I am a current resident whos not please with my mail being taken. I spoke with the apartment manager and they attempted to fix it themselves instead of seeking out the correct measures to securing residents mail. I had items taken from my mail and guess what its on me. No one is taking responsibility although management decided to FIX it themselves.

Absolutely love living here! The ladies in the office are on their game with all this Covid stuff. So thankful they take it seriously. Janette has been so helpful even if I’m late a lit bit w my rent. She always makes me feel like she truly cares. Wonderful place to have kiddos too. Highly recommend

Trash trash trash. I relocated here and it’s truly sad to stay here. Trash everywhere. It stinks. The rent is hijacked monthly. Signed lease for $1085 currently paying $1303 plus forced to pay amenities I don’t use. No security or cameras. Except at main office. The pictures are truly misleading.

Have lived here for a year and Mrs. Sarah is the best property manager. The apartments are very nice spacious and I love the black appliances. Office personnel is very friendly always makes us feel welcomed.

I’ve been here 2 months and I’m ready to break my lease and leave. So many issues. Signed a lease for a certain amount of rent, every month it’s jacked up by $200 with no reasons why. Apartment looks nice at first but please beware. They will not fix anything but demand more money. My neighbor and I both are having plumbing issues. Feces coming out of my tub. Literally sewage is dripping in my tub.

I have been living here on this property for over 5 years & have enjoyed every minute of living here. The maintenance crew is prompt & knowledgeable and always timely. The real reason I have stayed here at Heritage Park Apartments are the ladies in the leasing office. They are friendly, efficient, & willing to work with you on rent. I have experienced the BEST customer service in my rental history here at Heritage Park.

These people are scammers! I filled out an application as a co-signer, and was told I wasn’t needed, therefore had no worries or interest in the apartment! When I found out there was a collections in my name about it I reached out to the property manager, and asked for a lease with my signature, which she could not provide, because there isn’t one. They didn’t even send a lease agreement to the collections agency, just documents that I sent over when I thought I was needed as a co-signer. She even stated she saw me there when the lease was signed, when I have indisputable proof I was never in the leasing office, and not even in the state when my friend signed said lease. From the little interaction I have had with the staff, they are very rude!

My family have lived at this residence for 5 years and we had a grateful experience. We are glad Sarah our Property Manager has returned with an amazing professional leasing staff Jessica and Kevaira.Seeking to live in a modest multi-cultural community near the Entertainment District and being close to the freeways. Heritage Park Apartments is a high recommendation.

My husband and i went in today to inquire about a 2 bd appartment and where Greeted by such a friendly staff. Yuri and sarah was such a big help and answered any and every question we had. The entire staff was very professional and made sure we left with every question answered definitely leaning towards them for our new home 😊😊🤗

When i walked into the office, i was greeted right away. I really like the floor plan that I was interested in. The area is good and its something I am really considering bringing my family to live here.

I enjoy living here. Its quite and equipped with a fitness center with a 24 hrs access. I enjoy the office staff (Sarah,D,Isabelle). The staff(office&maintenance) is very helpful and ive been living here for 6mos now and still quite. The staff treat us like family and i love it here. No complaints from us. Thanks!

I absolutely love this apartment complex! Even before I moved in they constantly checked up on me. They have always treated me like family and the location couldn’t be more perfect! I also love that anytime I had a financial issue and was going to be a little late on rent, they always worked up a solution with me.

The office staff are very courteous and always so helpful when I have issues that aren’t taken care of but I’m not happy with maintenance. I’ve had maintenance emergency’s with my air and a few other small items I put in a work order for and they took forever to get fixed. it’s like I can never get them out here and it’s ridiculous. I have had many issues since My first day here. as for not posting my name along with this review, I do not want any problems with management or the staff.

THE OFFICE STAFF IS GREAT BUT I HAVE ONLY BEEN HERE A WEEK AND I FEEL LIKE MY APARTMENT WAS LITERALLY THROWN TOGETHER .. WALKED IN CLOSET THIS MORNING FLOOR WET, DISHWASHER FULL OF WATER AND HAVE NEVER EVEN USED I HAVE ALREADY HAD THEM COME OUT TO FIX A DOOR AND OTHER THINGS. AFTER SPENDING OVER 1000 TO MOVE IN THERES NO WAY THIS SHOULD BE HAPPENING IN THE FIRST WEEK

Since I have been living at heritage park all the staff have been wonderful and always left a smile on my face. The maintenance helps with all my needs for my apartment to.

I like it here and have had no problems. People don’t say nice things most likely because they messed up and their upset at the office for their problems. The office is nice. Mario is great. They helped me out when I needed a new place to live and no one else would lease to me.

