I absolutely LOVE my therapist, and don’t have anything negative to say about her or the care she provides me. Their offices on the other hand, are completely incompetent. Their finance depart on SEVERAL occasions has doubled charged me, and never charges me on the scheduled days. So I never know how much they’ll take out and when. It makes me not want to continue therapy.

I had scheduled an appointment, filled out the appopriate paper work the day I scheduled.Recieved an email with a confirmation showing my appointment would be online, which was stated on the paperwork as well. The day comes ,we log on 15 minutes early .Wait for the host to log on ,while waiting submit the option to notify host.In that time I do recieve a call, which I IGNORED BECAUSE I WAS SUPPOSED TO ON A ONLINE VIDEO CALL.Then 15 minutes past our appointment time , we are still sitting and waiting. So bored I check my voicemail....it’s the office calling for a CONSULTATION????So I call back, get Virginia on the line who said she logged on but no one was there.I told her I took a screen shot of us online at our appointment time. Her excuse,oh there’s a storm so that means there WILL BE technical difficulties. She proceeded to say well anyways since you misunderstood the emails this is the way we do it.First it’s an OVER THE PHONE CONSULTATION(so why the email with directions to log in -who knows). Then we have to evaluate if your child is safe BUT your child doesn’t need to be at the appointment????? (Because that makes sense)Then we pair you with a counselor(even though you pick your counselor at the time of scheduling your appointment.I just told her.We can’t even get on the same page for the “consultation/appointment”.There is no way I would feel comfortable proceeding .She then said that’s why we called you....Um ma’am ,I have email after email with video appointment confirmations, how would a potential patient know video appointments mean a phone call.I just hung up. Awful.
