Crescent Falls Church is a gorgeous property. Large floor plans, quality finishes and appliances with excellent community spaces. The staff is friendly and the property manager, Jessica, is great. You know you are in good hands when you reach out to the management office. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for an elevated experience.

I rarely write reviews online but in the case of the Crescent Falls Church, I want to be sure people know how wonderful this property is. I looked a long time before finding Crescent FC. It is beautiful, extremely well maintained, the apartments are large, in pristine condition, and have wonderful details like built-in desks, wet bars, pantries, and up to date appliances and washer/dryers, and bathrooms. But above all else, the staff on site are absolutely amazing. They are kind and helpful beyond what you would ever expect in an apartment complex. Jessica is just about the best person I have ever met in the hospitality industry. She is knowledgeable and efficient without ever compromising the service aspect of hospitality. You cant go wrong at the Crescent Falls Church - the location is ideal, apartments and beautiful, and the staff is top-notch. Five plus stars!

Jessica is great to work with and responds in a timely matter. You can tell management really cares about their residents.

Living at Crescent Falls Church has been a great experience thanks to Jessica Hunlow, the Resident Services Manager. Her helpfulness and kindness go above and beyond to deliver a level of hospitality that is unmatched and I really think it puts Crescent Falls Church above the competition. Thanks to Jessica, we decided to sign an additional lease at Crescent and we will likely renew that lease in the future. It’s good to know that we are living in a clean, comfortable, well-managed community where the needs of the residents come first. That level of dedication is hard to come by and it’s a big part of why we are so happy here.

We just moved into a 2-bedroom a few days ago. This has been a challenging move for me and my fiancé (relocating from two different geographical locations). The staff, concierge, and the Manager have been superb! Always ready to help or do whatever is necessary to make things easier. There was a maintenance issue on the first day (AC wasn’t working) and they were on it ASAP. I’ve never had a better experience renting somewhere. I would recommend Crescent Falls Church to anyone who can afford it.

Besides the high quality of the apartment complex itself, the best part of Crescent Falls Church are the dedicated and professional staff members. Between the apartment manager and the concierge crew, there has been no shortage of care and attention to any concerns they receive. Any process that has required their involvement has been made smoother thanks to their help. Can’t speak highly enough of this place.Best of luck,J & N

The Cresent Falls church community is a wonderful place. My girlfriend and I moved into a 2 Br and 2 bath in January 2021 and were completely blown away. The units are much larger than any other buildings Ive seen in the Arlington area. In addition the property manager Jessica is wonderful. Jessica made our move in simple and stress free. Also the concierge team so kind and accommodating. (Mr. Vincent and Shaquita) The Cresent does not have a pool but it has 2 large outdoor spaces with grills and tables for entertaining. The neighborhood surrounding is really cool as well. If you haven’t already I would highly recommend doing a tour. you won’t regret it.

Crescent Falls Church is just a phenomenal living experience! The property and apartments themselves are high-end, stylish, and perfect for long-term living. I think the building was originally suppose to be condos for purchase, so the walls and ceilings are super thick (never heard any neighbors like one normally experiences) and the ceilings are super high to make the space feel expansive and well lit.The apartments aside, its all the other factors that make this a wonderful home. First, fantastic staff! Jessica Hunlow is a top notch property manager, and Vincent at the front is always a welcomed sight! Second, the walkability. Its right next to the metro, on the Old Dominion trail bike/walk path, and theres plenty of dining options in walking distance.5-star amenities, with a particular shoutout to the peloton bikes they have in the modern gym. I was there for one year, and I would highly recommend this option to anyone in the DMV.

We have had a great experience at The Crescent. We only moved for more space due to virtual school. From day one we have always felt welcome and safe. Neighbors are nice and restaurants in walking distance along with trail behind building was a plus. We want to give a very special shout out to Collette, Vincent, and Mr. T.....you all are AWESOME. Thank you..

I lived for 6 years at Crescent Falls Church. I rented a 2 bedroom apartment. The quality of the apartment, including floor, tiles and appliances were all high quality. Having 24 hour concierge and package delivery mailboxes were very convenient. I have a Tesla and it was good to having charging spots. But my favorite part of living there were the management and maintenance crews. Very responsive staff. Any maintenance item usually got fixed the very same or next day.If there is anything that was an issue, it was that getting out of the garage thru the driveway sometimes got backed up, but that is because it empties into a very busy street and intersection. That may have improved since I lived there.

My family and I needed a home as we conducted a home search. The Crescent was a great place for us to spend that time. The facilities were gorgeous, the location was fantastic, and we very quickly adapted to our new quarters. The staff was extremely helpful in arranging a non-traditional residence and was very responsive to our needs. We are thankful for all their help.

The price of a 1500 sqft 2 bedroom apartment was $2700 per month here in 2017, now it is $3700 without utility bill. And you are not going to get what you paid for. The elevator are occupied all the time and the parking lot is poorly organized. Do not waste your time and money here. P.S. The lady at front desk should be fired long time ago, Ive never see her smile to any of the residents here.

I moved here one year ago after downsizing from my big family house when my last son left for school and Im kind of in a transition period in my life. It has been a pleasure to live here. The finishes of the units and the whole building are very high. The kitchen and bathrooms are loaded with cabinets and I love the limestone floors and walls (in the bathrooms). Huge floor to ceiling windows, oversized doors and high ceilings make it very elegant and spacious. The building is beautiful, superbly maintained, and I especially enjoy the tree-filled view onto the courtyard which is fabulously landscaped. Great high end grills with dining areas and outdoor fireplaces with cozy seating add to the outdoor experience. 24 hour concierge is also a plus.