I have nothing negative to say about the management. They were more than professional & understanding. Maintenance handled my requests promptly. Kudos to them. The property though is a mess. The residents who live there have no respect for the property. Littering in the parking lot and grassy areas. Letting their children destroy the lawn. Not picking up waste after taking their dogs out. They are not charging low class prices so it was surprising to be living around low class minded people. Cars sitting on bricks. Illegal drug dealing going on the premises. Illegal day cares. All this happening all times of the day.The units need extreme remodeling or demolition. I was on the 2nd floor and could hear everything from the floor above and below me. Neighbors were smokers of legal and illegal substances, which came directly into my unit. So not cool!I would love to see where these million dollar renovations are going because its not going quick enough to the units.When asked if was going to renew my lease, I asked if they were going to remodel my unit? The answer was no but still I had a rent increase. The only thing nice in my unit was the carpet, because it was new when I moved in. It had yellow appliances, spray paint over everything, and very old kitchen cabinets. I only lasted one year.The last thing I have negative to say about the property is the dumpsters. They were not emptied frequently and trash would pile up and be everywhere.I advise everyone to look elsewhere. Nice respectable management but the property is just not worth the money you pay.

I moved into the apartment and literally everything started to break down. When i put in a request to fix something whatever it was like the sink it would break the same day. The only way i would suggest these apartments to anyone is if this is your absolutely last option and you have nowhere to go.

The maintenance sucks. It’s been 3 weeks and I still can’t get the water leak in my bathroom fixed. And they say it’ll be another week.

I would not recommend anyone to move here. The apartments are over priced. They give rigged upgrades, all of the cabinets fall off the hinges and when you submit a service request they wont fix any thing and they put completed online for your service request. Also, when you turn in your 60 day notice they do not confirm that you are moving and when its time to move they tell you that they never received your email or the letter you mailed and then they try and charge you all these fees for moving out. They also make you pay for pest control and leave a note on your door say I there key didnt work. BE CAREFUL NOT TO MOVE HERE!

The staff is great since the take over with robins property. Any maintenance requests are handled very quickly the shortest time Ive waited is an hour and longest Ive waited was 1 day. The renovations are looking great this is my second year here.

I had to make a move here for my new job! Currently I have been loving it here. Lots of things to do like go swimming and the gym is nice for cardio workouts. Staff seems so nice.

This apartment is really great to live in I think. The complex looks beautiful and really trimmed up. Good place to take walks and relax after a long day of work.

I’ve lived here for the past 9 months and this place has been nothing but wonderful! The maintenance guys, Mario and Brandon, are amazing and never fail to fix any issue I have and always are here when I call, rather it be office hours or late at night. The 3 ladies in the office, Sarah, Spontanee, and Baylee are always here to answer any questions I have and never hesitate to go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of and happy where I am living! I’d definitely recommend this beautiful community to anyone who is on the search for a new home!

I’ve lived here 6 years and have had nothing but great experiences! The office staff and maintenance have always been friendly and understanding. They have treated me and my three children like family. The manager and her husband came to assist me in a huge delimma on a weekend at 6am without hesitation..... thank you Heritage Park! The staff they have now is by far my favorite! (Including Fred)!

I have been living at this community for 2 years and I have to say that I am impressed with the new staff.I have lived in other places where new management comes in and its so horrible. But I have had a great experience and I do plan to renew.

This place is a joke. I was soo happy when I signed my lease because the management was really nice. But the day I got my keys and went to clean the apartment before moving in......the roaches ran me off. Not just the roaches but the patched up bathroom with mold climbing up the walls, the refrigerator being shorter than me and Im only 54, the smell in the apartment, the mold around the tub as if it hadnt been cleaned in years and the broken cabinets in the kitchen. Needless to say, I went right back over to the office and gave them their keys back. On sight the place looks livable. But once you see the bones of the property....its not worth the money. If you want to live comfortably and not share your home with critters....I say keep looking.

I think that the staff here is generally really nice and helpful. The maintenance guys have done a good job with fixing things I know that personally as well as talking to my neighbors, we have no issues when calling them.

