I love my nails so much, I’m currently writing this review from the parking lot. I got my nails done by Lyn today! I asked for pink oval-shaped dip nails and they came out so cute! I will definitely be coming back again :)

I received fabulous service from Tom and Lynn. I will definitely return for my next pedicure and manicure.

I love this place BUT, the guys just give a MUCH better foot massage than the ladies. I will be sure to make an appointment with a male next time. Their hands are just much stronger and that makes the price worth it honestly.

I was a very loyal customer and I came back for my birthday every year even though I live an hour away.This year I’ve decided to get dipping powder on my finger nails because I needed it to last for at least two weeks for my birthday trip...I am so so angry and disappointed.. One finger cracked the next day and the dipping powder on it came off and as a result my finger nail broke!!!!! The next day a few more chipped in the corners and another one is about to break off and as you can see in the pictures this is only after barely a week.I called them and the guy told me I can come back to fix it but at this point I just want my money back!! Between the gas, the tollway to get there and missing work..even the refund is not enough :/The guy that did my dipping powder was rushing me, he only put a clear nail polish on top and was rushing me to leave so I got marks on it when I left.I am so mad!!! I was telling everyone about this place now I’m going to tell everyone to STAY AWAY!!!

I just left the store 2mins ago. Second time coming in today. The first time I came in there was a guy with really bad skin that sat at the front that told me to come back at 1pm …. I went shopping until then , came back and the SAME GUY was very rude and told me he did not have me booked & then carried on to say “we don’t have anything else today” (with an attitude). I’ve spent a lot of money in this establishment and I will not be treated like this . PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE CHINESE GUY WITH REALLY BAD SKIN THAT SIT AT THE FRONT OF THE SHOP!!! VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

I tried ombre dip for the 1st time and Anne did a great job. I have had awesome pedicures and manicures by Mary Ann also. They have so many dip powder colors to choose from!

In here now and I specifically asked how long is the wait for a manicure. The gentleman said I can get you now. He started on my nails, he kept stopping to answer every phone call and every customer that walked in. He stopped in the middle of my service to go get someone’s pedicure started. I literally had to wait for another tech to finish working to assist me. Not a relaxing or pleasant experience at all.

That was the fastest fill Ive ever had. It was ok. The place had a funny smell, it reminded me of parmesan

One of the best nail spas I have been too!!!! Went to the nail spa with my grandma and we had both the tropical paradise pedicure and gel nails. Everything was super clean and the nail techs were absolutely amazing and sweet!

I drive over 30 miles to come here. They are amazing. Always go above and beyond.

Tammy did my pedicure. She’s so sweet, and gentle. This was my first time here, definitely won’t be my last!

Holly is awesome. I’ve had my nails for 40 years by many different people. She’s been doing my nails for about 5 years. She is very good, flexible and very professional. Costs is on average with other salons. You get what you pay for.

I’ve read the bad reviews but honestly it depends who you get. This was my first time and got a spa pedicure + pink set nails and I was impressed. Despite that I was the last person she managed to not rush on my nails and they turned out amazing! The place is very profesional, and neat. Ask for ruby!!

I am really uncomfortable with strangers touching me, but I was asked to join on a family outing and caved in. Everything about this place put me at ease. Massage chair. Scented neck wrap. A drink. Welcoming and friendly technicians. The experience was wonderful, and I will gladly do it again.

If I show you a picture of a nail style that I want and you cant do it, just say so. I dont like when I ask for something I want and you tell me you can do it and the finish product is different from the picture. Also, it was rushed and my pedicure polish rubbed off after drying for a few minutes. I asked for dip and he gave me acrylic.

Love it here! Been a customer for about 6 years and always leave happy. They work so hard to make designs for me.Lily knows her customers so well! My mom has very tender nerves in her legs and she is so gentle that my mom galls asleep every time! Tea and Kayla are fantastic!

Found this place while my husband was busy with friends, and I’m so glad I did! The ladies up front are super nice and the complimentary drinks are delicious. They’re hands are so gentle on feet and the range of pedicures is delightful. When I find my way back to Arlington, I’ll pay them a visit.

