A little messy. Not like dirty, just disorganized feeling. However everything else is great. I go there all the time while Im at Cooperative Spirits Martial Arts Academy for Gatorades and small snacks/meals.

Great place to shop for discounted named brands as with all cheap shops there is a lot of tacky items non quality items and throw away fashion items. It is just a matter of looking. Great for hair products shampoo conditioner and styling products which are a lot cheaper than the supermarkets. Also great for chocolate and sweets/candy.

The cashiers greet you as soon as you come in. The store was very organized and stocked

This Dollar General is currently 02/2020 being renovated so any criticism would be inappropriate or outdated .. like all DGs it is a good place to shop necessities without the big box time penalty. Hopefully the staff will keep it better organized than it has been recently.

The people were friendly enough, however, I do NOT recommend getting any fish tacos from this location. I cant speak for other locations. Mainly because there are so many.

I will always miss the beautiful lady who always greeted me every night I went to shop there. Her sweetness will be sorely missed. The store wont be the same without her.

Place is absoloutely horrible as far as the staff goes most are okay but the older woman of white ethnicity completely denied my mother who has a medical condition the use of the restroom poor attitude and i will not ne shopping here again neither will any of my family will be contacting corporate as well sheer negligence and poor attitude has cost you a fair bit of buisness

I like the Dollar General they have many items that I am looking for and I dont have to stand in a long line or run around for Miles inside a store to find them Im in and out and thats what I like

This specific Dollar General has been through a lot. Its wonderful to finally see fresh faces and mostly clean floors. Unfortunately, the store is very small so on the days their delivery truck comes its a little cramped but definitely still able to be shopped. Hopefully, the new manager will get the last problem employee out of there and they will be an A team! Yaay Dollar General and their new staff!!!

The people who work here have no concept off what customer service is.

There is obviously a problem with Truck Day at this location. This is the day when employees and at least one manager SHOULD be arriving very early to unload the truck and sort the merchandise on to pallets, then the shelves. If youve been to a Dollar General location and noticed pallets around the store with more employees than normal stocking the shelves, youre there on Truck Day. Heres the problem with this location, first of all its filthy, like no one has swept or cleaned the shelves in months.Secondly, it would appear that every single day is Truck​ Day, because there are always pallets everywhere; blocking aisles and creating major hazards to customers. Im not talking about one or two, Im talking about dozens. Youre supposed to finish stocking new inventory ON Truck Day, and organizing overstock and pallets that could not be finished in an organized fashion in the back room. I can only imagine what the back room here looks like. Probably like there was a tornado that ripped through it.And lastly, because of the mismanaging of the Truck schedule, some of the shelves are bare (just the other day it was the garbage bag section) while the product is either sitting on a pallet in the back, or perhaps was never ordered in the first place.I worked at three Dollar Generals in my past. All were bigger than this store and always immaculate. Pallets were stocked to the shelves in just a few hours after the truck left early in the morning. It can be done. I cant for the life of me understand how they can just be left blocking aisles for days, sometimes the entire week, just to have the next Truck bring more.The first time I visited this store I couldnt believe my eyes, but I figured maybe they were in the process of moving aisles, or remodeling. But two years later I, the customer, still has to move pallets of heavy dog food or canned goods out of the way to get to the items I need; a dangerous accident waiting to happen.

While I was shopping I was overcome with a feeling of having to go to the restroom immediately. Only to find to my chagrin that the bathrooms somebody said they lost the keys. As it turned out both the mens and women had lost her keys. So you know what I did I left everything that I was shopping for right there in the cart and I left the store to go to the restroom. I did not go back there because I think its their responsibility to have at least one working bathroom available for their shoppers. We go in there at least twice a week sometimes 3 times a week and we are not always treated as we should and I could go on and on but I will let it go at that you get the picture

As usual it was a good shopping experience. I normally go once a week and always get what I need. The employees are very accomadating

A Tribute: To Miss. Kim(Kimberly Reynolds)Our community lost a great candid soul last week. Miss. Kim, who worked at Dollar General in Victoria Plaza in Apopka, FL. Trips to the Dollar General were looked forward to for my family. Upon walking into the store, we would hear from the register “Hello” or “Good Morning”. Regardless of the time of day we knew Miss. Kim was there because of her welcoming greeting. And once check out Mis. Kim would end the transaction with “Have a blessed day”. For some of us it was a day changer in our daily struggles of life. Aspiring if you will. Some of us needed that reminder to improve our tough times. Miss. Kim had keen senses and noticed that someone was either troubled or happy. She made it easy to talk too and was very approachable. I moved in the area in 2013. And Miss. Kim became a house hold name and part of our family. She had a great memory and remembered our names and always sincerely asked how we were. This was her contribution to our community, to our family. More so, our family. My daughter was three years old when her with interaction began with Miss. Kim. My daughter shy and mean took to Miss Kim as the years went on and she started looking forward to our trips to the Dollar General. My Lily would proudly tell say “Miss. Kim, Guess what I got honor roll”. And her response “I knew you would”. My daughter loved to share with Miss. Kim as they had this great friendship. My daughter was saddened as many of us were. She was a great meaningful part of our community. She worked at Dollar General for over a little over 8 years and we could always count on her to be there to open on time and maintain that welcoming smile in the evenings at closing. I hope this reaches her family as she shared loving stories of her children and grandchildren. Miss. Kim we will never forget your welcoming smile and your candid blessings.

The place was clean, friendly employees. I wanted little bottles to put shampoo etc in for traveling. They didnt have any.

Not very organized or clean and one person always seems to be working register.
