The booking and the overall transaction was easy and smooth. I booked it online and the communication with the company was easy and they answered all my questions super fast. They came on time to the party, and the conductor (owner) was super kind and was so patient with the kiddos. Also, kiddos had a blast, and everybody in the neighborhood was outside to see the cute train. I highly recommend them for birthday party or any activity.

This was the best part of my kids party! My kids had a blast and the train also made a great prop for beautiful family fotos. I absolutely recommend them and will book for my sons next birthday.

48 hours prior to my sons birthday they cancel on me. We had a natural disaster hurricane and they wanted the full payment before they even showed up. I dont know them, they could have easily never showed up and scammed me. Scam artists to the fullest. I tried to work with them, by offering to pay half upfront and the rest when they arrive. They dont except credit cards. So they want access to your bank account. Do not use them!!! On believably rude. She hung up on me when I asked her to please stop being rude to me. I cannot say enough how heartbroken I am that my two-year-olds birthday will not have a train when the entire theme is trains. Such an awful experience!

We booked a 2 hour train for my triplets 5th birthday. We received a call from the rep saying they wouldnt make it 25 mins before they were supposed to be here. We agreed to have them come out the following Saturday at 1pm and they wouldnt charge us anything beyond the deposit we had given. The train arrived at the location at 11 am and obviously we were not there. We arrived at 1 and thats when the gentleman started setting up which took about 15 mins. For the next hour or so he literally only went about 150 feet And wound turn around. Mind you the entire street we were on is private but he would go no further. At 230 he says there are 11 mins left and i corrected him and said i rented for 2 hours. He argued and said he had a timer on. Simple math says 2 hours starting at 1 is 3 pm. He continued to repeat that he had a timer and then said he had been there since 11. Which again was not the agreed upon time. My kids got off to drink water and the driver packed up the train and left, owing me half an hour and leaving my kids disappointed. Do NOT rent from these people. The driver is rude and the company is unreliable.Their response is i only paid for one hour however i have IN WRITING that since they never showed up to the party we booked them for i would get 2 hours the following weekend for just the deposit i had already given of $350 which CLEARLY pays for more than one hour! This company is a scam!