First and foremost these apartments are overpriced, they reel you in when you come view then boom once your in hook line and sinker! Sara is vindictive and evil, when I call for an issue don’t overtalk me and lie. Secondly Spontanee is just the same I have several unanswered requests, they play phone tag constantly and Mario omg why is he here??? Completely incompetent guesses the issue and half the time won’t respond to 911 requests! Reviews are essential and I wish I would have listened to them before signing this lease, and corporate you should be ashamed you guys never respond back and per your responses comfort is not key here you guys don’t care y’all nickel and dime for everything that should just come with the apartment. Furthermore how do you refuse rent??? A friend of mine lives here and has the same problem with this staff, I’m using a false name because I don’t want to get threatened by you like you did him and shut his water off to get his attention!! Completely unprofessional. How is is this second chance and y’all bombard tenants with fees then file eviction not even after 10 days then hold them responsible because you wouldn’t allow the hold off you offered??? I have been here 6months too long WARNING STAY AWAY If it were legal I’d warn everyone before leasing here I feel sorry for the ones who are desperate for a home of my door was closer to your office I’d have a sign! Anxiously awaiting the next 6 months to breeze by!

Cost for space provided is ridicules... Lactation is ok but definitely not great...small apartment...dirty pool...vary old buildings need to be guted and rebuild... Vary loud if anyone makes any noise at all... Laundry area vary small and needs upgraded for safty and new appliances fireplaces need removed for more space in units...no bugs so far but only been 1 month and i do my own pest control!!! Staff in office not bad will get you in but will charge way to many fees and if late way more fees more then a 5 star complex...way to many people in one biulding but if it was built better to lessen the sound for others it would be worth the price . if looking for quite and space not the place to look no traffic noises thou inside only kids and neighbor noises!

Since I still have about 6 months left on my lease I’m not going to use my real name. Starting off when I moved into heritage a few years back it was great. A new management company had just taken over, which is now American landmark I wanna say. The manager Sarah seemed so poilite at first. She came off to be one of the most generous person, and her customer service is why we moved in. After moving in, a month down the road my husband and I realized how evil this lady actually is. There’s been times I’ve put in work orders with her and she never puts them in, anytime I try to talk to her about any situation she raises her voice and gets very defensive and yells and throws tantrums like a 5 year old. I’ve called corporate more than once and it seems as it always just gets swept under the table. The most recent encounterment I had with her I told her I would be going to corporate and she made a comment about how her sister was apart of corporate. When I went to pay rent yesterday, I heard that the newest leasing agent had quit and 2 maintance guys have been fired or quit within the last 2 months. This makes for 6 leasing agents and 4 maintance people since I’ve been here in 2 years.Before the previous one left he made a remark one day about her throwing things at her staff and yelling and slamming doors when they don’t do something her way. The staff is constantly changing and i finally decided enough is enough and I will not be renewing my lease here. Sarah not only disrespects her tenants, she disrespects her staff and anyone she knows she can have control over. I have talked to many of my neighbors who say the exact same! Sarah Vinson is the most evil, manipulative person I have ever met. I’m counting down the days till my lease is up!

Omg these reviews are making me have second thoughts on moving to this apartment complex. im moving from Mississippi in august to Arlington and trying to find a great apartment to stay in , and i never been to Texas just got a new job offer and trying to find somewhere safe and nice to stay any suggestions?

These are the worst apartments ever they only got 1 star because you have to give them 1 to comment. I lived here for 2 years my hot water in 2 separate units never lasted more than 10 minutes. I had over 30 work orders submitted and things never got fixed. I never had a pantry door put on for my whole 12 month lease my ac didn’t work in my living room. The staff was VERY unprofessional and RUDE Corinthians stayed with an attitude wouldn’t acknowledge you when you came in. And that manager Sarah was the WORST apartment manager I’ve ever had to deal with she has a smart mouth and treats you like a child. Oh she’s nice when she leases the apartment to you but once you’re in she’s a WITCH! But it’s ok sweety I have all my work orders and will be reporting these apartments to the better business bureau. Sarah is a backhanded, conniving, evil woman who will let you move in because she so called feels bad for you then will evict you and you already let other office staff know you’re paying your rent late. There’s a special place for people like you Sarah!

Firstly they are overpriced. I pay almost $900 for an efficiency Thats not upgraded, the appliances are off brand dishwasher has not worked since we moved in (dec) the apt was not ready for our move in there where lights out the washer and dryer was in the doorway and my boy friend had to move it himself..... The whole move in experience was lengthy and inefficient. Secondly apparently they only have 1 maintenance man, i know irrelevant when it comes down to tenants rights and landlord responsibilities. With that being said I have put im several maintenance requests and they keep getting closed without all if any of the tasks completed. Ive called to inquire and recieved excuses... My MAIN thing has been the attitude of a particular individual named Sarah her title is manager however I am unsure if she understands what that entails. I have never ineracted with some so unprofessional and antagonistic. She has an attitude of an angry child when asked simple logical and reasonable questions and takes her job to a personal level in the worst way possible. Knowing she lives there makes me more uncomfortable because I have heard and read of her harassing tenants and I am hoping for her that is not the case. If anyone has their corporate information please advise.

