A lovely therapist. Very easy to speak with, never rude, and always made sure that my comfort was first. Its been a good while since Ive been here, but her sessions have stuck with me. This experience was five stars for me.

Anyone can write anything. Do not be mislead people- the counselors there are professional and courteous. Focus on addressing the issues NOT creating reasons not to fix them.

I had a really good experience with Megan Pickens. The check in process was so simple, she sent me emails to confirm my appointment and all she asked was I had to fill in my paperwork prior to my appointment. I filled out my paperwork I turned up at the office and my appointment was as scheduled and everything started on time.Megan was thoughtful caring and was very attentive to all my needs, I would recommend her to anybody who needs the help and support the way I needed it.

I really thought this person was professional as I went to my first consultation she was eating candy in front of me and hardly putting attention to what I was saying, as I walk out of her office we agreed that I was going to call her to reschedule an appointment because her hours were unavailable for me, I called her today left her a voice mail, she called me later then she was really rude to me just because I told her I wasn’t going to go with her anymore and because she was going to charge me on an appointment we didn’t agreed on, she told me ok you are not going to come back here bye. Definitely a really bad experience with this women.
