Been here since the beginning of April. I can say that maintenance does a good job if anything needs to be fixed. They are on their 3rd property manager since I’ve been here. Was excited at first to move here because it was renovated pretty okay, but that was until the roaches started to come out of hiding. Pest control hasn’t been much help at all. Talked with corporate a few days ago and he told me that an exterminator is going to inspect my unit to see what is up with the unit and possibly the other units, haven’t heard back on a date as of yet. Fed up at this point because the roaches have made their way into my refrigerator. I am 6 months pregnant and I have a 1 year old. We previously lived in what you would call “the hood”, and didn’t even have these type of problems. For this to be a nice location in Arlington and I’m paying $1,000+ in rent and for unnecessary parking badges and etc I will not tolerate roaches or bugs of any kind. I even put down some things called combat traps myself which haven’t helped. Will update if they fix this. At this point I just want out because I have been constantly telling them about the roaches since I’ve been here and now there is a whole other property manager. Haven’t been here 3 months and it’s so disappointing I haven’t even unpacked most of me and my daughter’s things. Only reason for the 2 stars is because the maintenance man does his job.

My newly renovated two bedroom apartment is charming, cozy and clean. Love the hardwood-like floors and open concept of dining room, kitchen and living areas. The property is well maintained, and the staffs friendly and always attentive to any needs that arise. Most units are one story with no upstairs neighbors, creating a quiet atmosphere. The location is great! Close to many restaurants, shopping and attractions. Super easy access to I-20.

I just moved in about 2 weeks ago and I have to say I really am loving it. Maria was who helped me with my application and walked me thru all the process and answered all my questions. She has amazing customer service. I saw a lot of good reviews about her when I was looking into the apartments she was a reason why I decided to go thru. I actually called the emergency maintenance line and Maria answered @ 10pm on a Sunday- two weeks after moving in (who told me she no longer works here, and yet she did her best to help and assist me, with the maintenance issue I was having) again she has AMAZING customer service. She didn’t have to stay on the line after I told her where I was calling from she could have hung up but she didn’t she stayed and helped me.Maintenance responds and handles request quickly, even after hours, or weekends. I had a small leak on the Sunday that I moved in and he came in the same day.Parking is more than enough, always some available. The gate is closed and working well so far. The complex is quiet and peaceful. I have not seen any bugs of any sort so far, and that’s a big plus for me since I hate roaches. The walls are thin. I can hear my neighbor connected to my apartment talking, and it’s not that they talk loud or yelling, i can also hear them going up and down the stairs. So far I’m loving it even with the two little maintenance issues, it’s a great place to start off for your first time. Super comfortable here.

Pros: Maria is great and always on top of things. Maintenance responds quickly and handles requests in a timely matter. Parking is sufficient, even late at night. The gate is usually closed and working. The complex is quiet and neighbors are friendly. I also like that it’s close to a lot of great restaurants, a mall, and you can find anything you need close by.Now for the reason why I can’t give 5 stars.Cons: The walls are soo thin. I can hear my neighbor connected to my bedroom coughing, sneezing, clearing their throat, and snoring! I can hear the neighbor connected to the kitchen singing, talking. It’s not that my neighbors are loud, it’s just the way the apartments were built.Also, I had a roach issue when I first moved in, but after a couple months that was cleared up and I haven’t seen a roach since. Pest control is on top of things and the apartment complex requires them to come in every couple of months it seems, even if you do not request. I guess these are things you have to deal with when renting from an older complex.Overall, the pros outweigh the cons, and this is one of the best apartment complexes that I’ve ever lived.

I’ve been living here since August and I am very pleased with my experience so far. It is very clean, the leasing office is very attentive of their residents experience, the community is very clean and you don even hear your neighbors. I feel completely safe and relax when I get home. I can walk freely through the community at night and feel safe of where I am at. Their is rarely ever any noise of any type, and I have never seen trash anywhere. Would recommend 120% to live here.