Got the same pedicure as my daughter sitting right beside me and he spent way more time massaging her feet and legs. The lady who did mine barely rubbed in the lotion. She paid more attention to the front door then my pedicure. Very disappointed. I pay for a 40 minute pedicure and that 40 minutes should start when they start not from the time my feet sit in the water waiting.

Ive been coming here for almost 2 years now and couldnt be happier. The almond pedicure is amazing! My kids love coming with me and getting the kids pedicures and smoothies to drink. Atmosphere is calming and relaxed and the services are wonderful.

So they were super busy. But receptionist said go shop and I will text you when we are ready. Perfect!!! Thank you so much for not making us sit and wait. Time was limited today.

The staff always does a good job, and they are friendly. The most important part, however, is that the place is comfortable and clean. They offer a multitude of services, too. They arent the cheapest place, but I happily pay a couple extra dollars for the service, comfortable environment, and cleanliness.

DONT. GO. HERE.Dont bother wasting your time, money and gas. I went in to get acrylic nails and a pedicure done. First I got my pedicure done, at first everything was fine, from a far my toes looked good. However, later when I was looking at the work that was done. She didnt fully paint my toes, and I ask her for a specific design (which she told me she could do) it looks horrible, its like everything was rushed. On top of that a few hours later AFTER I left the salon and got everything done my toe nails, the paint started chipping.After my pedicure, I moved to get acrylics.1) she made 4 of my fingers bleed, and I had both of my pinkies bleeding nonstop throughout the whole time she was doing my nails.2) I asked her 4 times that I needed the nails short, due to my job. She completely ignored me, my friend that was with me had to tell her kind of sternly for her to finally listen and cut my nails done.3) I told them that I wanted my nails chromed, I asked if that could be done. They said they could do it, no problem. I told my technician silver. She ended doing gold.4) she never chromed my nails, she basically just glossed over my nails.Its been a few days, and my 4 fingers that were bleeding still hurt to this day. Im really disappointed in everything, and my experience. I highly, HIGHLY suggest that you dont bother going into this salon. Youll be wasting your time, money and gas; I HIGHLY suggest looking into another salon.

I went to another nail salon that did not treat me right. I found this place by accident. As soon as I walked in I was immediately taken care of. My nail tech was named Ann. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for before the tools were even plugged in. I will ONLY have Ann do my nails from now on!

We came in with 4 in our group getting pedicures, 1 observing. They gave us 4 chairs very quickly and even a 5th for the one not getting a pedicure. 3 of us had waxing done also. All of the technicians were great! Our toes look wonderful, and our eyebrows are now tamed. Based on this one experience, I would recommend this place to anyone in the area!

I have been going there for over a year. But last Thursday after getting my nails done my tech told me that she was going to have to charge me an additional $5 because my nails we rounded. In all the years of getting my nails done I have never been charged more for rounded nails. Especially when round nails use less product than square flat nails. That is absolutely ridiculous and I will NEVER EVER GET MY NAILS DONE THERE AGAIN.

Professionals from the minute I walked in the door. Very polite and friendly. I will be back.

Worst customer service. Stay away unless Holly is available to do your nails. I have been going for 4 years and the minute Holly is not there to take care of you, no customer service and techs that have no idea what they are doing.

I went for a pedicure as a spur of the moment thing. (They accommodate walk in appointments very well). The service was great, I loved that they helped me with color choice since the first one I picked out I didnt end up liking on my toes, and I loved that everything was so clean. I dont think my feet have felt this good ever. For the price, this might be a monthly trip.

The facility is beautiful, but I did not like the way they did my nails. I got a pedicure, acrylic refill with gel polish and a design and I had my eyebrows waxed. The pedicure was like a beating. They dug into my nails so hard it hurt Nd the massage felt like I was getting beat up. I asked for a French tip and it was done horrible. Each line was uneven and with all that pain, my feet arent even smooth. My refill is bumpy and lumpy and the design on my nails is so sloppy. The gel polish started to peel away from the acrylic within 3 days and the acrylic is cracking as of today (7 days in). Lastly, I got my eyebrows done and the skin under my eyebrows broke out terrible. It was disgusting. I spend a lot of time in Arlington, but I am removing this place from my list. All of the services as stated above are things I get done regularly, so these are unusual occurrences. Oh and one last thing, they didnt open on time either. Staff and clients were waiting outside for quite a while before they were let in. It was a cluster. I gave this place two stars because it was pretty. Thats it...

