Love going to this place! Always friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes busy as heck, but to me, that’s a good sign. If you’re in a hurry, try scheduling an appointment and/or be prepared for a wait - but know that the wait is worth it. I always leave very happy with the outcome of my nails.

I came for a Pedi but ultimately I got both..First off I think I didn’t read the Spa Special correct because it includes hot stones and I never had that before and boy was that scorching hot 😯🔥, however I enjoyed it all and it was well worth it!!I always get Jennifer for my pedicures shes very sweet and caring (:I don’t know who did my nails but she did a great job as well ✨

Owners are so sweet. They will always provide you with an excellent customer service, and my personal experience they engage with you to figure out how they can help you (broken nail) and find solutions and always know. All staff members are great as well.

Been a long time client of 4 years!!! Love ❤️ this place and the owners are the absolute best! My nail tech, whom I won’t name because y’all can’t have her (PERIOD) is the GOAT and that’s on everything!!! Will be going here until I move back to Atlanta… forsure

It was my first time getting gel nails and Katie did an awesome job. I will definitely be going back in a few weeks to get them redone. I normally paint my own nails at home but since i went back to work after a month my nails started breaking and chipping so I figured getting gel nails would get them stronger and they look great. They have so many colors to choose from which is great.

Customer service issues. My nail lady yelled at me for not telling her she had already added the top coat to one set of nails. I didn’t pay attention because I was talking to my husband, not sure how that was my fault if it’s her job to keep up with what she was doing to my nails. I honestly did not like her raising her voice and saying to me “why didn’t you tell me I had already done this hand?” I was so confused. My nails had some kind of air bubbles and a hair. I did not like my experience at all. I wanted to leave in the middle of everything but I was just so lost at what was going on, my husband wanted to leave but I told him to calm down and we would just deal with it at the end. The nail lady changed her attitude when she noticed I didn’t like the end result of the nails and changed her tone of voice. This was not a good experience at all.

Kathy kills it for nails. Candi did my pedicure and it was the best! Will definitely come back.

Very nice establishment, can get busy very quickly so I suggest you set an appointment. Although they spent more time massaging my feet and legs then actually removing the calluses that I paid got for $5 extra, I would say that a complimentary alcoholic beverage helped my experience. Went from selecting a $35 service to it being $60 after tip for mediocre job.

First time here my daughter brought me and this place is awesome I just love the professionals. How all the workers make you feel right at home. We laughed and the Mimosas were great. I have found my nail home...💜💜💜💜

Liz, I love her, she is amazing doing dip nails. She is so professional, sweet and detail oriented. Been to many places over 25 years and she is the best manicurist I have been to. Lilly the best pedicure tech. She is great. Strong hands, great massage wow. You fall asleep.😴 The owners and staff are very friendly. Cowboy Nails is a beautiful, classy and clean place. I recommend it 100% .

I decided to use this Salon based on their overall 4 star rating. I should have read the 1 star ratings. She was in a hurry and she did not seem to be paying attention to what she was doing. She was more interested in answering the phone and watching the door than working on my toes. Because of this, her french manicure painting was all over the place.

I went today’s last minute call to do a pedicure and manicure 💅 Katie she did a excellent job very friendly. I will definitely go with her next time . I was the last one there and the other diff were friendly too.

I got my nails done on Tuesday and every nailHas come off and my personal nails don’t even look like there were touched with a drill. Ryan clearly had no idea what i was asking for when i said stiletto nails...I’ve never had this problem before. Thank goodness Lilly did my toes amazing or i would never come back.

My first time getting my pedicure was on July 30th 2021 and my mom and I had pedicures and I had Ms Lisa and my mom Melinda comes every time and told me that everyones does a great job and she was right because Ms Lisamy feet feeling good.

I like the woman who does my nails but this is the second time Ive made an appointment and they didnt write it down. They said sorry but it doesnt make up for the fact that I had other appointments and things to do which is why I made an appointment. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Nails done well but if youre looking for a place to respect your time, this is not the one.

Jenna is my go to person. I’ve been going to her for years. She knows exactly what my feet need. Love her!

I’ve been coming here for about two to three years consistently and my experience is top notch! Liz and Kimmy are honestly the best technicians in this place and I could not ask for anyone better to do my nails or toes! If you’re looking for a new salon to try, this is the one and you need to ask for Liz or Kimmy! They will do you right every. single. time! I’m thoroughly impressed and I ALWAYS! Get compliments on the work they do.

