We love this salon. The people who work here are engaging, friendly and helpful. There isnt a language barrier, and their prices stay the same as what you order. I hate getting to check out and there are extra charges, or price changes, that hasnt happened here at the Cosmo Bar. I brought my parents here for their first ever pedicures, the loved all the pampering.

Made an appointment, wasn’t honored when I arrived 15 min before appointment. Nail tech said my set would take to long n she did not want to be there past closing. I understand that however don’t agree to an appointment and keep it. I was asked to come back tomorrow. So of course I went to another shop n received the same service, finished within an hour. They told me what I wanted would take up to 2 hours. Customer service no good.

I love Cosmo Nails. I had been going to the salon since they opened 6 years ago. I now go to Cosmo Nail Lounge. It even includes a full bar!! Lynn and Eric are AMAZING!! The lounge is super cute. I would never imagine not getting my nails done here!

Not enough attention to detail. The group was a bridal party, 5 people. Everything looked good when we left but shortly after we realized that our nails were not all the same length. This is per person, not referring to the entire group.

My daughter and I came in and got dip nails done. My daughters look great, mine however are uneven on the surface, i feel like a good nail should have a nice little arch to it in the center however several of mine actually dip down in the center. For the price I paid I expect near perfection. I dont even know who did either of our nails because they didnt introduce themselves.

Place is very nicely decorated. Has plenty of sears for services including pedicures. Great selection of nail colors & types of nail products. However it depends on which nail servicer as to quality of mani or pedi. I try to get the same girl when I go in but of course cant always. A bit pricey, bit Ive grown to like going there. Relaxing music too.

Came here with my mom and had the most relaxing pedicures and our nail lady’s were soooo sweet. Will be coming back soon.

This was my first manicure ever. I am very pleased, and the pedicure was heavenly. I was never offered a cocktail but I didnt ask either. The front desk attendant is not very inviting, like he doesnt want to be pleasedOverall good experience. I will return.

I must say this is my first time to go out of my way to leave a review so that alone speaks volumes. Me and a couple friends had appointments at 6:15 (keep in mind they close at 7) and two were running behind so we didn’t get started on our services until about 6:20. Firstly, the gentlemen working the front desk was very kind and patient while I waited for their arrival and didn’t seem agitated one bit that my friends were running late. Especially after finding out each of us wanted the hour pedicure and 30 minute manicure. (I’ve been to numerous places that will deny a service if it’s too close to closing time).Once everyone arrived we started our services and I had Elaine and WOW! She was kind, precise and did an amazing job and didn’t mind staying an hour past closing time (Elaine and Lan both seemed happy to stay). They both took their time and we didn’t feel rushed one bit. The third lady, seemed more rushed to leave and didn’t massage the other friend when she did her manicure (she had the same manicure as us). So, when my friend said aw, my lady didn’t massage me Elaine offered to do it which was amazing!! But most importantly, massages are my absolute favorite...that’s what I look forward to most when I get a pedicure and Elaine blew me away!! My absolute favorite and will most definitely be returning! Thank y’all for the wonderful customer service and superb job! I highly recommend everyone go and request them!❤️

Yea I Had A Pedicure done this weekend and this was the best place Ive had one in the Area. And Donna was with me and Really liked hers also.. we will definitely be back at Cosmo Nail Bar.

The Young Owner was very Unprofessional, Rude and Condescending. These folks forget that we are the reason they are in business. We have lots of choices on where we can receive service. Young owner you need to learn people skills and value everyone that steps through your door to help keep You in business.

Went to the Cosmo Nail Spa on Interstate 20W today for the first time. They’d gotten some good reviews, so I figured the higher prices meant this place was going to be top notch. BOY WAS I WRONG! I requested Halloween ombré nails dip nails, what I got looks nothing like an ombré. But that isn’t even the main issue. My cuticles and underneath ALL my nails were slaughtered. I was constantly nicked with the Dremel and then came the razor sharp, knife like nail file. By the time I went to pay, I had dried blood on the sides and underneath my nails. Hours later, my fingers are still stinging, tender and painful. Doing anything with my hands, causes the cuts to open up and bleed again. Before paying, I asked to speak to the manager. Who conveniently enough wasn’t there...I had another nail tech give me a whopping $20 off of my $105 bill. I wasn’t asking to not pay anything. I received a pedicure and don’t have any complaints about that, but I honestly felt like I shouldn’t have to pay for the hack job of a dip/mani that I received. I will be calling until I can get ahold of the manager in hopes that he/she will resolve this. Again, this was my first time and I will not be returning, even with your complimentary drinks! 😂

This place is wide open & spacious. I originally tried this salon because it has a bar in it, but was disappointed to learn that it is closed due to Covid-19. Nevertheless, I was greeted & taken care of promptly, & the ladies were kind. I got my nails & eyebrows done & was pleased with how both turned out.