I love the experience I get every time I come here! Its absolutely professional and all the ladies and guys are amazing. They take time and dont rush on you. They are friendly and dont take to long to seat you. Paul is my favorite. He definitely gives you 100% of his genuine work. hes super awesome. Tammy and Kimberly are my other two favorites!

Excellent customer service. Ive been four times and there has never been a wait for a chair. Prices average about $5 higher than other places, but they take their time and you get your moneys worth. Kim is the best nail technician Ive had there!

I would never come to this nail salon ever again in my life. I have never had a bad experience like this before. My nail tech lady was super annoying and very rude. I wish I read some of the reviews before I went! My nail tech lady not only criticize the work that my regular nail tech does, but she snatched my phone away! She is lucky that I am an adult and did not resort to violence. If I could rate this no stars I would. Do not waste your time at this place.. there are better salons that would treat the customers right and be kind to you.

I have been one other time before today and drove from Ft Worth because of how awesome my first experience was. I wont be back. I had the rudest nail tech Ive ever had in my life.

I made two visits to this salon… The first time I got a pedicure, which I only get because I get ingrown nails and theyre extremely painful and they did not get it out. Not that big of a deal, they were very nice. The second time I decided to give it a try again and I got a manicure. I asked for gel acrylic and they even brought out the color tray while I was waiting. However when she started my nails she cut my cuticles back so far that my fingers started bleeding and instead of saying something she poured alcohol on them to wipe them off. Then I noticed she started painting my nails so I asked her about it and she continued to do it as if I didnt ask her anything. Then for paint it was $35. Im not typically a person to complain which is why I decided to come back again but if you go make sure you are extremely clear about what you mean and fake nails are $45.

I went yesterday December 2 2017 and they got me right in. Kayla was my tech and I got the dip manicure on my nails. I asked her to not use the drill on my nails which she did anyway, she said it was required fr the dip. I knew that wasnt true. I told her that I like my nail need to remain healthy and she did not listen and continued to use the drill. My nails were really fat sooo I continued to ask her to please file my nails down more because I would like my nails to look as natural as possible. My nails are natural length and my nail bed is healthy I didnt want her to destroy that. She told me that my nails were just sensitive and Im not used to the drill. I exclaimed exactly!! I continued asking Kayla to file my nails down more please and she stopped abruptly and grabbed my hand and picked up the nail file rudely!!! I told her I dont mean to offend but if Im paying for a service, I want my nails to look like I want them to look. The frustration may be the language barrier but if that is the disconnect then it needs to be rectified. I want my nails to look the way Id like them too look. If you are providing a service you want the customer to leave satisfied not scared to let u know how they want their nails to look. They need to slow down and be customer oriented. I will never go back!!! Kayla needs customer service training and possibly learn more of what the customer wants and not what she wants for the customers. I came home and filed the thickness of my nails down and buffed them myself!!!

I thought Lily did a good job on my gel manicure. However, she was a bit too fast and it didn’t feel relaxing . She also was a bit abrupt when asking me to take my hand in and out of the lights. Still plan to go back.

I went in to have my gel nail polish removed on both my toenails and fingernails so that I can have a specialty polish I ordered put on only to leave with an unfinished job and attitude from Tammy. Not only did she dry my hands with the same towel she dried my toes with, she felt that a few strokes of the buffer would suffice for removing gel polish on my fingernails which was very obvious when the new polish was applied. She also felt that slapping my toenails would remove any remaining gel polish left on was proper customer service as I had to scrape it off. Instead of correcting the problem, management felt that giving me 20% off of full price for the unfinished service was sufficient. You can guarantee that I will never go there again. Finding another nail salon will definitely not be a problem for me. I wouldnt even give them half of a star if giving them one wasnt mandatory

I love this salon and I wont go anywhere else! I feel so lucky I found this place! Ive never been to a nail salon like this before, where I was welcomed with truely nice genuine people. They are so passionate and thorough with their work its amazing! It is so refreshing to know that small businesses like this still exist.I recommend Zizi Nails to everyone I know.