So far just a pedicure. Not too bad. The chairs are fantastic and the drinks very well made. Its been a while since I had any work done and since this place is new to the area I decided to try it out. I must admit I was expecting a little more work done but for now Ill survive. I didnt get my neck wrap but I didnt remember until after I left haha I will have to go back and check out there work on my nails.**Came back for my nails and a change of color for my feet 😉 I even brought the mother!!! Yes I came in at 6:55 and STILL got the royal treatment. Wow the service is better than I expected honestly at such a late time. Yay!!!**

Ive been coming here for about 2 months now and I LOVE the service and quality. They usually are able to work me in within the same day if I call early. I never have a long wait. The prices are good as well compared to other salons.Their drinks are cute( could use a little more flavor) but overall have had the BEST experience every single time.Thank you so much.

Was charged $100.00 and did the lowest price pedicure and did not even get new nails. Just a fill. The fingernail polish was messed up before I left and the nails are already needing redone. Will not go back with the quality of the nails and them not even holding up for only a week. Totally overpriced and poor quality of work.

We love coming here!! Amy always takes wonderful care of me and always does an awesome job on my nails. Im always getting compliments from my friends and co-workers. And Vicky took wonderful care of my daughter. She did my daughters nails PERFECTLY!! They look just like the picture my daughter showed me and Vicky didnt even see the picture. I truly appreciate how they make sure everything is clean and sanitized and make everyone is safe when we come in. We will definitely be back!!

Great location but service not so good. I went in for a pedicure and wasn’t even acknowledged I had to literally ask the man doing someone’s nails how much longer it would be, he then said 10 min which was more than that. The massage chairs were ok they needed more pressure and my pedicure could have been better.

I usually love going here but this last time was not good. I went in showed a pic to the lady at the desk of what I wanted she sat me with someone and she explained to her what I wanted. I showed a picture to the lady doing my nails. I didnt get anything even remotely similar to the picture and still had to pay full price. I probably will not be returning and will find somewhere else to go next time. The pic with the rings is what I showed them the other picture is what I ended up with.

Workers are so nice and professional they also make sure you feel comfortable. 10/10

Cowboys nail lounge staff are amazing!! Each staff member greets you wirh kindness and professionalism. Liz is my go to.for eyebrows candy is my go to for pedicure and skylar is my nail guru. However there have been a few times when I had to paired wirh someone else for a service and I must say I walked away being very pleases!! Cowboys nail lounge is my favorite place thanks guys!!

The staff was fast and professional. I enjoyed the hot stone foot massage and mani/pedi with a friend. Id definitely return there again, we were both very satisfied with our service.

I have been a resident of Texas for 3 weeks now. I had already been to a nail salon with horrible results. Cowboys Nail Lounge was very nice. They have a stocked bar that offers anything from a pina colada to hit tea! The atmosphere, technicians and overall experience was great! I believe I have a new nail salon!

The WORST Mani-Pedi i’ve ever gotten! 1) very few color options for poc. 2) My nails look so terrible. My skin was peeling & nail polish was messed up. When i told the lady at the front desk she tried to clip what was peeling and told me he could redo it instead of discounting my price. I will not be returning, ever again.

Went for a pedicure and my nails done. Pedicure was great until the lady wanting to so my nails barged in. I wanted hombre nails, I had to tell the lady she was doing it wrong...she had no clue. My nails were misshapen. She was very rough and hurt me multiple times and couldnt even apologize for hurting me. Candi is sweet and very good, the other lady was not wearing a name tag... I can see why she didnt want anyone to know who she is. Btw that is dark red and bright orange in the photo.... :(

My technician was skylah and she is awesome. She actually talks with you while doing quality nails. I still owe her a tip(I havent forgotten). But this place is very well kept. They have the dividers and are wearing their marks (as well as the customers). Theres no wait to be seated so theres no crowding. 👌🏾this is the only place I go to.

I was not happy when I left this salon. It was very expensive and my nails had lines and bubbles. The nails started to lift in just a few days.

I have visited this salon twice. The first time I went just for a pedicure and was very pleased. The second time not so much. I paid 115 dollars for a pedicure and full set with gel! Way too much in my opinion, plus my nails started to lift within a few days. Not even a whole week. Not sure if the nail tech was new but she did a horrible job on my nails. I am pretty sure nothing can be done but I am going to call to see if they can fix my broken nails without an extra charge.

