These people have not returned our $50.00 deposit. Not a honest good place to do business with. Car was clean, tank was full,the insurance paid them for the rental. This company has no honest intentions of returning our deposit.Go elsewhere, beware.

Husband and I rented a vehicle in June the young lady at the office was so sweet and professional (can’t remember name) even though she was the only one at the office. She was busy but still very professional at all times husband and I will definitely come back to this location to rent.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I repeat, do not go to this Hertz!!! A few days before my trip, I scheduled a rental car online and got the confirmation for pick up. The day of, I get to the rental car location to pick up my reserved vehicle only to have the gentleman shrug his shoulders and tell me that they do not have any vehicles available. I was shocked and then started asking if there was something I could do, another location I can go to, and with a nonchalant attitude, he told me THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO. I seen the other customers in the lobby on the phone but thought maybe they were walk-ins. I was planning to get on the road to be at my best friend’s wedding. After him telling me that all of their locations are out of vehicles, I requested to speak with his manager, and he told me that he couldn’t give me the number. I asked him to have his manager call me and we are now on day 3 of no call. I obtained rental insurance through them and they charged my card for it. The thing that upset me the most was, why didn’t they call me before I got there? They had my information. I had to pay for a ride there, missed half of the wedding, and was told that they only thing I can do is call customer service. I was on the line with customer service for almost 45 minutes only for them to tell me that I needed to speak to the manager at the location. Then to have the guy at Hertz to basically tell me that if I would have pre-paid this wouldn’t have happened?!? How is this my fault? I’m absolutely speechless and never encountered anything like this. I will tell you to be on the safe side, do not pick this location or the other one in Arlington. (They are both under the same management) If you are looking to rent a vehicle, you should go to Dollar rental down the street. It is literally 2 minutes away with excellent customer service. I told them about what I had experienced, and they even cut me deal.

I have to say if your looking for great service, this is definitely the place to go! The people here were very prompt and courteous. I was there victim of a hot and run accident. I called the location where my insurance reserved me a rental. They had nobody to accommodate me for a ride there to pick up a rental. I asked if I could pick up at about location. They told me to try the location on Peach street in Arlington. I called and spoke to Jared. He said he could send someone right then to pick me up! I was there and in a rental within 1 hour of calling them. Then when my car was ready a well later, I went to get it the day before Thanksgiving. I was in my way to Hertz to return the rental when I realized that I may not make it before they closed. I called but got no answer. I called my insurance to find out what would happen if I didnt make it on time. They said I would be charged out of pocket for 2 days since the next day was a holiday. The agent called and spoke to, if course Jared. He came back on the line and asked me how far away I was. I told him about 3 miles but has to stop and put gas in the rental. Plus there was traffic. He put me on hold again and came back and said, Jared said they hell try to wait for you! Just try to hurry. I got there and Jared was there ready to take care of me again! These guys are amazing! I would call them again when in need of a rental car for sure. They definitely giveTop Notch Customer Service!

Had a car accident and went through my insurance to get a rental. They called me said there was a location right down the road only to show up there for it to be closed so now I have to take another day off work to go to the different location to get the rental..

Last Monday I reserved a car to pick up the following day. When I got there they did not have the car I requested. Then, they wanted to put a $200 hold on my account. I said no and opted to cancel. I was told there would be no charges to my account. Two minutes after leaving I had a $239 hold on my account. I returned and the woman who ran it told me it would be back in my account by midnight that night. It is now 7 days later and I have yet to recieve my money. She refused to help us. She kept answering new calls instead of helping us with our issue. She should have never charged our card to begin with. I never even rented a car here. No one has contacted me after numerous emails. Every number Ive called does not work or just keeps ringing. This is one of the worst customer service issues Ive ever had with any company Ive dealt with. The lack of concern is absolutely disgusting. You stole money from me and you are not willing to discuss the matter and help me resolve it. I do not understand how you can do this to someone and get away with it.

Booked reservation for same day business rental, asked to postpone pickup until following day, assured they would honor quoted price the following day. Show up the following day, and theyd cancelled reservation and wouldnt honor price, saying reservation auto expired after 2 hr time window. Guess when I found out about 2 hour automatic expiration - you guessed it - the morning we went to pick it up.Awful attitude. Nobody remembered about arrangements made the previous day. Didnt get email confirmation from them to base it on afterwards.

Truck was good but after I dropped rental off someone got told road ticket the next day and caliber collision agreed I didnt have there truck that day still saying wrong timeline its plate pass but its part of Hertz and caliber collision is one of main customers also ,seems simple enough for them to do .if try maybe call or email or bug me

Thieves... they can take your money without any reason once you give them your credit details...once you swipe... make sure you never want you money back... they say it can take 4 to 6 weeks but we will expedite it so you have in 1 week... that is a load of ..... my suggestion... get a 50$ prepaid card and use that for deposit.... never use personal card that has money because even the police wont help, but if you took from the company you would be in trouble that minute, but a company that steals...guess they have free reign to keep stealing.

I came in on 8/30/18 to this location, the rep (Regina) was professional, efficient, and thorough with my service while multi-tasking to helped another rep with her clients rental issue. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I will definitely make this my location if all the reps are like Regina. Thank you much!

I got a little nervous when I saw the reviews for this location only after I got my rental confirmation. I was pleasantly surprised. The waiting area is small and not very updated but I was there to rent a car, not sit in a lobby and drink coffee. I rented a premium car, got a clean Infiniti and was off the lot about 15 minutes after I arrived. The final charges on my card were just as they explained them to me and drop off was a breeze. Maybe I caught them on a good couple of days but, at this point, I’ll Be back.