I was very disappointed. When I walked in, I asked the guy behind the desk what the price range for a pedicure was and he said they started at $26. When I sat In the chair, they gave me a menu that didnt have a pedicure menu in it. I selected the least expensive one on the menu. When the lady kept doing more services than I was expecting, I questioned the tech about it. She was giving me a $36 pedicure. Then she argued with me saying I should have noticed I was looking at the manicure menu. Bait and switch if you ask me. Then she said I would only have to pay $26. Then I got the bill for $36. I will not go back. Shady business.

I went in today to get a full set and a pedi i asked to see the prices and they gave me a book the ombré nails i wanted were $42 according to the book when the nail tech started to do my nails she said they are $55 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ I told her the book says $42 she said the book is wrong and this is the price (this is why i asked in the beginning cause i could have left then) she also charged me for long nails and i barely have a tip on 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Worst service ever will gladly spend my money else where

Hate to give this review because they always do an amazing job on my nails but they have on multiple occasions double charged people’s accounts when paying with card. NEVER let them swipe your card twice, if it “doesn’t go through” check your bank first before you let them swipe again (I still wouldn’t let them though) My mom had a double charge on her account after they swiped twice and had to jump through hoops to get it taken off. I decided to forgive it since it eventually got resolved but the next time I went to get my nails done there a customer came in complaining about the same thing to an employee. Once is a mistake, twice is a bad habit. Guess you can only pay in cash here...

I have gone several times and I enjoy going there. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes to be assisted, even on busy days. They do a great job!

I always say stick to the latest reviews from 6months to current. After the reviews i was 50/50 with my choice to come here on a Thursday. Turns out I loved my experience here. They took the right amount of time to get my pedi done. It was not aggressive nor were they rude. I drunk my complimentary wine as they did wonderful on my toes. The massage and beautiful frangrances used were great. I will return!

Took my wife here on a Sunday and it looked to be busy but there was no wait time. Looks and smells clean. Would come def. come back again. They have a lot of staff and everybody is greeted at the door. 5 star

Just went here the Friday before Valentines Day. I went kind of early to avoid waiting. The salon was clean and quiet so I was able to enjoy my mani/pedi. I got the best pedicure Ive ever had and my manicure is flawless. I got the Milk and Honey pedicure and it is worth the $45. I got a fill in also. The nail tech took her time, made conversation, and was very friendly. I am new to the area and I tried Nail Seasons first and it was an awful experience. I wont go anywhere else to get my nails done after going here. Its a wonderful nail salon.

Love this place. Only had a bad experience here once. Can get pretty busy and is higher priced then others but you get some wine while you get pampered.

I had a pedicure at ZiZi about a month ago and when I left, I could barely tell they did anything. My heels were still rough and the polish was sloppy. I gave them another chance this week and did a nexgen nail dip. The girl was rude, rushed and she did a terrible job on my nails. They were crooked, sawed off at the corners, etc. Terrible! Ill never go back.

Told me NO to everything that I asked for but still wanted to charge me top price. They will charge you for any little thing but do the bare minimum. Overpriced, unprofessional, scammers, lazy, prejudice. Complete Amateurs and also rude . They feel the customer is starting a problem if they ask for something they cannot do. Will never ever go back . Save your money and go somewhere else . By the way if you have any black friends don’t bother coming with them ,they will be treated much differently. I warned you! Smh

Cute location and I had a beautiful color but I didnt know that filing your heel wasnt part if the pedicure. I thought that going to a nail salon meant they would pay particular attention to your feet and their finished work.

All of the workers were very nice and the service was fast and done well. The interior of the nail salon was very pretty and was clean and sanitized.

This Spa is stuck in the 19th century; they dont accept credit card payments over the phone so you cant make a gift. And they dont offer gift certificates. So, if you want to make someone a gift, go somewhere else.

I went in today. It was all fine. I waited for about 40 minutes which was ok since it is Saturday. All was good until I told the lady I wanted a full set pink and white. I didnt ask how much but regardless got the full set. She was doing a good job until I asked for short and she gave me extra short nails. >:( I asked for squared and idk what they are. Also got an eyebrow and lip wax. I was charged way too much. $65!! $37 for solar! Not sure if that was pink and white. $5 for gel?! $5 extra?! Didnt get an explanation. Then $10 for eyebrows and $8 lip wax!! Way too overpriced!! It was my first and last time there. Never will I go there again!!

