OWES ME OVER $200!!! They still have not submitted my Jan, Feb, and March visits to insurance (it’s almost August) and have not returned any of my voice mails. They know I’ve met my deductible and that they should either refund me or report it to insurance so they can refund me. They won’t even send me receipts so I can report it myself. Unprofessional and cruel. They knew I was pregnant and disabled and needed the money. Avoid at all costs! It’s a shame because the counselor was very kind.

Went here a few years ago. Got established with a counselor. After a few sessions she started rescheduling every appointment.2 years later my daughter needs a counselor and my insurance only covers this office. Scheduled with a different counselor. 45 minutes before the appointment (that I waited 3 weeks for) they call to ask if its a telephone or video appointment. It was scheduled as an in person appointment by the office manager after confirming with the counselor that she would see a five year old for this issue. The only response I was given was that someone didnt do their job.So here I am, stuck in a situation where mental health help is needed and this company has dropped the ball AGAIN.

The therapist we saw is very nice and well spoken. The lobby area is extremely small and confined, other than that the office is pretty comfy.

My counselor is very good, but the receptionists could probably use some customer service training. 😞I went in once (I admit that I did arrive late), signed in (electronically) and waited for my counselor to call me in. About 15 minutes later, when I went to the window to see why the delay, both receptionists kept chatting and laughing and basically ignored me for about two minutes. When they finally addressed me, it turns out they had forgot to tell my counselor I was waiting. By then, I had missed almost half my session!

This place SUCKS! Made an appointment and then they cancelled on me the day before. Then made another appointment and was called 2 days before session that my insurance didn’t meet deductible and we had to pay $90. I advised the lady the website shows $85 and the first session is free for 30 mins. She says to me oh we don’t do 30 minute sessions anymore and we need to update our website. Then I call today to try to get in an appoint and she says they don’t do counseling on weekends for couples or take anyone after 5pm.

This place is horrible, they are under staffed and it does not seem like the people working the phones want too actually put in the work to find a counselor that fits your schedule and theres. the receptionists have been rude or acted as if I was bothering them by trying to find a counselor for my little boy.