Elegant & professional nail lounge came in while getting waiting for my car to get an oil changed with no appointment was able to get my gel manicure & pedicure done , no wait . So many choices of different manicures & pedicures definitely recommend

Very nice place but don’t get your money’s worth. I paid $25 for gel nail polish on my nails and there is bubbles and noticeable lines. Told the owner because she is the one who painted them and made it worse. Got the mimosa pedicure which is suppose to last 40 min but always seems to last like 20. The paint on my toes are horrible. Why should I pay $70 for job that doesn’t amount to the price. I have given this place three chances and disappoint every time.

I was originally invited for a ladies day out and for my first time I was really impressed with the tone of the environment and service. Not only were the staff attentive and friendly but they were friendly with each other. Vicki is an amazing person she cares about her entire staff and her customers. Some of us she will even acknowledge by first name. When you make an appointment for a specific person and that person is not available (this doesnt happen often) Vicki or her son will pair you with someone and in my opinion All of the staff are amazing I have been with different people at times and have left pleased, relaxed, and refreshed. It has been nearly two years I have been coming to Cowboys Nail Lounge and I am still very impressed. During this COVID -19 Pandemic this salon has literally taking every measure and steps to make the salon safe and customers safe and feel protected. (Temp checks , mask and gloves with staff/customers, Plexi-glass around all stations even in the Pedicure area. Great getaway for relaxing!! Love you Guys - Melinda

I just left very angry.. my nails look horrible oversized, ruff and just horrible.

So amazing! They have a lot of different options for pedicures and manicures and great prices! The environment is nice and the staff is very friendly! Plus delicious drinks!

Kathy was my Angel sent from above she knew exactly what I wanted and nailed it. I love her. BTW this was my first time meeting her.

My first visit was amazing. The salon is very clean and I was very pleased that they are following Covid 19 guidelines taking temperatures at check in. My pedicure was great i definitely will be back for all my future needs!

I was expecting the nails to look clean and professional as I was paying $55 for a set with gel polish. The acrylic is too thick and edges were very poorly executed.

I went on 6/12 and showed a picture of exactly what I wanted. When she was done it looked nothing the picture & I was still charged $65 for some ugly nails & I have pictures ! Will NEVER be back there after 3 failed attempts! I will never recommend this place!

Ladies are great and do a great job

Great pedi and dip mani. I walked in around 11 on a Saturday and the place was packed but they got me in immediately. Pedi was good and the chairs are quite nice. My dip mani was perfect and has lasted a solid two weeks.

I got a full set of gel with very small extension and acrylic and they charged $55. I was okay with the price until i noticed they were super thick and charge $5 for “coffin shaped”. I don’t think the shape is that worthy to cost $5 extra dollars. Then 3 days later the polish came off is already chipping. The very well english speaking lady was rudely commenting on the color and imperfections on my nail beds and cuticles and personally thought that was very disrespectful.

Not happy with my nails at all or my pedicure, only went because my nail salon was closed. The polish on my toes is sloppy I won’t be going back. The people were nice and the salon was neat and clean, so 2 stars it is.

One of the best pedicures I have ever had. I had the mimosa pedicure, which consists of paraffin wax and hot stones. The additional massaging I received was phenomenal. They were able to squeeze me in 45 minutes before and were so kind and personable with me. Will be coming back here every time for this service.

WORST experience ever!!! My nail tech was rude, rough, and rushed my whole set. My nails were crooked, the shapes were off and everything about them was horrible. I didn’t get her name but if I knew it I would tell y’all who she was. I do not recommend this place at all!!!

Hannah is amazing when it comes to toes! So many have messed up and given me ingrown toenails but she is so thorough and not clipper happy cutting corners off. The hot neck wrap during pedi is worth it! They also serve hot tea which makes me happy. Love it!

Its very nice place, but the nail techs dont do what you ask. They offer drinks, but they are very very week. Prices reflect there building.

Such a luxury salon with techs that have no train what’s so ever! I gave this salon 3 chances, and left disappointed every time. The owner even said “next time you come ask for me I’ll get you someone who does good.” Save your time and go to the next salon.

I got a Peti. Not bad. The chair massage chair could have more pressure. Overall it’s worth going to get your feet done. I’m not sure how they are with nails.

