I hate this place never coming here again. I told the lady aka Esmeralda to cut my hair at the length I told her with my fingers. I had long medium hair and she cut it all the way to my shoulders when I saw she cut it I was about to cry. Never come here to get a hair cut worse hair cut I got.

You wouldnt know from the outside what a great salon this is! Sprezza took my previous goldfish dye job to an enviable platinum that is the best color job for my stubborn hair! I love it! This salon has the best customer centered stylist in Sprezza! The prices are the best as well!

I love this place. Since I get a pretty simple clipper cut, you cant beat the price. Its $6.00 for a haircut, instead of like $20-$30 just about anywhere else. Sometimes theres a wait, but when you get in the chair youre done in 10 minutes. They do a great job with my sons hair as well. I highly recommend.

If u dont want to cut your hair very short and need a decent working professional cut try with Melissa.. she is the best .. tried with other stylists over there but no luck.. Mellisa was so patient, hear what u say, give you the exact haircut what u need.. I would give 5 star for her work.. worth the dollar what u spend..

When I moved to Mt Prospect I was looking for a new place to get hair cuts. I tried a bunch of places and this was the best. They greet you as you walk in and always provide good serived. I never walked out with a bad haircut. Wait times can be long during peak hours but I dont go anywhere else to cut my hair.

I will never again walk into this salon.

The lady who cut my hair did a nasty job. She didnt cut it properly. I asked her to cut it less than an inch. She did cut it around 2. She shortened my hair length and now my hair looks yuk. The edge of my hair looks like a rat tail.The product what they use for us is not clean. I wont recommend this shop any more.I havent ever had such a worst hair cut..

Bruna has been doing my hair for years, I followed her from the other salon. She does great job with my color ( I do like to change it a lot) and I love the haircuts she gives me

Terrible! Dirty! I went to see Celeste two times and never again! For such a trashy place where they dont even clean up or sanatize in between haircuts, do not use good quality salon products on hair, haircut should not be 35$. Secondly, Celeste doesnt even consult with you. I called and spoke with her and she clearly told me 30$ when I came there and paid it was 35$. My hair is too long. My hair was below my shoulder above my chest. And apparently it was too long.! Friend who come here tell me a they pay less for their THICK LONG hair. I paid 20$ few months ago for the same thing the second time to pay 15$ more. The scissors used on me werent even cleaned. I saw hair on them just before she started to use them. If an inspection was done in this salon it would be closed down. Nothing under the law was followed. Terrible! Never again! I would never recommend to anyone!