I applied for an apartment on 5/26With a Co-signer for whatever reason y’all said.I fork out all this money for you to turn around and tell me oh we don’t accept co-signers when you said I needed one in the first place. YALL HAVE TAKEN OVER TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS FROM ME SEVEN WEEKS AGO!!!!! where is my money?!! Very unprofessional VERY GHETTO!I have called, left voicemails I have left Facebook messages and now you’ve left me no choice but to leave a review on everything to cause a scene.I will be turning this over to my lawyer.DO NOT RENT HERE THEY STEALYOUR MONEY FROM THE GET GO!!!!!

It has been a pleasure living here!! Office staff and maintenance have been wonderful! Maintenance usually resolved work orders within 24 hours and my emails and calls to the office are tended to in a timely manner. Villas at the Parks is a nice, quiet, and small apartment complex. Perfect for first time renters or families. Going to miss living here!

I’ve been living here since March of this year and so far it has been a great experience. There are so many good things to say about this place. For one the apartment itself is very nice and clean. They’re renovating the entire complex and the added features are great. Priced decently, monthly cost is one of the lowest I’ve seen in Arlington, with updates! Just can’t beat that. Neighbors are great, the front office staff is so friendly, helpful and kind. You can tell they truly care about the people living here and making sure everyone is safe. I’ve had a few minor maintenance issues but they came by the very same day to fix the problem. With the virus epidemic going on things have been different from the norm but they have shown that they care by offering help to those in need.

I’m a new resident and I just wanted to say I love my apartment it’s super cute! I had a few MINOR issues and Maria (I’m not sure if she is the manager but wouldn’t be surprised if she is) has been AMAZING at getting someone the same day if not the exact moment we have the conversation to fix whatever it may be. I have seen Many families, singles, and couples that live here. It’s clean, quiet, and my neighbors are friendly. The maintenance guy that i have encountered has been so kind and alway gets the job done RIGHT AWAY which we all know with most apartment complexes is RARE! I’m very happy and i think if you are looking for a cute place that’s near EVERYTHING and AFFORDABLE this is the place for you. (:

Love Villas at the Parks, the new managers are extremely nice , cooperative and it doesnt take 10 phone calls/reminders that something needs fixing. One call and they respond and correct the problem. Since we have new management I see a better class of neighbors. It is a safer environment overall .

Visited this place and it is great! The model unit shows all the updates theyve done, really nice. It is in a great location (near the parks mall by 20) but its one block off cooper st. so its quiet. I look forward to moving.

Loving my new place right now. Property Manager Maria is really helpful with everything you need. Apartment is Clean and Spacious. The area is really peaceful which is what i wanted.

A lot of kids outside by themselves, an issue if you are driving.It seems clean and quiet. Since I just stopped by and didnt get inside of the persons home, cant tell about the condition of the apartment.

I love this quiet and small apartments. Its really nice being in a smaller apartment place - its easy to get to my apartment and I can park right in front. No stairs to climb and no upstairs people walking around like in my last apartment. My apartment is absolutely beautiful and I never thought I could afford to live in a place with granite or Quartz countertops. I really like the dark gray moulding and the beautiful tile in the shower. The flooring is all vinyl - beautiful and so easy to keep clean - no yucky carpet. The manager is really nice and she gave me a nice move in gift waiting on my counter when I moved in. I really feel like this is my forever home - so cozy and close to everything - lots of restaurants on Cooper St, at the Mall and at the Arlington Highlands right down the street. With everything being new I dont think Ill have maintenance issues anytime soon - I even have new air conditioning. Its like being in brand new apartments without the high price! I will definitely be telling my friends about this place.

I love this place! Newly renovated apartments has all the nice touches with very helpful and kind staff! The apartment manager Maria is absolutely delightful and they have very capable maintenance! Also the apartments are conveniently located for the mall and everything else you could possibly need to get to!

My family and I have lived here for 3 going on 4 years and we love it here. Very clean maintenance always come as soon as they get our work orders. Management is great as well very understanding when we went through hard times.

I love this appt complex. Its peaceful and quiet, i have never had any issues with neighbors or staff. The landlord, Maria, is AMAZING! My family loves her and the complex. best first time renting experience!
