This isn’t your glamour spa type of place but they did a decent job. Cleaned cuticles. She did that too well that when she worked on my tip and dip, it did hurt. But I had not serviced my hands in over a year. My teen daughter got hers too but she got tips with gel. She loved it and she’s definitely not girly. At first, I wasn’t sure about my results and I’m not used to long nails, but now it’s been 2 days and I love them. They’re supposed to be sparkly indigo blue. The dip was sparkly purple and at first they looked purplish. Glad they did turn indigo blue. She was right about the results. Good job!

They had a new man in there named Michael who did a fabulous job on my nails even gave me a hand massage I felt like luxury

Im not the type of person to get my nails done but I do get my brows done. I love the ladies that do my brows they always do a great job and never disappoint and are almost always quick to let you in as well!

Have gone several times and been not so happy but I FINALLY found the person I love! Tina is my personal favorite.

Called this place 2x to make sure that they took walk ins. They said “yes come in now” came in and they argued for 3 minutes about who was going to perform my service so I finally walked out!!!! Pathetic!!!

I called this morning to see what time they closed they said 8:00 they never told me that they stopped taking clients at 7:00 I got there at 7:20 and the lady refused to take care of me because she said they closed at 7:00 I get off work at 7:00 so thats why I called to verify

The nail quality is the best!!! My nails last a while. I can go 3-4 weeks before I need a fill. The customer service is okay. It get crowded because its small inside

2:00 in the afternoon on a Sunday and the place was closed! Even though they say that they are open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Went to get acrylic and the window says 21$ for acrylic but they did dip not acrylic and then tried to charge 46$ for somthing we told them not to do.The lady before us had the same problem! Very rude checker outer and wouldn’t recommend this place.

I came here last minute because by the time I get to Arlington from work in Dallas every other shop is closing. Denny did a great job on my nails and pedicure! Good prices and good service! I will come back.

This was my second time there, I got in near closing time. They were very receptive andtook great care of me!! Lucy and Emily were sweet and did a beautiful job. I just moved to Arlington and was trying to find a good nail salon. I am so glad I found Regal nails! Thank you 😊.

People ,do not ever just walk in to this place and expect to get seating and pedicure/manicure right away. I make appointments two weeks ahead of time. I love this place but laugh to myself when I see ladies walk in and they tell them it will be ten min. They need your business and they aren’t going to say” oh it will be an hour”,If you’re on a time frame by God make an appointment. Set a time. I work 95 hours a week. If I had time to sit around I still would make an appointment ,stop your procrastination. Procrastination on your part doesn’t constitute an emergency on theirs!!!!!!. So youve been forewarned. Whew! Not hard now...

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.First time I got my nails done were good but when it came to take them off the nail tech didn’t fully remove the acrylic nail off. I had to question to her if it was fully off my actual nail and she said yes. Had to remove the little pieces of the acrylic myself when I got home. Went a second time to get my eyebrows and nails done for my birthday. The lady waxed my eyebrows TO THIN! which I never do I keep them thick. When I got my nails done a second time the girl rushed through it, couple nails were kind of crooked. Had to go to another nail shop when it came time to remove the nails and never been back there.

I went there on 06/23/19 to have a full set and a pedicure. For the way that my feet looked and still look I thought that the young boy could do my nails too but I was wrong.The nails started to popped out and to bend plus he picked the wrong nails, as well, too wide. They were very thick. I was very unhappy.I will give 3 starts for my feet and toes. He should only do pedicures.I wont come back, I am very dissapointed and I paid over 60 bucks for both services.

I drove over 15 miles in heavy traffic to get to this nail spa today because it was the only nail spa that said it closed at 8 p.m. Luckily I arrived around 7:45 p.m. and there were no customers. I told them I wanted a color change for my little girls birthday. They looked at the clock and told me that they were closed. I asked, If youre closed, then why does it say youre open until 8 p.m. online and on the sign? A young man countered, We close at 7 p.m. to customers and we use the rest of the time to clean up. I calmly responded, Then if your service closes at 7 p.m., your actual time of closing is at 7 p.m. It doesnt matter what time your doors close if you wont help me after 7 p.m. Thats misleading. By that time, a worker named Tina inserted herself into the conversation, turned the lights off and said that I had to leave or else they would call security. I responded, Im talkin to this co-worker, and technically I dont have to leave until 8 p.m. when you close. Not sure why Tina felt she had to interject and escalate the conversation when the young man and I were talking calmly to each other. Perhaps a lack of integrity, professionalism , biases, and presuppositions about black women. This is the worst Nail Spa in the area. Dont go there! These last statements are for the owner, Cindy: Please change your hours if operation if your workers arent going to consistently honor them. A color change could have definitely been done in 15 minutes. Also, Tina treated me like I was a threat when I was having a simple conversation with her co-worker. Perhaps she needs culturally responsive training. Just because I am not Asian like her, or a lighter skin tone, doesnt mean that I am automatically a threat because Im irritated. Ugh! You guys are exhausting!