Absolutely love this place. I come here for my pedicures & will never go anywhere else. Ive been coming here since they opened & have never had a bad experience or service. Vana and all the other girls are so nice and polite to their customers and each other. They help each other and the whole place seems very close knit and you feel welcomed there. Im glad to see they are doing well even in light of all the issues some businesses have been having since the pandemic. They are awesome and have a forever customer.

I use to come here alot and I stop because every time now I try to get my nails done n when there not even busy they say they cant see you until a certain time. I wont be coming back anymore.

My nails were in horrible shape but fong did an amazing job on my dip powder manicure and Rachel gave me a luxurious lemon drop pedicure in lemongrass green tea scent. Perfect shape and polish from both. I added gel polish to my pedicure for extra charge. And finish of my experience with a brow wax from Fong. She is very quick and professional if youre short on time. Will be going to see her again.

I absolutely love Cosmo nail bar. Nancy is the Best! I’ve been coming here for more than 2 years and they have great customer service. If you’re ever in the Arlington area, Collin will make sure his business will treat you right.

I took my daughter for us to get the Perfect Cosmopolitan mani-pedi combo. I had Jenny and she had Kendall. I go for the relaxation and feel good part, not the aesthetic of how it looks, so I didnt bother with polish, etc. But the massage and wax stuff - OMG. I was in Heaven. I have painful legs and hours later theyre still feeling great, even after having to walk through a store. Jenny did the hand and foot wax, hot stones, massage, and then a neck and shoulder massage. INCREDIBLE. Loved it.

I loved my experience here!. I brought my wife to get her nails (mani/pedi) done. I got mine done as well. I don’t recall our girls names who did our services but they did a great job and were friendly. It was really pricey (I paid a total of ($275) but it was worth it. Nice Christmas present.We got the “Cosmopolitan” which included a nice neck and shoulder massage. Thank you!

Such a lovely place! The staff is phenomenal. My daughter asked for watermelon themed paint. Her artist was spectacular and so kind to her. The ONLY reason for 4 stars is, its a little pricey.

Great, clean salon and no harsh chemical smell that knocks you down when you walk in like other salons! Friendly staff and pedicure was great, loved the massage chairs. We were spaced out from others and overall had a good experience

The pedicure was wonderful. Two things kept me from fixing the place 5 stars. First, everyone is required to wear a mask. Why wasnt the receptionist wearing a mask? Second, its less expensive to get a pedicure and a manicure, but my nails arent worth the $$. I paid >$45, including the extra $5 hot wax for my heels. It was nice, I wouldnt do it again. It made no difference.

I was given a gift card for Christmas of 40$ that sat in my wallet until today I decided to use it and theyre saying that it was used in January when I never used it this is messed up

This is hands down the best nail salon in Arlington. Every tech does an amazing job and it is very nice and clean. They have a full bar and serve free drinks with a service. Their prices are low and their service is 5 star!! Call to make an appt because they stay busy, and rightfully so!

I really wish I could tell you about the services here, but I cant. I had an appointment for 4:00 and was still waiting at 4:20. When I asked how much longer, I was told 30 minutes. I decided to leave instead. Dont make appointments if youre not going to honor them.Its a real shame, cause this place looked lovely and had a cool vibe.

Took my husband here to get a pedicure for his bday. It was a basic one, we had drinks, and had a great time while getting awesome services. We felt so relaxed and satisfied afterwards. Highly recommend this place. The ladies there are super sweet and considerate. Also, SUPER CLEAN which is probably very important right now 😃

I went to Cosmo Nail bar today but unfortunately I was ignored shortly after walking in. I wanted a pedicure and after given the price list and still standing at the counter, the guy kept ignoring me. He answered the phone checked out 2 people AND talked to staff. After about 15 plus minutes I left.I thought about it and decided to tell the guy WHY I left, which was due to his customer service and demeanor. His response was “ok, fine!”

