Asked I can park my personal vehicle here during the rental, they said yes. Made the reservation, came in, paid, and then they told me You CAN park here, but well tow your car. They start arguing about the definition of can, insisting that they told me the truth, and they didnt mention the tow because I didnt ask if I was allowed to park there.Being 5:00 on a Friday, I didnt have time to make other plans. They wont refund me until Monday either. So now I have vehicle to make this trip out of state for an interview, no money to rent another one, nothing. All because these guys want to make a joke that stopped being funny in kindergarten. I DoNt KnOw, *CaN* yOu? What childish nonsense. This isnt how adults are supposed to behave when conducting business, playing pranks like this messes with peoples livelihoods.

Absolutely terrible! Hertz asks for a $50 deposit then NEVER GIVES IT BACK despite there being no damage or dirt, and them claiming theyre giving it back!

The rudest group of individuals I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I will never again do business with these people. If customer service is what you are looking for; Do yourself a favor and keep looking.
