For long-term stay/student/working young adults,I have stayed with them (Courtland Towers) for nearly 2 years (COVID-19 was the reason for me to move). During my stay there, and also after living in a different place in DC, I can easily say that overall theres no other company that can beat the location (close to metro, groceries, 2 stops away from DC, straight bus to Georgetown, etc), price, ease-of-stay (very well maintained), fully furnished with WM, Dryer and Dishwasher in-unit, and well-maintained leases (through DocuSign, you get a renewed one every time). If one doesnt mind sharing bedroom (as a student I had no problem and I also had very nice roommates, most of the time) this place is made for them. The only downside I was worried about is due to this being an intern housing too there might be many roommate changes, which might match you with a bad roommate (not a bad person just not a good roommate) but you can sort that out with the management, in worst cases, as they are very helpful.For short-term stay/interns,Look no further, I would say.

Stayed in their DC property for the Spring 2020 semester. Overall experience was highly satisfactory, and while there are some hiccups in terms of payment during check-in everything was accommodated as long as you properly communicate with them. Location is excellent, unit is fully furnished with monthly cleaning provided. Excellent choice for students and professionals.

My daughter used Olympus Housing last summer (2019), while interning in Washington D.C. and we had a great experience! We had looked at other locations, but none had the more modern apartment amenities and space. Every time we needed to contact the staff for getting the lease signed, or maintenance issues, or any questions, we always received a response within 24 hours.The apartment location in Courthouse Arlington was also an incredible spot for her to live over the summer. She never needed a car because everything was within walking distance. A Metro station and multiple restaurants and shops were a five-minute walk, and just a bit farther was a Whole Foods and many more places to eat and shop. The area is incredibly safe and walkable. She rode the Metro to and from work daily.The building was clean, and she always felt safe coming and going. She was roomed with other girls staying in the area doing summer internships, and they all got along well! The furniture was not top of the line, but most of it was as decent as typical dorm room furniture can be. When the microwave stopped working, the apartment maintenance replaced it within just a few days.We would definitely use Olympus Housing again if we ever needed to find intern or short term housing near the Washington D.C. or Arlington area!

This company provides a good option for short term rentals. The apartments are clean and well furnished. However, please be aware that the roommate matching consists of putting like genders together. The experience could be much improved by actually doing some simple personality and demographic matching like putting those over age 21 together and/or or not putting night owls with those who go to bed early.

Well located and with good housing options. I stayed in Capitol Hill for five months and the cleaning services and wifi worked perfectly. Feyyaz was always willing to help and despite some communications trouble that I had after my contract finished (mainly caused because of the covid pandemic) everything was perfectly solved.

The apartment was clean and conveniently furnished. The location was great, with quick metro transportation into D.C. and the rest of the northern Virginia area. The price was good compared to other D.C.-area housing options, although space in the bedrooms was limited (I stayed in the triple room with two others). All in all, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Olympus.

Decent housing experience with reasonable price. Plus, all the housing apartments are very close to the Washington DC metro stations so students and interns will have an easy way to locate themselves.I would definitely recommend Olympus Housing.

The apartment I stayed in was incredibly convenient to the metro station. After getting to know the neighborhood, I was able to get all the necessities very close by. The owners were very responsive and patient with my questions and concerns throughout my stay.

Location is great - within 5min walking to the metro station, which apparently is the most convenient transport spot in Arlington. Also, the staff would make extra effort to accommodate my needs during my stay. Super clean apartment to feel like you are home.

I was at Olympus Housing for temporary apartment living during an internship. It was the most affordable option and the units were coveniently furnished.  I was paired with with awesome roommates as well!I had positive interactions with employees, especially Yaz, who helped me throughout my move-in and move-out. They were very kind and flexible to my needs. I recommend Olympus Housing for students on a budget heading to DC for an internship.

I lived at the Courthouse building while I was doing an intership in Washington D.C. and was more that I expected. The building is like a hotel, everything is amazing, specially the social area is so cool. The Olympus Housing people, specially Yaz, are the best, they helped me with everthing before and after my arrival.
