I took a tour of this property and JR was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He went over every detail and answered my questions honestly. I appreciated that! Great energy and definitely on my list!!!!!!

Pros:- Tim, the maintenance man; he’s always very helpful and friendly.- Convenient location (near DC and nightlife)- Price. I moved to the Myerton to save money, which I was able to do because of the relatively cheap rent- No pests in the home. This is honestly my only requirement in an apartment despite the cons I will share below.Cons:- Rats near dumpsters consistently; it’s pretty disgusting. The property needs more traps!- Poor communication from management office. I moved out and talked to nobody about it despite multiple calls, emails and visits to the leasing office (no one is ever there). They only seem to communicate with prospective tenants (even when I call the company phone number, I only get through to another person when I select the option for renting a new apartment home). Once they have you tied up in a contract, you will not hear from them nor will you learn about the ever-changing management companies.- Neighbors consistently leave the main door wide open, not just unlocked. Some were also hellbent on leaving their nasty trash in the hall.But again, no pests in the home, so there’s that.

I was assisted and given a tour by JR, who was very kind and accommodating. He answered all of my questions and showed me multiple apartments. Myerton appears to be a wonderful community with high-quality units and a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere; moreover, the staff are professional and courteous.

I moved out over two months ago and still have not recieved my security deposit back despite multiple attempts to email or call the leasing office. I am concerned I will end up losing my security deposit despite not having damaged the property. I feel if I had been this late on rent or some other fee, it would have been a completely different story about collecting payment.

This is my second time living at the Myerton apartment complex. I continue to choose this place because of the convenient location for work, DC nightlife, its private courtyard, and small community. The pictures posted on their website do the property justice, and the leasing office and maintenance staff- despite some of them being new to the property- have been nothing short of stellar performers who show that they genuinely care about making you feel at home. Wardell was quick to help me move in, very transparent in what to expect in my future home, and it was overall a very smooth transaction, which is something I am truly thankful for given the holiday season churn at work. After living in my new apartment for less than two weeks, I woke up one morning and noticed my bathroom floor had water all over it. Turns out that one of the main drains from Myerton to the sewer had clogged and caused sewage to fill my bathtub and overflow onto my bathroom floor. Living on a ground-level apartment, it was pretty bad. I sent ONE email to Honri at around 6:40am and he responded within 20 minutes saying that him, Tim, and the maintenance folks have taken it for action in addition to having already called the plumber. Before I even got home from work that day, my bathroom, towels, and bathmats were all cleaned and sanitized.Cant recommend this place enough-- if theres an availability that suits your needs and youre in the market for an apartment, look no further. Theyre pet friendly; theres a metro bus stop right outside the apartment that will take you to NSF Arlington and the Pentagon (if youre DoD); theres always parking available at Myerton; the gated perimeter around the apartment buildings requires a key for entry as well as each individual apartment building, meaning there are two access points before reaching your actual apartment door (private and secure)- no ones going to be stealing your deliveries here; and best of all, their prices are unbeatable for the peace of mind that is offered by living here, knowing that you will be taken care of.

The management here is very irresponsible and indifferent about both the tenants and the visitors! Once my friend requested a service and we were watching the lady in the management room she told us she will take care of it and she was literally chatting with someone over the phone and we were waiting outside! Also once I called to see a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and she showed us a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom and she just told us that’s all they have!! We came all the way!! We waited for so long!The packages are always all over the lobby, the lobby smelled bad!I’m giving you a friendly advice! Don’t even live here! My friend is moving out as well.This is the last place you ever want to live in!

Jason Kennedy was incredibly helpful during my application process! He kept in contact for all my questions/concerns which I really appreciate, and the rest of the staff is very friendly. I find its important to move somewhere you know youll be accommodated and cared for, as Ive had some disappointing past experiences elsewhere in the area.As far as community goes, I can honestly say Im surprised I havent come to live here sooner. The Myerton has all the amenities I want (in unit w/d, pool, gym) and at such a reasonable price, especially for being so close to DC! Their apartment layouts utilize space really well and have a modern feel which I love. Ive never had that Aha! YES, this is perfect reaction until my tour of Myerton Apartments. What a great feeling!I cant wait to live here in December :) Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move to Arlington! Thanks again, Jason

1 week ago we visited Myerton Apartments as a walk-in guest and now we are residents of Myerton. Apartments are bright and has very new facilities in. Ms. Ikea Jones has showed great hospitality during our site tour. We were not experienced the application proccess in USA, however she helped us a lot and she was always available to reach via phone. She answered all of our questions with a patience. Thank you so much!

The best things about this complex are Tim (the maintenance guy) and calm neighborhood. But the management is getting worse and worse!

Horribly run apartment complex. There is no control on the pets, parking or tenants. People without parking passes constantly park there without having passes and there is no control or towing enforced. Plumbing is done poorly and always attempts to have repairs done cheaply with little success. I currently have drain flies that come out in bathroom even after I have let them know two times about this. Complex help me set up auto pay only for me to get late fees on my account twice. I have mentioned belongings being kept in open common areas by other people in the complex and I received no response via call or email. Now they are expecting me to pay a late fee on top of never mentioning that payment did not go through. Bad client portal experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

I am moving from my home state to VA and am moving into the Myerton! My experience working with them has been great! The staff had been very helpful especially Jason! I would recommend this company to anyone!

Called and got setup with an appointment to view an apartment that day. Was very pleased with my experience here. Jason Kennedy and Honry really helped me out! The got me an apartment in my budget and set me up with a move in date that was convenient for me. Definitely recommend giving these guys a call and having them help you out!

Nice apartments in quiet area, so many benefits coming with your rental agreement i.e pool, fitness center and free parking. Ms. ikea was very kind from the first moment that we enter the property. Thanks to her we decided to make Myerton our new home.

We are so glad our experience at Myerton is over. We had a terrible experience with mold (look in every corner, monthly to make sure your apt doesnt have it too!) but I’d like to point out the negatives that all residents will experience at this complex.- Entering your apartment will be annoying, especially when holding something or bringing in groceries. The perimeter is gated and requires a key, then you have to open your building with a key and THEN your apartment door. It’s also annoying when you have guests because you have to let them in the gate, they can’t be buzzed in. This also presents an issue if you have anything delivered. The only people who can get in the gate are the regular USPS and UPS guy, any other delivery service can’t enter. To make it more difficult, the apartment numbers are not easy to read so you’ll frequently get your boxes delivered to the wrong apartment because the delivery guys can’t find your door or just can’t enter the complex.- The showers have a fogged glass window in them, so you can see body outlines of whoever is showering from outside the building. We always had to turn our lights off when we showered for privacy.- The washer/dryer combo is so loud and takes about 6 hours per load. The dryer is a steam dryer so your clothes will always come out wrinkled. It’s best to just hang dry.- The HVAC system is very old, they are very loud and not eco friendly. For a 500 sq foot apartment you are looking to pay $90-$150 a month.- There is a third party emergency maintenance number which tenants are supposed to use after hours if needed. We had to use it twice and did not receive any acknowledgment that management received them and they never checked in the next business day.- We came across homeless people sleeping in the lobby multiple times. Likely because the doors to the lobby are old and break or get stuck more often than not.- Like any apartment, neighbors can really make out break it. The walls are thin so be prepared to listen to whatever you neighbor is watching on TV or if you are like us, the video games at 3 AM.

Great community with super responsive staff and maintenance. Rent is very reasonable for the area with non-reserved parking included and lots of amenities.