Mixed experience. Unlike Enterprise, you will be billed the cost of picking you up and dropping you off at home from their office. Watch your receipt very well, if you tell them to book you till 3pm, time on receipt could be 12pm. Although you wont be billed for returning by 3pm, Ill worry that protection will have been invalidated by 12 and you could lose LDW, PIP and other insurance protections after time.

Terrible customer service. I was never greeted when picked up or dropping off the vehicle. Then was told that they could not drop me off, and he didn’t know what I wanted him to do about it. I had to put up a fuss for him to get on the phone and figure something out for me, so I could go to the repair shop. Completely rude and terrible service. Will never use them again.

The worst service I have ever experienced, to bad i cant give any negat stars. I am currently waiting at the service shop they told me Hetz would have a car ready for me. At the time i dropped my car off now im sittings here had to call out of work because its 3 hours later amd they ran out of cars who does that. Then you call for help and nothing the gentleman at the auto shop said it the moment i got here Hertz is really bad. I said its ok they will be here welp i should have listened. NEVER AGAIN!!

The manager is quick, and polite..Yet, undue charges kept being pulled from my account..Tried to get my money back..Was told to wait 7 to 10 days...Did that, no returns..Returned vehicle, still no returns..Called corporate office, telling me all funds would be returned to me in another 7 to 10 days...It just will not stop...Very unprofessional buisness...

I tried calling and they let the phone ring so I hung up and called again Just to be put on hold for 30 minuets. I eventually hung up. Morale of the story is I never got assisted. Just that move alone gives this place one star. Horrible service. You can’t even answer the phone. That says a lot.

These location is the worst, they don’t have cars that they promised while booking and make you for 30 mins to get a car. They take benefit for being close to collision center. The representatives are not helpful either. Manager didn’t even try to help.

Walked in...wasnt greeted, 3 employees never made eye contact, continued their conversation amongst themselves until an employee made eye contact with me, never smiled, all employees looked annoyed. She was quick to get me out of there and I was also happy to be out of there. By reading the reviews nobody has taken action to correct their customer service.

Rented a van 2 weeks in advanced and when I went to go pick it up they said they didn’t have one available even though I rented in advanced. Horrible service , needed it that day to go on vacation and didn’t even have it should’ve told us before hand.

I was sent to Hertz by my insurance company. I had the worst experience with Hertz. Their management is never available (store or district manager), the online website lets you book cars they dont actually have available and I just had an overall negative experience. I even went so far as to file not one, but two complaints with Hertz customer service. As I type this out, my issues with this company are still not resolved and I still dont have complete clarity of my situation with them.I will not ever go through Hertz again and if anyone asks, I will tell them to take their hard earned money elsewhere.

This company is horrible and will leave your family in unsafe conditions! My family and I rented a car through a manager at this establishment by the name Kasim. The car that was provided to us was faulty. The car had mechanical issues that would not allow it to start in the middle of downtown at 11pm. We spent two hours stranded in a city that was unknown to us and full of danger. For four hours my family and I waited on the side of the road at night for a tow truck and a taxi. We had to call Hertz several times through out these four hours because once the car was towed we were left stranded waiting on the taxi to the airport to pick up yet another rental car. This situations was not only dangerous to my family, because of the amount of bums that inhabited the area, it was a huge inconvience and took a lot of time out of our vacation to solve the issue and get a new rental car. I will never use hertz to rent a car again. To add insult to injury, I even attempted to file a compliant with the company but they left me on hold and will not return to the call. It is truly sad that this is the type of customer service I revived as a army service member.

I dont recommend going to this Hertz location. I had to pay a $50 deposit for a rental and was told once I turned it back in, I would receive my deposit back. I havent received any of my money back...its been 3 months. I called them and corporate to solve my issue and both acted like it wasnt their problem and blamed my bank. Ill never come here again.

Only one employee working the day before Christmas eve. He was a rockstar, but overwhelmed. They were extremely busy and I got my car an hour late as it wasnt even on the lot and had to be picked up. Hertz needs to ensure they have enough people working for the customer load.

I reserved a vehicle and for me to be picked up. I called them at my pickup time and was placed on hold for 14 minutes. I hung up and called several times until someone answered only to be asked to hold again. I said that I was waiting to be picked up. I was on hold again until someone came to the phone and asked my last name, pickup location and if it was an insurance claim. Then he said he could pick me up, as if there wasnt a reservation already 🙄. I should have read the reviews.

I’m just going to say Hertz should be shame for having an office so antiquated and old. Remodel already. The male manager gets the job done. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Car wasn’t in excellent condition but it’s a decent rental for a insurance claim so far.

I rented a range rover from here. I liked the price quoted.Drove the car and delivered it on time the next morning and at this location.I checked my card statement and found I was charged WAY more than I was supposed to be.They charged me for a one-way drop off at DFW. Didnt drive it there.Underage fee. I had a CDP.Charged for every single insurance coverage. Only wanted the LDW.Charged for an extra hour. Delivered it on time.I am extremely ticked off at this location.Yall are making renting with hertz not enjoyable.Thank you. And I will not be renting from this location anymore.

They were kind of slow and i was advised it was the computers. The car I was giving had the gas light on when they gave it to me. They fixed it but i feel it shoukd have been done prior to being rented inwould have potentially ran out of gas pulling of the lot.

Terrible Customer Service!!! First, when I called they put me on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and called again to get answered to with an attitude. The lady on the phone didnt seem to care in assisting at all!! Secondly, they had told me that once I dropped off my car at the dealership they would come pick me up to drive me to get my rental but when we called for them to pick us up, they told my mom to get an uber because they werent going to pick her up to get the rental so the manager of the dealership did the favor to drop her off to get the rental! Terrible Terrible company that doesnt seem to care at all! Tjat is sad!
