to accommodate me even for walk-ins.Parking is limited in the area so keep that in mind.

Great place to go for a $25 pedicure in Crystal/Pentagon City. They care about making you happy and do a great job. I recommend them.

Caution: I have been visiting Lenox nails for a while. The previous management was in my opinion much nicer and honest. I choose Pedicure and manicure printed copy cost is $45.00. but whenever Im about to pay, Ms. Kim utters words in her language and the cashier charges $60.00.

I went today and got a Gel Manicure. Vi was very patient and took her time removing the previous gel on my nails. She was very meticulous and detailed and my nails look great! They do gel for $30. And they do both gel Mani and regular Pedi for $55 which is not bad considering its Arlington. Will go back again.

Very friendly place. Very convenient to the Doubletree Hotel where I was staying. Had a nice pedicure for $25. Great massage chair. Kim did a great job on my feet.

Conclusively the worst experience Ive ever had. She hurt me while trying to take off my shellac; Im sure some of my nail was scrapped off with it. But that wasnt it. The polish job was beyond terrible. I couldve done better myself. I have polish on my skin as well as the nail. Overall it wasnt a great experience and I doubt Id go back

$25 pedicure that was very efficient and worth the price. Good experience here!

The staff was friendly, the salon extremely clean and its just a short walk from the Pentagon City Metro stop. Perfect for vacationers staying in nearby hotels.