Love this place so much! Beautiful interior, talented and friendly staff, and great homemade drinks! I have been to countless nail salons in multiple countries and this is by far my favorite. I’ve been going here for a while and have never had any problems with customer service or my nail outcome. They offer countless discounts and have great prices to begin with.

Go elsewhere! They do not stand behind their work. My nails started lifting 2 days after service. I came back and the owner fixed 2 of them and decided the others would be fine with another coat of topcoat and some cuticle oil. How does that repair nails that are already lifted? It doesnt.

First time to visit this establishment after frequenting another place for a couple of months and service dropping off a bit. Needless to say, extremely pleased with the service and quality. Kimmy did a fantastic job with my pedicure, and the conversation made the experience that much more pleasant. I will be back again in a couple of weeks!!

I tried Cowboys Nail Lounge twice, because they were open on Sundays and it fit my schedule better than the previous location I frequent. On the first visit, my nails were ALL cut/shaped crookedly, and they seemed very hurried, as if to get me out of the way. On the second visit, I advised them that I wanted a house man/ped w/ clear polish. I also wrote it on the sign-in sheet, AND told the young lady again (wrote it down, and told them twice.) She completed them, crooked shaping again, and didnt do the clear coat. I mentioned it upon paying/exiting. They offered to do it but I was pressed for time and that I would just do it myself. Nice place, but back to my previous place; they know what I want without even asking.

Im 8 months pregnant, I just went for a basic full set. I didnt get water offered to me although i watched a group of young ladies get served ice water and wine after I was seated... She threw my nails on quickly, no cuticle oil, no lotion, not even a hello or goodbye. I wont be back.

My new favorite nail salon or should I say nail tech Vince hands down never disappoints and has even been able to fix other peoples mistakes. I love the fact that all i have to do is show him a picture and he can make it happen. 5 months strong and theres no point for me to go anywhere else.

I have been coming here since the first day they opened. I was very happy at first. Now each time service gets worse. My last 3 visits my nails have not be quality work. On the last time visit they slapped on my dip nails with no base. The lady was in a hurry and kept texting on her apple watch. She was in a hurry to meet someone. My nails started chipping the VERY next day. They were too thin. I went back a few days later and told their daughter to look at them while I got a pedicure and she said she would send the Manager (her mother over to look at them.) that never happened. Over the next couple days they started cracking in half. I went back and the male owner said I ripped them off and would repair for 1/2 price. I went over all this with him and he still didnt want to make it right. I will dispute the charges on my card.

I have came to this location a hand full of times. This has been the second time going in where my toes look worse than before I came in. The girl was really nice that did my toenails but talked the whole time and did not do much. Also, manager could care less. This is the second time I had to leave with my nails bare and no polish due to poor quality. Still had to pay almost full price. Definitely a rip off and never going back!

Salon is clean and neat. Services offered are up to date and they offer the latest and greatest, however you are going to pay for it. There are extra charges for everything and they charge 20% more than the competition. The service is run of the mill and not worth the extra charges.

TRACY, NAIL PROFESSIONAL AT COWBOYS NAIL LOUNGE ON COLLINS is extraordinary. I have been having my nails done off and on for over 30 years and she is absolutely the first one that has ever been as friendly, engaging, carried on a conversation the entire time which was wonderful, ask me what hurt and what didnt, ask me if I was okay several times which was wonderful, she made my first visit to Cowboys nail Lounge on Collins completely enjoyable and did an extraordinary job on my pedicure and also because of Tracy I will not only return I will also tell all my co-workers at the hospital I work at to be sure and come to Cowboys and ask for Tracy.

Hit or miss. Liz is good.

These people do not care about quality. They want you to pay more money and leave quickly. The dip nail jobs never last more than a week and the quality of work is lacking. Save your money and go to another salon nearby.

Omg where do I begin?? They are so impersonal and impolite its ridiculous! The manager only asked certain customers if they wanted a beverage. Damn if I am paying you $1 can i get a water a can soda or something. But no she asked the lady directly next to me and act like i was a figment of her imagination. This service SUCKED!!! Give them a half of a star!!!! Not a fan!

Waited in the chair for an hour for a pedicure and never even got the water put in. It’s a beautiful location, but for the money it’s not very professional. When we started walking out, nobody even said a word or apologized. It’s too bad too because we are in from out of town and we were looking forward to seeing the quality of a Dallas nail salon.

Ask for Mindy, she will take good care of you. This place is clean and all the staff is friendly. I live 30 minutes from here but its totally worth the drive!
