Very nice and quiet for the most part. Maintenance is always on top of things. If you need something fixed they are there within 24hrs and they keep the outside very well maintained. I definitely would recommend anyone on living here!

Ive been living here for 5 months and so far I love it! Its in a great area with lots of shopping centers near by and close to Dallas and Fort Worth. The people living here are pretty friendly, always enough parking and very spacious apartments. Yolanda helped me through the renting process and was very patient and kind! Also Ive had very few issues here but when I do, maintenance is here within a few hours

Was interested in these apartments and I am relocating from Illlinois. Was told I didnt qualify to rent from them because I did not have a CURRENT job which i was at for 6 months when the only reason I dont have a job CURRENTLY is because like I said I am relocating in a few weeks and I start my new job when I get there. I have a offer letter and everything but I guess thats not enough for them. Not to mention I literally left my job of 7 years last month only because I am RELOCATING. Lol interesting. So if you are relocating and waiting to start a job this isnt the place for you! Yolanda was nice though thanks for your time anyway.

The Customer Service we received from Yolanda was excellent. everything was very fast and clear. She is always very efficient in helping. And the apartment is beautiful. We are very happy to live here. 100% recommended. 👍

Im scheduled to move in on May 15. So far my experience has been good. The apartment im to occupy is nice and is all they said it would be. The leasing agents are very nice and professional. Ive done a drive through on several occasions and find the property very well kept. So at this point I will see what happens after I move in.

I originally worked with Elizabeth on finding a 2 bed 1 bath apartment. I was told that there was two that would be available around the first of September. Then Elizabeth left and I started working with Robin. Since I was out of town I waited until the weekend to go down to see the model apartment and the neighborhood in person. When I arrived Robin was not in the office that day but Yolonda was. I looked at the model apartment and went to get the application fee and deposit to hold one of the apartments. Yolonda tells me that neither apartment that I wanted was available any longer but there would be one available in October. I told her that it must of been a mistake because both Elizabeth and Robin said two apartments were available in September. I gave her the money and left. I called Robin that Monday and she admired that she made a mistake and sincerely apologized. She went above and beyond to work things out for me but things just did not work with my budget. In the end she ended up requesting that I get my money back. I was told that this usually takes 30 days but she asked if my return be processed immediately. I recieved my money back the following week. It is unfortunate that things did not work out but I would like to thank all the leasing agents at Sunset Point for not only providing quality customer service to me but also displaying outstanding professionslism assisting me throughout this process even though I was not a tenant.

Hello, I would like to say that I have been at this apartments for 2 years. The staff is great. Maintenance works hard to get things done, if they are behind they will let you know in advice. Great place to live, I can say since I been here, there has never been bugs. You get what you pay, but In all these apartments are good in my books.

Ive thoroughly enjoyed calling this place home. Ive been here for over 8 years. My service requests get handled so quickly, sometimes I think theres someone hanging right outside my door. Robin, Yolanda and the ladies at the office go above and beyond to be supper helpful. I wouldnt have been here that long if I didnt absolutely love it. The compound is always clean, quiet and secure and its nestled in the middle of a quiet community. For the price, I couldnt find anyplace better. Every place has their bad residents - you know - the ones who always cause trouble by violating common rules and courtesies and end up bad-mouthing the complex. Dont let such people turn you away from this place. Im pretty sure youre gonna like calling this place home.J.

The management team here goes above and beyond for its tenants. Maintenance request are handled sometimes the day of your request. Property stays clean. I love it here.

We have lived at this complex for two years now. The first year, we rented a 1 bedroom apartment in phase 1. The day we were supposed to move in, a pipe had burst and flooded the apartment. That should have been our first warning. However, the ladies in the front office were very helpful and accommodating, considering we had ordered movers and our lease at our previous apartment was ending. The first year was good. Only complaint was that the toilet constantly flooded so many times and so bad that it kept ruining the carpet in the hallway outside of the door.After that, we moved to a 2 bedroom apartment in phase 2. We are still having a good experience. Theres only a few things here that make it annoying, but not unbearable place to live. When we moved in, the apartment smelled like smoke and the door for the washer/dryer room fell off. They came to put it back on, and then it fell off a couple of hours later. And we havent called to have it put back up. The maintenance here does not do a very good job of actually fixing problems. Our heater has stopped working 3 times. And I am tired of calling to have it fixed, when they dont really do anything, and it goes out a couple of days later.Other than that, its a quiet and safe complex. The only reason we are planning on moving, is to be closer to work and our families.

