This Enterprise Rent-A-Car has a bit of a hidden location- I used to airport or stand alone brick and mortar locations. However, their customer service made up for their lackluster location. I am a big proponent of good customer service and they provided just that. They properly and clearly communicated with me about my rental and contacted me on how I was enjoying the rental. Most importantly, they handled everything with my insurance company. I have had bad experiences with other rental companies delegating their responsibilities of speaking with my insurance company to me - but not this establishment.Overall, good work and I would recommend this Enterprise.

Not very please today. I show up to pick the vehicle I requested and they dont have it, after calling 5 minutes, of me making the reservation. Then they said it will be an hour before we can get your vehicle. They then suggested, we can give you another vehicle we have on site. It takes the guy another 15 minutes to get the car. Not to mention this car is very dirty and I asked can you wash it, he says our car wash is broken. I think it is time to find another car rental place. This one is not the one. I do not recommend this facility. Signed Not Happy at all!

Very bad service, Caliber Collision made a reservation for me, when I went to pick up the rental car, I mentioned to Chris that I declined any additional service which that include extra protection, he knew I didn’t want to get, because I wasn’t gonna pay extra and he even mentioned that if something happens I could use my insurance and just pay the deductible to enterprise. I was ok with that. At the end he said to initial and sign, didn’t bother to read each paragraph because I had said that didn’t want any extra services and since it wasn’t the first time I had a rental car with them and I never get anything extra. Omar the other front desk guy was very informative and every time he explained me something he would showed me on the IPad. The guy Chris got me ripped off. My debit card was deducted almost $300 and who ever was the girl working there said because was more than 21 days she can only reimbursed me $180. Really ?!?!?! Also mentioned that I could have the bank dispute the transactions 🤬🤬🤬She said was a misunderstanding. I would never use their service or refer anyone to enterprise. P.s take the iPad away from them and read every single line, don’t believe them when they said only need your initials and signature.

WOW, seriously impressed. Josh and Tatiana were very accommodating. They made pickup and drop off easy even though I was late for my pickup. Communication was top notch. I will definitely go back here next time I need a rental.

The car had a weird unidentifiable odor I have worked at a rental car place before and before we put the cars out we sprayed them with new car smell and watch them so I know it can be done and it wasnt I cant say it was full of gas and got us there and back although the tires sensors were going off because the tires needed air in them I give it a 3 for now

Do not trust enterprise. they told me my rental was $20/day but it was really $40/day. I guess they train their guys to lie to their customers. He even showed me on his computer that is was $20/day. I do not like being lied to and the deceptive way they talk to their customers. Hate having NOT to trust people now days. Enterprise will probably do nothing about this.

I asked for the cheapest car they could give me because my insurance only pays 30$ a day. I expected some small compact car. Instead the guy shows up at the shop with the car that I will be driving. A Nissan Altima!. It was brand new, and definitely not a compact car. I appreciated that I didnt have to transfer my stuff twice, like I have with other car rental places. With him showing up with the car that I was to drive away in, saved me precious time. And when I dropped it off at the place that was fixing my car, I just had to leave it there. They took care of everything. Thank you!

The service was great!! I didnt have to wait to get a car they already had my vehicle ready to go. In fact, I had to go and my wife was able to get the car and drive it back to the house and get there almost at the same time I got there. The return was easy as pie.

I had never needed a rental until a week ago. I had mentioned to a customer that I was unexpectedly without a car so she immediately recommended Enterprise Rent-A-Car. She sounded like an angel when she said they pick you up from work. Minutes, I was on the phone with the best, Ms. Maya. She setup for me to be picked up and she actually showed up herself at my work. She is so nice and knowledgeable. She took care of me and shell take good care of you too! I will definitely return.

The South Collins location in Arlington, TX is nothing short of Uh-Mazing! I had to use one of their vehicles do to an accident I was in. The vehicle was spectacular; clean, smelled good, plenty of room for hauling my teenage children and friends, and just all around pleasant. When it comes to customer service, between Christopher and Adrianne, they are the DYNAMIC DUO! They neither one have a clue the struggles our family is going through right now and took 100% complete care of me! Thank you so much for still showing people what REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about...KUDOS...I will definitely be using Enterprise again!

I reserved a standard car and was down graded. The car I received was on empty and needed a wheel alignment. I had them come pick up the car an when they realized it was operable they towed it. When I complained about the gas, I was told well at least you could bring it back empty. As a person who has rented from this location before amongst other locations I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service that was offered to me. The “Manager in trainee” was very new. It took him bout 30mins to get me checked in. When I called to complain and explained how inconvenienced I was to have to stop to get gas in addition to having to run business for work they offered for me to take the car back to another location. I declined an had them pick it up from me. They offered me the same car class they downgraded me to but never once offered to put me in the car class I booked or even upgraded. In past experience if they didn’t have a car in your class they would upgrade an if that wasn’t an option they would explain that an offer a discount for future. I received nothing of the sort an spent my day unerring versus the rental car as reserved. Highly disappointed.

