No one picks up the phone. No one responds to emails. As a veteran in need of services, this level of customer service is despicable. I have already submitted a complaint with all relevant bureaus and organizations against this place. If you value your mental health, I would advise you look elsewhere.

Experienced Psychologists and Psychiatrists, multiple different specialties, multiple locations, with helpful front-desk staff (Leslie at the Arlington office is always helpful). I saw multiple providers as a result of some testing that was done at another office, and felt that I was always treated respectfully and compassionately. Like all such practices, there can be a waiting list due to the nationwide shortage of Psychologists and Psychiatrists, and demand is higher than ever. Due to federal legislation that was passed a while back, insurance companies can’t dictate how many sessions you can have, so you can take the time you need to work with a therapist on whatever issues and challenges you may be dealing with. If you are struggling and suffering, reach out and get the help you need, there are people who can help you to overcome your challenges and heal from trauma. This organization has helped me when I needed help, and with multiple offices throughout the state, and multiple different providers, they can help you as well.

The customer service line is the worst customer service ever. I called many times none picks up, left numerous voice messages without a response.I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Ive seen 4 doctors here: 3 psychiatrists and 1 psychologist. Everyone has been awesome except one psychiatrist who randomly made a comment about my weight but he has since retired. The reason Im giving a low rating is because of the billing office. Every time I go theres a new issue with co-pay and insurance and its a pain in the butt. The people I speak to on the phone are not polite and they do not communicate with the office secretaries. Multiple times I have paid in office and the billing office sends me a statement weeks later saying I havent paid. They seem more concerned with getting their money than figuring out what the miscommunication was.

Refused treatment, despite being listed on my insurance company website as accepting patients. Look up information on their contract with Kaiser, and its pretty clear why: theres no profit in me.

The hardest part is getting your first few appointments, but once thats done, its smooth sailing. Ive been going for seven or eight months by now, and have not had any major issues.
