Been coming here for a few years now and I love it! I have never had one bad experience. I got my eyebrows waxed by Jagu today and she did an amazing job! Love everyone at this place!

This was my first Brazillian waxing, and Alka was so friendly and gentle with me. The wax is warm and she even went back and got an extra spot when I asked her to with no complaints. She also threaded my eyebrows and mustache in seconds - and it turned out great! Not to mention the fair price for what I got. I will definitely be going back for another waxing/threading. Highly recommend Threading Wiz!

Jagu was very friendly and knowledgeable. I usually go there for my eyebrows and the owner is super friendly too! Jagu had me try the underarms wax for the first time and I am so glad I did! I recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!!

I live in the city but am from Mt Prospect and make the travel all the way to Threading Wiz because I love it so much! I get my eyebrows threaded and tinted every time I go and I’ve never been disappointed. I’m super picky but she is so intricate and precise in what she does! I’ve recently started doing my Brazilian’s here as well. Great price, quick service and neat work.

I can always trust that I will walk out feeling beautiful.I usually make appointments with Hira(whos fantastic at threading and so sweet) but today Jagu threaded and tinted my eyebrows. She did a fantastic job! Jagu was so kind. We talked and laughed as she was working her magick.Overall: clean workspace, great service, kind staff, well priced.

This place is great! Only $8 for threading. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. The lady in there is very kind and patient with me as I have a very low pain tolerance. She’s been helping me fix my eyebrows for a few months after I took too much off with my beard trimmer (I didn’t have the $8 for a thread when I did that). I will keep coming back! Thank you for taming my unibrow!

Tried a new place as mine was closed. Same day appointment a positive & the lady was nice within my 5min appt session. However she chopped my brows so short and sparse. I knew I shouldn’t have trusted the place when I walked in and watched the lack of sanitation, which was none from client to client. I drew in my eyebrows and said I know there’s minimal hair in parts of where I have shading in however if you can only clean up outside the stenciled area. She said sure no problem, easy enough right? Next thing you know I look at the mirror and half my brow is gone, I was kinda in shock.. I feel like I am 15 years old and just made a mistake at the wrong place. I’m so upset i decided to trust this place. We all know eyebrows don’t grow in fast. I’d advice against this place unfortunately..so sad and disappointed my eyebrows are half gone in length!!-RESPONSE TO OWNERFirst proves a lot you are calling me a liar. you asked “why is your right uneven with left” - that’s when I then said from 15 years ago over waxing SO PLEASE LEAVE THEM UNEVEN AS I WOULD RATHER HAVE IT GROW OUT AND I WOULD PENCIL IT IN RATHER THAN TAKE MORE OFF TO MAKE EVEN. Clearly you didn’t understand that.Now that you want to argue, please tell me when I came in with stencil eyebrows why did you not stay outside the frame I asked you nicely to do so?I was there for 3clients prior to me, you did not santize your hands or chairs once (I should of left then.) You can just be bad at what you do, but don’t also be a bad business owner and call me a liar. You did a horrible job and I will let others know my experience so they don’t make the same mistake I did. I’m not just bored writing a review you really messed up and everytime I look In the mirror it gets me upset. I even made you stenciled area and you couldn’t even do that as well as the appt total for myself for lip,chin and brows took less than 5 min. Please explain why the stencil was so hard for you to stay outside of?

Had my first bikini wax done today. The woman (didn’t get her name) was very nice and patient. She kept checking on me seeing how I was doing. I could tell she was relaxed and of course experienced. The salon was clean neat. Very spacious. I will definitely be back.

I found this place on google and decided to go based on the reviews. Im so glad I did! I got my eyebrows and my upper lip threaded. The woman there did a wonderful job. I completely forgot to ask her name. I will be going back there when my eyebrows need grooming!

I came here and got my eyebrows threaded and tinted by Hira. They look amazing and now I dont have to fill them in with any brow pencil--which I just love. Hira did a great job keeping my natural thickness and shaping them just to my liking!

Loved my eyebrows. Very patient with my brother and myself and our watering eyes while being threaded (my third time, his first). Will definitely be coming regularly.

This place is super good. Everytime I go there the owner is there. Shes super nice and very knowledgeable. Shes not pushy, and very good in what she does. It took me a long time to find a place like that, believe me, Im very picky.

I have been going to this salon for about 2 years, Hira does an amazing job! I get my eyebrows, upperlip, binki wax and eyelash extension. Her work is amazing. She takes her time,Very patient. I’m always getting compliments on my eyebrows.The salon is very clean.The hours are great.The prices are beyond reasonable.

The place wasnt that clean. There was used thread and used cotton balls on the counter by the thread that was used on my face. The mirrors she gave me 2 were also dirty I have been here beforethat time it was clean and so I thought Id go back this is my sisters favorite place and the price isnt bad. Im disappointed that it was so dirty and they were ok with that. I asked her to clean the mirror she looked around for a minute and the solution for her was the other mirror.

Attitude: Felt like she was being rushed. I have a slight nose piercing infection & it was pointed out by the woman. She also kept pointing out to the guest before me that she had bad eyebrows & should get them done sooner.Actual threading: Done well, it was done quickly and more time couldve been taken but i would come again.