Of the apartments Ive lived in, I have to say CFC has been one of the better ones. The staff are friendly and maintenance has been quick to address all issues when reported through the online system. Overall, the construction of the building is great - 95% of the time I do not hear my neighbors through the walls/ceiling. Noise has only been a problem when someone plays extremely loud music - to the point I really question how they could be in the room with the music, but its their eardrums being destroyed, not mine at least - and in the summer Ill kids running around in the courtyard, but I am only a level up from the courtyard so proximity plays a role there.I requested they install a Nest thermostat, which is an option to have if its not already installed - definitely great for HVAC savings. So another plus, in my book. And they just installed a package locker system to make package pick ups more efficient so Im excited about that!

My wife and I are going on our third year of living at the crescent. We have lived in other apartment complexes before and the quality of the apartment here (and the apartment alone) far supersedes many others in the area. Now what I mean by this is that the apartment itself is fantastic, the quality of the people who work here however is extremely poor. Now the common trend for everywhere is that they dazzle you with the prices for the first year, along with discounted or free parking, and then they lay it on you the following year. My wife and I expected this and its nothing new. So, you just end up apartment hopping each year until you get sick of moving. We decided to stick with the crescent for this long because the staff used to be really good and they presented fair and reasonable prices for the apartments you lived in. This has taken a turn for the worse. Unfortunately the current upper management of the building is filled with one extremely inexperienced woman who does not have a handle on the inner dealings of the building and does not do her job properly. The other individual, and I shall not name names, does not even appear to be bothered with the building at all. It almost seems like she has taken the approach of; we should all be grateful to live in the building regardless of the state of it or if things are properly functioning. I have come to her before with issues and she cant even be bothered to listen and is not engaging or understanding. Now mind you, I am not some disgruntled tenant who did not get the discount that I wanted and am now taking to the internet to bad mouth the building and the employees. The UDR company in general has never had positive ratings because of their practices, which is unfortunate due to the fact that some of their properties are fantastic. The attrition rate of their employees is also horrible, I mean I have seen so many people leave each year, and learned some of the reasons why, which are not good. There are so far only two good employees I think who work here and those are Olivia and Collette. I, along with many other people, will not even go down to the concierge during the day time in order to avoid the current concierge because of his attitude. The man cant even be bothered to do his job half the time and I swear he has said in front of me that he his busy doing personal things and that they should figure it out.I am on here today to share yet another stupid thing they have done, and the list is long. The building decided to contract work to a power washing company to clean the decks/balconies. They did a great job on our deck but during the process they left windows with dirt and grime and big pieces brown gunk all over our windows. Now I know what you are thinking, go out there and clean it yourself. I would have no problem doing it and have done it for one window, that I have access to. The other ones how ever I do not and I am on the sixth floor and will not risk my life to go out and do something that should have been taken care of. Now to make matters worse, I just heard that the company will not come back to clean the windows. I also heard that the building manager (the same who does not want to be bothered with anything) will not have the windows cleaned either until the specific times of the year that the window washers come out. So now we are stuck, and I am not the only one complaining. The apartments are not cheap and people pay way more than what we even pay to live here. Just another example of how the company in general is not willing to take care of the building nor the tenants that reside here.My advice, save yourself some money and the headache, dont rent here. It is clearly not worth it. You will just find yourself asking the same questions that I am constantly asking. I am sure one of them will see this and ask for it to come down and I can assure you it wont. People need to know what they are getting themselves into and ask the questions.

I moved to this building in the summer of 2016. Now is almost spring 2017. This was the worst mistake I made. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS BUILDING!!After I moved. I got my green card stolen. I got my door mat stolen. After I posted something to let my neighbors know about a thief in the building. They falsely accused me of discrimination because I mentioned on the post that the building has ilegal people working in the building and this is dangerous because when things like this happens there is no one to blame. We dont know if the person cleaning belongs to a gang in Central America. They have bad problems with the pipes. And the neighbors have a piece of metal that makes a horrible noice all night long. The hot water works only for 10 mins max. The heater never works. And after begging the administration for months to fixed the problems. All they do is attack me and do not pay attention to my complaints. I have to pay over 3500 at month in a rent of an apartment in which I cant even get a good night of sleeping. The administration of the building is really incompetent. If you are thinking about moving to this building please read this review and I may be saving you from moving to hell. The worst place Ive ever moved into. Also. There is only 1 elevator at front desk and is most of the time reserved for moving. So if you bring groceries or other bags or heavy stuff. You will have to walk around the building with everything in your hands because there is not even a way to bring a cart on that process. I cant even explain how regret I am of moving here. I cant wait for my lease to be over so I can get out of this craziness.I appreciate your valuable time on this note. And I really hope you dont make the mistake I made.Best.Maria. A. Puig.

I am fascinated with the place, with the apartment and with the people! It is beautiful, clean, careful and with details that make it very cozy! I recommend them to everyone since it is very close to the highway and you go to DC super fast !!!!! This was months after I moved! All this I said just dropped! We moved more than 2 months ago and they are not returning the deposit they had requested for $ 3,000! It is a shame! Before moving we hired the building service to do all the cleaning, but still we bought a carpet washer, we performed a super special cleaning taking care of every detail so as not to have a complaint about anything! We left the seventh best of what they gave us because we even made arrangements that they had not done, we are 2 adults who live there! How can you say is that our money is taken, our deposit of $ 3,000 x damages !!!!!!! Yes only that! Charges x damage the total deposit! Luckily we have taken video and phytographs from all over the department so that there is evidence of how we leave it impeccable to the apartment! If in a few days we do not have the money back we will go to the Rental Protection Agency! To solve this issue with this scam that we would be wanting to do!