My husband and I rented a car for our road trip out west to Big Bend and reserved it on the app and picked it up with Chris! He’s great and we loved how through he was when showing us our rental car. When dropping off the car, since my husband had to go to work early, my ride to pick me up was late, and I did not know this, but Enterprise can also arrange a drop off for you!! Chris let me know as he saw me wait! Great customer service and dependable cars! We definitely will use these guys again!

Ahh, these guys were so great! They really went above & beyond to help me ! They even followed up the next day to make sure everything was good with my car & make sure I was happy. Told me over the phone to bring a debit or credit card. When I got there they said no debits cards because I have an out of state liscense. They had that information already, and even called me 30 minutes before I got there and had said debit or credit.

Im very pleased with the service that I receive from Enterprise Andre was the person that help me with my rental and it was very easy very seamless. I didnt get the name of the young man who helped me this morning when I return the car and gave me a ride to the Dodge dealer but he was very nice I would be very happy to recommend him and Enterprise to anyone thank you.

I wanted to take a moment to document how well the team at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the 4842 S. Collins Street location has always met my families needs. As a frequent renter for over 2 years, I am proud to say I have always been well taken care of. During the heavy hail and subsequent floods of May/ June 2016 here in DFW, the team scoured the entire north Texas region to find enough cars for their customers, often going way out of their normal channels to take care of our needs. Kudos to you Josh, Chris and MANY others!

Waited almost two hours for someone to pick me up to get rental car. Their place was about two minutes from the hotel. When they finally arrived and took me there, I was advised that the car I chose was not available and they put me in a near death trap size car. However, upon my addressing the issue with a staff member, they immediately addressed the issue by putting me in a bigger car. My rental time period was for 45 days which was clearly indicated on the rental agreement by my company. However they called me almost every week to ask me when was I going to return the car. Very annoying.

The car was great. It met our needs well.The service was good, Mike was a pro and got me in and out quickly.The only disappointing thing about this is they would not pick us up. Apparently the well pick you up slogan comes with distance limitations and that necessitated asking someone else for a way to and another to follow us back to the site to get a ride back home.

If I could put zero stars I would.Enterprise is a complete joke of a company.We had a reservation through our insurance company to pick up a car. They didnt have one anywhere in the area. They called us back and said they had a car on hold for my father to pick up on Monday morning 9 am. We were there Monday right at 9:00 they checked us in told us to wait while they clean the car.? I then asked wait why didnt yall do that Saturday why did your way for the last minute to clean the car and then he continued to tell me oh we were waiting on cars to come in this morning to give you and told him wait a second you said yall had a car on hold thats ready Monday morning at 9 AM now youre saying we have to wait for a car to come in to give us and he said yes so they lie to me Saturday when they called me we had a wait up to an hour and a half for a vehicle to come in for us although there was a line in front of us of four people waiting for vehicles to come in. It was just terrible service all the way around. I received a follow up call from them today May 25th on if we were satisfied. I laughed so hard. I told him I am very dissatisfied and will never rent a car from enterprise again. He continues to try to bribe me a free weekend rental if I put that I was satisfied on the survey and I was like nope that wont even work I will not ever ever rent from enterprise again and believe me yeah I will get my survey back.

I made a reservation online yesterday while at work since my vehicle is in the shop requiring repairs. I arrive at this branch and am assisted in a rather hurried manner, which was the first thing I disliked. I then hand over my debit card and drivers license and am notified that my debit card cannot be utilized unless I can furnish two utility bills. I live in student housing so my only bill is my cell phone; the rest is paid for by the Department of Defense (Im a veteran). I kindly informed the unprofessional behind the counter that I have rented from Enterprise in the past with the same card at a different branch and that I could even make this payment in cash, to alleviate any issue. Im informed there is no way to go about renting the reserved vehicle. That to me sounds like someone isnt wanting to do their job properly, especially being that Ive been a loyal customer and anytime my personal vehicle is being worked on I rent at Enterprise.I am also quite displeased that this was never mentioned in the fine print online nor have I ever been informed of this prior to today. Im taking this complaint up the Enterprise corporate chain of command.-Saturday, 5 September 2015-