Love the care here. Nails always look great. Pedicure chairs are wonderful. Always feel so refreshed when done.

Used this location for convenience. But, my nails were horrible. It was cracked along the edges and the color was raising and ready to peel. Likely just the polish that was used. I went back to get them fixed, but it didnt fix it. I asked the owner for my money back or to remove and repaint with a different polish, but he said it was the best they could do. Horrible job and service. Dont waste your money!

TERRI-BLE! 1st time there today and the last time I’ll step foot here. This place does not deserve a star. My daughter and I came in for gel manicures. It wasn’t busy but somehow the techs were running around like a chicken with their heads cut off! We had to walk out after the manicure cause they somehow couldn’t find anyone else to paint our nails!!! RIDICULOUS. Never again will I be back.

I just went to have the lenght of my fingernails cut, thats why they only charged $10.00 dollar. They are very expensive...But they did not turn out well.

So I tried to get a manicure and pedicure on Sunday, went in at 1130am. Gate closed, lights off. Website says open at 8am. 2nd time Ive been false hours. Who owns this place? Bad. Walmart needs another spa to replace. Went somewhere else and received great sevice.

Great costumer service with friendly staffs. They offer gel colors, lots of dip powder and beautiful crystal solar powder as well.

I do not recommend going to this place. Their service is terrible. Customer service is 0%. I got my nails done and got the Dip, it started coming off less than a week and actually came off on the 8th day. Went back there but the girl was very rude and didn’t want to do it. Somebody else had to fix it. I will never go back there and do not recommend anyone going there.

Worst place to get any kind of service. They cut 2 of my toes, and drew blood. Then did a horrible job of painting gel polish on my hands. Then had the audacity to discount $2. By the time I got home the gel polish began to chip away. I was on my way to an event so I had no time to deal with these people further. Went back on Monday. They offered to repaint my nails. And they still did a crappy job. Needless, to say I will NEVER go here again!

First of all when I walked in nobody spoke then a lady finally asked what I was having done. I sat down for my full set and the lady made two of my fingers bleed she didnt cover my nail with the acrylic completely and she tried to convince me that my nails looked good. She also didnt cover the nail with nail polish completely. They didnt have all the colors they advertised and when I changed my color she watered the polish down right in front of me.WASTE OF MONEY! Do not waste your time they are not professional and my nails look like I had an amateur do it and not a professional.

THE LADY WHO DID MY NAILS....DID THE MOST PROFOUNDLY UNSKILLED SLOP JOB......I am speechless. The gel polish peeled right off in 2 days and I soaked them off in TOTAL EMBARRASSMENT less anyone think I would or COULD walk around looking like frankenstein fingers! Every 5 min I would look at my nails and be so angry and irritated...went to my regular lady and I am happy again... Yall have some problems and you are aware of that but you dont care either and thats the worst part.

Slowest service in the metroplex. Dont waste your time or money. Came in on the day of my baby shower at 10:15 (they are the only shop open early) they claim to open at 10.There were 2 people already here but only one tech. They didnt see me until 11:45 and thats only because I complained and went back and forth with the manager after he told me it would be another 30 minutes after my hour and a half wait! He had no sympathy and I was only here for a 10 minute polish change!! I HATE THIS PLACE AND ALL THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT. THEY DONT HAVE ORDER OR CARE ABOUT ADVERTISING TO BE OPEN. I didnt make it to my baby shower on time

I got solar nails at Recency Nails in Arlington Tx located in Walmart Supercenter. Linda is my Tech and I have been a loyal customer since 2005. I love this nail salon!💖

They are very unprofessional. The nail tech told me ten mins and it took 1.5 hours( she continue to refill the pedicure water ). No discounts were offer for the inconvenience. Dont waster your time or money !

I went there to get acrylics and the lady took 2 hours to do my nails and I am so upset with the end results. The shape is wrong, the length is wrong and even the way she painted the nails with the gel looks bad. $35 wasted.

Horrible. They opened at 10 am I get there at 10 the shop is dirty with candy and stuff all over the floor. I wait 10 minutes while the lady talks on her phone and walks around then waits on the lady that had just walked in. So horrible customer service. I wont be returning.