Have not had any problems, maintenance takes about a day or two to fix non-emergency issues, one time they came the same day when I needed them to move the fridge for me to install a washer and dryer. Staff is very nice and apartments are well kept. Cons: Gate breaks down every once in a while, no gym, no longer accepting packages at the office so they have to drop them off at your door which is not very safe at all.

Joanna, and Ms.Robin have been so compassionate and understanding I truly appreciate them . And Abigail and yalonda have been really nice to us to. I love my apartment but just had a few issues but the ladies helped us through.. and I highly recommend them ;)

This is an older complex and I have needed service numerous times. For the most part they have responded fairly fast, but a few times they were slow. Definitely could use some upgrades in the bathroom and windows.

Abigail is the sweetest lady! She was so kind and very detailed with her work as well as patient and understanding. Makes the apartment complex that much better.

The Sunset point Apartment is very un save very bad management There are three ladies by the name of Windy , Yolanda and Elizabeth always call them they promise and they don’t do it and the Complex show in website that it has gym there are nothing in the gym and pool also I never recommend to anyone to move in the sunset point apartments.

Apartments are literally falling apart. Subfloor is cracking. Ac doesnt work and they refuse to admit it has a leak. Ive worked in hvac for a few years and understand how they work. If you have to add freon 4 times in 2 months, it has a leak!!!!! Please dont consider this complex.Update: Came home twice and my locks were changed for NO reasonUpdate: Abby and Robin are the absolute worst types of people. DO NOT TRUST THEM!the generic reply from the owner screams I dont care enough. More than likely it came from Robin

Great apartment but office staff have no understanding or willingness to help when a mistake is made on their end. I had to pay an extra $200 for rent because of a mistake they made, they offered no help or understanding when they were the ones at fault. It may be only $200 but I will be seeking legal help in this matter.

I just recently moved out of Apt 1010 & shouldve read the reviews more before I moved in there, because after reading Lataunia Walkers review, I wouldnt have accepted that apartment!!!! I am a very neat & clean person, & I have not had a problem with roaches until I moved into this apartment!! I fought hard to get rid of those roaches, but I eventually won the war against them, without much help from the complex. Also, it RAINED IN THE APARTMENT several times....yes, you read it right....IT RAINED IN THE APARTMENT SEVERAL TIMES!!! MOLD started to form in the living room window where it had rained at least 4 times and they just came & painted over it, so beware!!! It also rained in the dining room...how, you ask (being on the bottom floor & all), it came from somewhere on the upstairs patio, & after the 3rd rain in the apartment, they finally came & put a band aide on the leak!!! Thats not all. The garbage disposal flooded my kitchen twice, & one of those times, it was so bad that I had to push my living room furniture out the way so that it wouldnt get wet. The maintenance person on call (who lives in Dallas)never came or called (it was a Saturday), after I was told by office staff he would be there. It was so much water, they had to use a wet vac. The office staff give you the run around & can be rude, Ill spare the names. I made sure I took plenty of pictures of these messes, so that no one will be able to say its not true!!! Please, do not rent here!!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Ive lived in these apartments since 2011 when Tammy and Corey were in the office. When Tammy had to leave they bought over Robin she was just as business like and sweet as Tammy talking with the tenants, now Robin hides in her office and when you ask the office staff if you can speak with her shes always busy, so the tenants have to deal with the rude office staff. One is lazy shes always on that phone (personal) when you go in the office and please dont call cause something is going on at 5:00 close to closing it want get done by her. Ive asked for call backs if Ive gotten then donkeys have flown. I hate going to the office I have complained about them before. They correct one thing and other things go unlooked. Ive asked over and over if the could ask those that stay around me to please not smoke there Bob Marley so that it doesnt come into my apartment like Im smoking in my own apartment. You ask why Im still here one its close to my job and affordable more than others. There are professional at all and they all give you the run around, but as some stated on other reviews be late with you payment. You will hear from them then. Its a constant turn over with tenants here and I understand why, cause Im at that point. I never advise anyone to move here. My ridge went out they gave me a used one from another apartment where the bottom door was broken and you can hardly get any food in it. Microwave went out the other day got a used one of those and he gonna say it was new lies, lies. They cant keep maintenance personnel there is always someone different. Ive reached out to the persons whom own the property and they havent replied back either. youlanda is about the nicest and considerate one. Thanks youlanda for all your help. I’ve seen where the owner committed but I’ve yet to speak with them.