This location needs to be educated on company policy and customer service. My vehicle is being repaired this week, but I still have things to get done. I have used Enterprise in the past during an insurance claim and with my previous employer. The rep took my licence and questioned why Im not renting next to my home? Well I had to leave my home at 6am with my husband since I dont have a working vehicle. My husband is an AC Technician in the Arlington/Grand Prairie area for the past 15yrs. This could have been a friendly conversation question, but the rep followed by more questions and talk of how Im 45min from my house and why does my husband even work in this area if I live in Rockwall. I really dont see how this is his business or effects renting a vehicle that can be rented in one place and returned to another do to travel or convenience of the paying customer. Next he told me that my bank card w/ Visa logo can only be used next to my home and I have to have a major credit card if Im want to rent so far away. By so far away he meant one side of Dallas County to the other. Seriously......I just left at this point. I then called Enterprise and spoke to a reservation specialist, not saying anything of my experience. He asked my area and found the closest locations for pick-up. Then asked if I would be using a major credit card or my bank card. I told him bank card. He then informed me I simply needed 2 bills and proof of income. This was so simple to do. I dont understand what the Enterprise Rep on Collins St was trying to accomplish, but he did guarantee the lose of my business and this bad review.

We have had a rental for about a month now due to a car accident. The payment responsibility switched from our insurance to the body shop due to a delay in target completion date. We have been trying to switch out the car because it is leaking oil. We were told to come by to the nearest Enterprise to switch it out because it is not safe and its so happened that my husband is driving home from work and almost close to this location and that there was a car available. But within minutes of getting that information and arriving there, all of a sudden, there was no available car. On top of that, we were told that we have to go to DFW airport or the West 7th location to be able to get a car replacement because the original rental was from there. My husband called all the Enterprise rental car within 10 miles from us and there was no car available. He decided to call the West 7th location because he has exhausted all options of not having to drive far. He explained the situation to the sales rep who then called the manager at the South Collins location and voila, now there is a car available and it can be picked up at the South Collins location.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by the staff at Enterprise, but a 2017 vehicle that was listed as a premium rental should have things like SiriusXM satellite radio activated and a backup camera. The Chevy Impala I rented was clean, fresh, and in great shape overall, but the XM was expired and inexplicably, Enterprise bought a fleet version without backup safety equipment. This is the corporate offices fault (especially since this was a vehicle registered in OK), not the local office.

Finally got a rental car after having a crash. The whole need a debit or credit card issue with rental car companies was holding me up! Got into a car crash, not my fault. Anxiety levels off the chart already! State Farm set up my rental first with Hertz, because they charge less for their rentals. But after going to Hertz twice and not getting a car, I figured I could try Enterprise! The next morning I got a call from Enterprise regarding express pickup! I didnt realize I could pick up the car so early. But the need a credit or debit card came up again. So I decided I just wasnt going to rent a car! I talked with SF again, because I really need a car! 😫 They suggested I pay cash for the deposit 😑 ok... If thats what I have to do ok! $50 cash in hand and also Prepaid AmEx Bluebird. Catch Uber to Enterprise and wait for them to open at 730a. The tall white guy (sorry didnt get name) opened the door a few minutes early! Yes! I gave him my info and DL and AmEx, he said it wouldnt work, no cash either, need credit or debit! 😯 But .. so .. can I .. He pushed my stuff to the side and asked if he could help the next person! 😢 Ok, what to do! Called SF, no help. 😟 Goes back in, sit down for a bit waiting to talk with someone, head hurting, neck hurting, shoulder hurting, just gonna give my debit card so I can get to work. 🤑 🙄 Keimon comes in and ask to help me. I was like, here,,, here is my debit card, tried to explain why I was so hesitant to give card, but didnt matter! Keimon gave me a couple vehicle options. Definitely didnt want a peanut. Driving small cars gives me more anxiety! 😏 Didnt want to be picky, but settled on a small SUV. Gonna run a few dollars over the $25 a day allowance SF gives! 🤑 Keimon gave me his business card. Explained that I only needed to return the car half full since it was only on half full and that I could return the car to Caliber off Cooper when my car is ready! 😉 Next time Ill probably go through my employee discount and make my own reservation. The MANAGER, Andre showed up to my house on Monday ON HIS DAY OFF, he so gladly told us...to let us know that our reservation ended on Saturday and that we needed to return the vehicle or theyd have to get the authorities involved... mind you they close at noon on Saturday and closed on Sunday. The Friday prior to all this I called their office and spoke with Andre numerous times to see if we could get a larger vehicle and extend it through the weekend but he told us he had nothing available. Upon returning the vehicle today, I requested the corporate number to complain about Andre showing up at my house and Chris, the assistant manager purposely gave me the wrong number. It was a vacation hotline... I guess he thought I wouldn’t do the leg work to get the correct number, but guess what, I sure did... he gave me a 1-800 number and corporate notified me that it definitely should have been a local number... also informed me that this is not their practice and agreed with me that their behavior was incredibly inappropriate.I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION & will not use them in future.

This is the enterprise I always use when I need to get away. The staff are very friendly and helpful; however sometimes it can be a little slow when you are trying to get a ride back home, other than that they are awesome.