# 5 Vanna does an amazing job . I get a Pedicure (Gel) and she uses the dip powder on my fingernails. Vanna is very precise about her work. I am able to go three weeks between appointments and even after 3 weeks my nails look great. She is the only nail technician that knows exactly how I like my nails done. Great job, happy customer 😀

ABSOLUTELY ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place!!! I used to go to Xscape and while they were great, I would spend close to $80-$100 every single time, and sometimes the nail techs weren’t as nice, but I came to Cosmo with my mom one time and have been coming ever since. I believe my nail girl today was Jenny, but she was amazing! I made an appointment and didn’t have to wait at all! She even recommended the almond shape because I have fat little sausage fingers (my words, not hers, she laughed when I said that 😂) and I normally get coffin, but she said almond would look more flattering since I got them shorter than I normally do with coffin, and I’m obsessed with them. $62 for dip and two ombré glitter on each hand! 10/10, recommended this nail bar to anyone and everyone. I will never go anywhere else EVER again! ❤️

Great service, friendly and fun staff. Kiwi & Nancy are my go to. If you love fancy designs Kiwi is the person you want to see. Its always so clean and welcoming. They also have a complimentary bar for customers so that is a huge plus.

I have been having my nails and pedicures done at Cosmo Nail Bar for the last year and I absolutely love it. Jenny has been my go to girl for the last four months. She’s very professional and also very sweet. She takes care of me. I have found that all of the employees at Cosmo are very friendly and kind. Check it out.

I had my nails done here last week. I got dip in the shade of white. I have previously gotten my nails done at other salons and this one had good reviews so I decided to check it out. 2 days after getting my nails done they started turning yellow. I called the front desk to see if I could get a refund or rain check. They werent very helpful at all. They made it seem like it was my fault that my nails turned yellow and didnt have a solution for me. I asked to see if I could come in the following week because of my tight work schedule and distance from my house. They said no, you can come in today or we cant do anything about it. Since they are no help at all, I am going to file a dispute with my Credit Card company and will NOT be returning. POOR QUALITY NAILS. DO NOT GO THERE. PLUS THEY DONT TELL YOU THE PRICE UNTIL AFTER. Seems a bit sketchy to me as to why they dont have prices printed like most nail salons. I never post bad reviews but I dont want anyone else to experience bad customer service like I did.

I saw this place about a year and a half ago after a bad experience at another nail salon. I specifically made an appointment with Kiwi because she had some good reviews on yelp. I was not disappointed! Amazing service, complimentary bar, similar prices as any other nail salon in the area (even though they are not near as nice), great hours, AND they’re consistent with their service! Even when I don’t get in with Kiwi, I can still expect good customer service and all the same things depending on what services I request. I just prefer Kiwi because we have good conversation and she knows everything I like! I’ll never quit coming here as long as they keep doing what they’re doing.

I was blown away my first time here. It was a wonderfully calm atmosphere. My nail tech Kendall was so professional and knowledgeable, she had a great personality! And the free drinks make the service so much better!

I absolutely love Edna’s Dip nails. I went to New Zealand and Australia for three weeks so my nails had the last four weeks. And they did. She’s terrific my other favorite person is Nancy she’s really fun to have an appointment with.

My mother-in-laws heel got nicked deep enough to bleed. My wife left her information and was promised she would hear back from the owner, but its been 2 years and she hasnt heard anything back. Horrible customer experience overall.

Ive always had a great experience at this nail salon. Ive been going once-twice a month for about six months now and have never had any problems, but then again I request the same nail stylist every time I go. I usually try to call ahead because they do get very busy! On occasion I have had to wait a little over my appointment time, but I have no problem with this because I wouldnt want the person ahead of me to feel rushed. When it is my turn Ive never felt like they have rushed the nail service just to get me in and out the door as quickly as possible for their convenience, which is a big difference from the last nail salon I frequented.

The service was great but for $55!? For regular nails thats not smooth they are bumpy and it looks like I need a fill already oh and if your going to charge $20 for gel polish you should let a person know. Now I need my nails filled and fixed... Update I finally got a hold of someone, and fixed my nails they look fabulous and the service was fantastic! Im so happy now I just know who my go to person is there. Thank you!!!

Awesome Nail salon I come here at least once a month for a pedicure! You get a couple complimentary drinks while you get your service done which is awesome! Great staff theyre always friendly & my nails always looks awesome; just wish they massaged more out of all the times Ive been here Ive only had a good foot massage once so I always try to book with her if she is available!

They did a great job of fixing what the other nail salon I had been to messed up. Took awhile because she was making sure each nail was perfect, and that made it all worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back!! Also super clean salon, most in Arlington are dirty and run down.

