Great location and nice polite people. I Had my nails done today and I was extremely happy with the results. I had powder done to my nails. My first experience with powder was not good, at all at this other place. I was never going to have powder nails done again. Decided to take another chance and I went to Helens and WOW what a difference, not at all like the other place. Tony took his time and made sure I was happy with them. He made my experience a better one. I didn’t feel rushed like the other place. Tony was polite and very considerate. It’s the little things sometimes that really make a difference. Even gave me a rubber tip pen for my phone while my nails were in foil. Again, small details! It’s a cozy place with relaxing music and nice people. I would definitely recommend this place and I will go again with out hesitation. Thank you!

I came in based of the reviews and decided to give it a try. I would say if you are going for your simple manicure and pedicure go but if you want to do Dip Powder avoid this place. I have been doing dip for over a year and I know the process pretty well. When I went, they did not put a top coat and the nails are came out so bumpy, so disappointed.

Clean, super nice and careful employees, large selection of Polish, gels and powders! Have been going since they opened and they treat my cuticle nicely. They now have organic spa nail treatments that I want to try.

Worst manicure ever. Manicurist had to redo nails 4 times. The last time, I dried my nails till the manager said they were done. By the time I got to my car, they were smudged again. Ive had good experiences with Helens in the past, but I dont intend to return.

I went there today first time for a full set and when i first got there I showed him the ombre i wanted when he was about to paint them he then didnt know how to do it then he got to painting my nails horribly and some were not shaped straight had bumps so I said some thing and he got up got another worker who then painted my nails now I am just looking them over and both my thumbs are two different lengths so are my pointer fingers very very upset he rushed through it didnt even check if they were all same length! Horrible serviceSo 4 days later nails are falling off paint looks horrible and some are broken i go in to have her fix them and she says make an appointment are you serious bad service horrible DONT GO THERE
