Had the most wonderful experience at Jojoba Nails&Spa with Nancy. I think this is the best manicure I’ve ever had! She took her time to get my manicure and pedicure look perfect. Both Nancy and another woman in the salon were very friendly. At the end I even got a massage. And they gave me a gift which was very nice - massage ointment and a little kit for manicure. Recommend the salon to anyone and will be back for sure!P. A. Left feeling insulted and disrespected.I initially enjoyed my pedicure, but then my nail technician Kim started aggressively complaining about me to the other nail techs just because I changed my nail polish color (and this was before any of my nails were painted). She continued to gossip about me for the rest of my pedicure, also making up outlandish insults about my character. It didn’t even stop after one nail tech told her that I’m Vietnamese and could probably understand everything she was saying….I also went with 2 other friends and they got cut during their pedicures.

Great work - my manicure lasted a long time, and my pedicure still looks perfect - and friendly staff.

This is a very cute place. The staff here is nice and store is clean. The only downside is that I got a wound from their sharp nail file. The lady might have been too rigorous… overall, I like this place, and would recommend a try.

Ive finally found a nails place I like!!!I can say that Ive tried almost all nails places around Arlington Center and this one is really really good. Its fair to say that Im SO picky when it comes to my nails though. Im more than satisfied with the job Kensie did.

The attention to detail and commitment to perfection from ALL the girls here is amazing. You can be set with your favorite person, but whom ever takes you, be sure they will do a fine job.

Friendly atmosphere, turned my short nails thats I broke the day before my appointment into something beautiful. Gel has lasted super well! Im looking forward to coming back!

This place is easily one of my favorites! I was running a bit late for my appointment and they still took me in and had a super pleasant conversation with them. Very relaxing foot massage, great service at a great value. Definitely coming back!

I got a pedicure and manicure on my first visit because I liked their prices and the amount of services they include. Each person there is attentive to their jobs and everything is done meticulously well. Theyre very hygienic and amazingly nice. They also offer a reward program where you get a stamp for every $20 spent. Once you get 10 stamps you get a free manicure (or half off a gel manicure). I look forward to continuing to go back!

This was possibly the best manicure Ive ever gotten! Such careful attention to detail and very thorough, and I got Dazzle Dry so it was dry in 5 minutes. Very clean, smells nice, 10/10 recommend!!

I did REALLY want to love this place. I scheduled an appointment, and drove way out of my way to visit this salon. When I got there, I was told that they were running just a little behind. My appointment ran SO behind that I could only complete half of my appointment. I left for a trip with my toes done, but not my nails. This is ALL because the woman before me came in SUPER late. I know because she was apologizing to the staff when leaving and said, Thanks for taking me even though I was SO late! I get that life happens, but they were SO unapologetic to me, and did NOT even offer to schedule my next appointment, or ANY type of discount. If somebody is late, use your head and cancel their appointment, not the person after them. SO RUDE.

I’ve been coming here for the last 2 years and have zero intention of going anywhere else. They do amazing work. My gels regularly last 3 weeks and the one time I had a nail peeling (after more than one week), I had it fixed for free. I couldn’t recommend them more.

So clean!!! And so many scrub options. If I didnt live so far away this would be my only spot for a good pampering. After a long day at work, I will definitely treat myself to this local jewel😋