Holly was great and friendly! Enjoyed my mani/pedi, love getting the gel nails, last a long time, stone massage was really relaxing....those complaining about price should remember you get what you pay for! Want a cheap, crappy mani/pedi go to Walmart.

Walked in, took three of us right away. Not cheap compared to some salons. Daughter had acrylics with dip...I felt like she was in an Angela Johnson comedy show...we didnt know what a dip was and she said its better...ummm ok..extra $ so for tips and gel french..$82+tip! Crazy. We were visiting Texas from Cali and didnt really know where to go so we ask a couple of ladies in a parking lot. After paying it just seemed that it wasnt worth the money and we wouldve never paid that in Cali.

I found out about this place after searching online and after seeing pictures of it , I decided to give it a try. Went in and the salon did look how it was displayed in the picture but a messy version of it.. The wait time was about 50 min which I did not mind. Once I was seated the gentleman who was assigned to take care of me was friendly at first and at the end he treated me like a piece of poo. He asked me what I wanted and I clearly told him I wanted a full set of acrylic nails. He was all like, okay acrylic . Then he asked me what design I wanted and I was like I wanted a French manicure . The he was like , oh you want the solar nail. I told him no then he told me okay the acrylic. He asked me how I wanted them and I told him I wanted short nails that were rounded. He could have cared less. Home boy over here gave me friggin square nails that were long. Im like why even ask what I want if you dont care. I should have walked out and been like bye Felicia. Long story short, I got billed for solar nails which was $37 instead of being billed for acrylics. The job was most definitely not worth $37. On the third day of my manicure the sides started peeling off . What the even heck. On top of that, this manicure made my nails burn. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE. I HATED THIS SALON! NOT WORTHY OF ANY STARS BUT I HAD TO GIVE IT ATLEAST ONE.

I told her one nail was off and she told me oh u nail grew in crooked. I waited for ever went back to get it fixed I waited forever. Very very very dissapointed. I went in a few weeks ago and got an acrylic full set. The lady I had answered her phone multiple times while working on my nails and actually got up and left to go meet someone outside. My nails were very rushed but in the end I wasnt upset with the results UNTIL a day later my nails started chipping off, the tops of them would pop off randomly during the day. By the 3rd day 3 of my nails had been chipped and I had to cut them back. The lady also used the machines excessively and destroyed my nails to the point where they hurt everytime I touch something. I went in MULTIPLE times to try to get them fixed and everytime there was an excuse why they couldnt that day, and never once was there an apology. The only good thing I have to say is that it looked nice and if I could rate it zero stars I would.

Over priced for a terrible job. Went in for a gel manicure and it was horrible. Nails were uneven, filed like a 5 year did them and not friendly. Never going back. $35 for a manicure is ridiculous if the job wasnt done right.

After a horrible day and a horrible commute ( DFW traffic sucks ) this place is just what the doctor ordered. First, unlike some smaller shops, there are lots of chairs and pedi techs. I was greeted and seated immediately. Kimberley offered me a drink, I chose pink wine though water and tea I believe were also available. Once seated and soaking in water I was given a warm neck compress, which immediately started the de stressing. From their extensive flavor menu I chose a mid priced pedi, not basic and not the most elaborate. I had been long overdue and she most graciously took the time to make sure my toes were the best that they could look. My pedicure even included paraffin wax and hot stone treatment! By the time I left, the horrible day had completely melted away and I felt one million times better.As a semi pro pedicure traveler, this salon is not the priciest, but it is on the higher end. And justifiably so: with perks like free drinks, neck wraps and plenty of staff, meaning shorter wait times. Beauty schools and smaller salons wont offer you the same amenities.In short, if you just want your toes painted, go low. But if youre looking for the whole experience ( and everyone should at least once a year ) spend the extra 10 to 20 that you would elsewhere and treat yourself. Your feet will thank you.P.s. dont skimp on the tip for your technician, these ladies work very hard and they deserve it.