At first I was in a smaller apartment and had no problems with the apartments or the staff here but about 10 months after I moved to a bigger apartment and thats were the problems started. The apartment was run down. When I moved in some of the lights needed to be changed and while they came and did it, it took them more than a week and several visits to the office for them to do so. It feels like ive been at the office more times than I can count to request a service for something to get fixed. Either its something new that breaks or having to go complain about not having anyone come and fix things. Also I would assume that I pay extra in rent since this is a gated facility, but the gates, whether it be the main gates or the exit gate are usually always open. Which defeats the point of living in a gated community. I would seriously think twice before considering living here. It is a huge stressor living in an apartment complex that takes forever to get something done at. My advise is find somewhere else or deal with the slow maintenance.

Everything started off great when Corey was the manager. But then we were blindsided with new management and ever since then its been horrible. Ive had several things that needed to be repaired. It took several trips to the office and things are still not right, maintenance is horrible. They are very unprofessional and irresponsible when it comes to keeping up with things. At one point it was worth the price but now I definitely wouldnt recommend anyone pay what they charge. They are over priced. My advice is take your money else where. Too much for these run down apartments.

The location is good but thats just about it. The customer service is terrible. One of the doors in my apartment were broken and it took a month to finally get it replaced. I put in the request right when I moved in too.

Ill keep it short and to the point. HORRIBLE. You have to practically beg the maintenance to fix something CORRECTLY; not to mention they barely speak English so you have to communicate the issue the office staff, who are just as bad. Good thing I kept records of my payments because they attempted to erroneously upcharge me twice. Upon my move out I was told im being charged $175 for spots on the carpet that were there when I moved in, which was stated on my move in checklist. After calling the office numerous times and several in-person visits, I was finally told that i would be charged only $80 for the general cleaning fee because the chemicals used to clean are expensive. In the end the wrongful charge was never remedied or removed and now its a negatively reflected on my credit and rental history.So if want to stay somewhere with ridiculous rent prices, lazy maintenance men and lying staff members, come on down Sunset Point!

Roaches Roaches and more Roaches! Upon moving out the apartment was CLEANNNNNNN! And they still charge a $90 cleaning fee. Really!!! So it’s not your job to make ready the apartment for the next future disappointed tenant. The apartment was clean and I’m just not understanding the charge. I’m so glad I’m not there anymore though. Omg, I swear it’s NO EXAGGERATION when I say the ROACHES ARE BADDD! Apt 1010, OMG! Your gonna have unwanted guests so be ready to entertain them. Yolonda was the most polite office staff there. The maintenance is ok, but it took them 5 months to fix a plug that stopped working. The AC kept getting hot in the summer and they said it was because of ANTS in the outside unit. (Ok, sure) The grounds are kept up. Gates work majority of the time. Nice apartments, but I swear for the amount of rent your paying, you shouldn’t see roaches like that. And I swear the pest control guy stated to me that the complex is bad with roaches. I was so disappointed in the unit because it wasn’t what I expected and based on the model and the exterior of the place I would’ve never imagined dealing with roaches like that. As quick as they move in, there are people moving out even quicker.

The worst place to live in and horrible managementAnd its not safe I had 16 ft trailer parked in there and the next Morning it was stolen and they didnt even they to help or do something about it the gates always open for everyone actually not even working and they not planning to fix it go find better safer place for you and your family

Clean place. Abby in the office helped me with moving expenses as well and got me ready asap. Cant think of a better place

Good service at first but if you are not pending, they charge you more, they are liars, thieves!