My Daughter was a tenant here she verbally told them that she may be moving because she had to care for me her sick mother, my daughters rent was paid through Nov 17 and she told the office she would pay her Dec rent on the 5 shes been back and forth from her place and mines. She went to her apt today This complex threw all of my daughters things away EVERYTHING her birth certificate, clothing, electronics, pictures, College textbooks and all her other irreplaceable property and conveniently the trash man had already ran so there was no getting anything back! My daughter said the apt was cleaned up and ready to rent out again, smh! They said they put an abandonment notice on the door my daughter saw no such thing, BECAUSE IT WASNT ABANDONED! Im livid! Heritage Park Apts/Robbins Bros property need to make this right and compensate my daughter for everything you unlawfully took from her, or we will be going to court! I was forced to give this place one star in order to post!

The manager Sarah acted like she was on our side by letting us get an apartment after we lost EVERYTHING we owned after Hurricane Harvey.. but when our second months rent was due and FEMA hadnt paid their half of the rental assistance, we were put.out, only had a week to move. We had to leave everything that was donated to us in the apartment because we lost our car in the flooding as well! So basically were starting ALL over again! The prices for the apartments are waaay over priced for the quality of the apartments! We didnt even receive an eviction notice, they just told is we had a week to move and then they changed the locks on us. How could you kick a whole family while theyre already down??? I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE!!!

Apartment broken in 3 times and my girlfriend assaulted 4 times and this is just within this month... they have homeless ppl running around this neighborhood... the lack of community involvement is shocking...

Slob haven! Theres a daycare in the building & management knows, trash everywhere, the ppl here dont have trash cans I guess. Ghetto, street thug behavior & activities are rampant. On recording they say million $ renovations although I have yet to see any, ohhhh but my rent was raised...? This place is F-ing TERRIBLE. I recently visited Arlington property where I was very disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the manager there her name was Sarah I stood there for 20 minutes while this woman was very rude and offensive and abusive to her employees and then to make matters worse she didnt have time to answer my questions adequately because she kept taking personal phone calls on her cell phone I wanted to view a property and she instructed me that she was busy and she didnt have time to show me a property right at that moment and Ill have to come back some other time I really was looking forward to visiting the property so I can make a decision on residence there and after my experience I didnt even fill out the application because this is the type of attitude Ill be dealing with on a daily basis I think I just rather not stay there

I really wish that I didnt have to give a star at all because I wouldnt. First, let me start with their website. My partner and I live in another state and we needed a short term, (6 months) lease. When you go to their website, it actually looks like a nice and inviting place to stay. But when we arrived to the property we were in shock. The upkeep of the grounds all over was neglected. There was dog feces all over the place. They apparently have a trash pick up service where you leave your trash can outside and someone comes to pick it up. Well that seems like a great idea but when people let their trash cans over flow it looks horrible and takes the value of the property down tremendously.Now, I would like to warn you, if you sign a contract with them.... MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERYTHING. We told them we only wanted 6 months, and they put in the contract 8 months intentionally. Now we know we should have read the contract closer, but we didnt and we had documentation stating from the very beginning that we wanted a 6 month lease and Sarah understood. Yet still, she added 2 months to the contract knowing that we wouldnt catch it because we were in a bit of a hurry to find a place to stay. Also know that we paid our rent on time, every single month we stayed there.Now lets get to the actual apartment, the apartment they gave us was NOT what they explained. The doors were very old, the apartment smelled like mold, the appliances (dishwasher) didnt work well, and the overall cleanliness of the apartment was poor. We left that apartment better than we found it. We have pictures that we took just in case they say we didnt.Sarah is by far a shyster. She comes off very nice when you are looking at a place, responds to your emails and phone calls. But the moment that you are a tenant, and have a request (never got our screen door) or a complaint, (we didnt complain often) she was nowhere to be found. Which is very disappointing as a small business owner. She has no concept of customer service, and I am very surprised she has a job. We wonder if the owners of the property know about all that is going on and how detrimental it is to receive so many bad reviews of their property and of their staff.We plan to hire an attorney, and dispute any collection attempts Sarah or the property may take as we were truly taken advantage of and we were wonderful tenants and Sarah and her staff know that if they wanted to be honest with themselves.My advice to you... just dont stay here. Over priced, horrible customer service, poor quality of living. Just.. dont.. do ... it.

Never move in here apartment from HELL. Poor service and quality of living, maintenance are the worst.

They change their paperwork so that the copy of the lease they have shows little or no deposit. Then they refuse to accept the copy you have of your lease as proof because they say thats not what shows on their ledger. Complete and total illegitimacy in business and undeserving of any respect. Do not try to move in here unless you want nothing but stress.