I have been getting my nails done in Arlington for 12 years and have never been able to find a place I felt was worth the amount I paid but it’s always worth it at Cosmo Nail Bar! No matter who does my nails, I am always treated amazing and love the way my nails look when I leave! I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

We have been going at least once a month for over a year. It’s always top notch experience. My husband I love coming here to treat ourselves to a relaxing pedicure. I’d recommend making a reservation.

I have been coming here since they opened and the service is always excellent. From Colin in the front to all the girls in the back. It’s great to sit back and enjoy my manicure and pedicure with a Malibu Rum Punch or whichever drink I prefer.

Came in a week ago for dip and pedi with my daughter. Came in today because one nail cracked. 2 people came in after me where serviced first because full sets takes priority over repair waited over 30 minutes to fix nail. And I had to get it done here because it was a repair needed their color. Needless to say will not be back. There should not be priority unless you have an appointment

Honestly every nail salon Ive been to in Arlington has been rude and horrible experience. Yesterday I decided to try one more and Im glad I did! The experience from hello was awesome! Yes it took a long time but it was worth every minute! Personally I dont think 2 hrs for my feet and nails is a long time. I will definitely make my next appointment with this salon!! I usually LOVE this place. Today, not so much. My nails are bumpy and all different shape than what I requested. Most are oval and a few square shape.

Had heard good things about this place and wanted to try it out. Came as a walk in and was told they werent accepting any appointments until after 3. Have never been turned down at a walk in welcome establishment. Mind you their entire area was wide open with only 3 customers. Guess I wont be trying this place out.

AMAZING! They took the time and they were very nice! I wish they were closer to where I live!! I went in with a friend and they got us in in just a few minutes and it was a Saturday. As for the lady complaining about them not opening on time...maybe that person may have been in a wreck or something that you may not know of.

When I walked in, I saw a lady at the front desk. She was on the computer and didnt acknowledge me. I sat down to wait. It took her about 2 -3minute or so to actually say something to me. So that was the first reg flag. I ask about prices and she was a bit sarcastic but I brush it off. I was sat down after that. I had a Bellini pedicure which is about $38 plus $5 extra for white tip. After it was done I notice my feet STILL HAD DRY CRACKS ! The lady just look at me but did not say anything. At this point I should have walked out but instead I figured she do a better job on my nails... I was wrong... so my nails were pretty long and all I wanted was a manicure to get the dead skin off and a dip... She pushed back my cuticles (Did not cut the dead skin off ) and proceeded to bluff my nails for the dip. When she got to filing I told her I wanted my length of my natural nail. She said okay. She filed them down shorter than I wanted. I figured after the dip it may seem longer . Oh and btw this was my first dip ever. I was so wrong:/ she filed them so down they look like squares ... I was so disappointed! And I also could see where she bluffed them so much I can see my nail. I spend over $81 dollars plus her TIP! I had this done Monday and by Friday one of the nails cracked. The place looks gorgeous and the bar is super neat but not worth it! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone...

Scheduled my appointment a week ago when I arrived 5 mins late I was made to wait for 20 mins and the technician never acknowledged me. The guy at the front told me my technician would be with me soon but if I wanted to wait I wouldnt have scheduled an appointment. I wont be back.

Ive been going here a few months now. The place is huge, nicely decorated, has free drinks, & its right by my house. My issue is that the service isnt consistent and they do nothing to accommodate you when you complain. On one visit a tech started cutting my real nails off assuming they were fake. Now I have to get tips of which keep breaking before its even time for a fill. Ive had my nails done there twice in two weeks time because I absolutely hated the shape/total look of my nails. Tech flat out ignored what I asked for and clearly rushed doing my nails. I went back the next week saying Im back so soon because the last tech did a horrible job. Youd think theyd put their most skilled tech on my nails this time, right? Wrong! I got someone who cant do nails again! My nails were lumpy, shaped funny, crooked. Worst Ive ever seen. I had to go back and ask for the worst nail to be fixed. Why did they have the same tech fix my nail? She messed it up and thought it was fine, so why send her to fix my nails? Btw she didnt fix it, made it look better, but didnt fix it. I was leaving on vacation that day and didnt have time for much else. I wouldve kept the nails I had if I knew theyd turn out worse. Im going back to my old shop. Farther from me and the wait is long but at least I wont have the newbie on my nails. Theres a few seasoned techs Ive seen do great work there, so if I go back my nails can only be touched by them. Its more expensive to go here, but I thought the service would match the price. As a customer I shouldnt have to worry about the skill level of the nail techs.
