The team at this party city, including Benjamin who works at the front desk, is outstanding. The facility is so clean and inviting did it makes you want to stay. Everything is easy to find and the staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back for my party needs.

I spent 500 dollars easy just to make my new home a haunted house. Definitely a great experience in Party city.

Such a fun and colorful place. As soon as you walk in you get hit in the face with so much interesting things. From candy to decorations to costumes everything is so cheap for affordable prices. I decorated a 1 year olds party and no one was disappointed the decorations were great quality and pretty affordable.

I placed a balloon delivery order at the Apopka, Fl location and was completely 100% disappointed from start to finish on the customer service portion of this order. The product itself is good. The employees seem like they hate their jobs and put no effort into showing otherwise. They are rude. I was told my order would arrive at 9am so when I called at 9:10am to check the status, again…nothing but rudeness. They could care less about their customers.

I had an awful experience at this store. As I was looking at the cutlery, a female employee was in the aisle acting as if she was scanning items but kept coming into my personal space. I kept moving away and even addressing her at one point and she continued. It made me so uncomfortable that I had to hurry up, grab the items I needed, and check out.

We pruchased balloons for my nephews birthday on Friday, they told us we should come Saturday to fill the balloons but failed to mention we would likely have to arrive an hour early so we could wait in line to fill said balloons. The manager (Auriel) was flippant and dismissive and wouldnt even honor our request for a timely refund.

This party city has always been a choice spot to visit. They have a ton of costumes and party stuff.I plan on snagging some of the wedding stuff one day..Not gonna lie though some of the products are a little sus.. if you look around long enough youll surely know what I mean.I love the party costumes like the clown/Oldman stuff. The canes are a nice touch as well.

I shop at this Party City all the time. However, I never had to use the restroom. OMG!! Disgusting is not even the word! I found it shameful to have a business in a nice location be so filty! I mean the walls, floors, napkin dispenser, everything looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months.... or a year! I would advise mgmt to hire a cleaning crew to handle the restrooms. People with children are shopping here and kids have to go quite often. I never want to be caught in a tight at this store. Lol. Smh. Fyi... I had to use my foot and paper towels to scrub the toilet, so this is not as bad as it was originally. I have to do 3 times in order to squat over it. Horrible!

Went there for balloons as I waited for them to be blowed up the young lady over looked me. Adressed every other person that walked up very friendly and insured them that she would be with them promptly. As I stood there along with the others she never even made eye contact with me. Why? I have no idea. Other associate walked up and happily asked had I been helped and went ahead and blew up my balloons. I informed the manager who happen to be there helping with balloons as well. Manager gave me a weird look and softly told her worker something idk. Lol it was weird. Very inprofessional and judgemental feeling.

Always friendly and they have everything I need all in one place. The staff is extremely helpful finding things and even giving me ideas and suggestions. I will always go to this store even if its busy because its worth it.

My moms birthday is February 14 and that day is crazy busy everywhere. I ordered this year her ballons on the 13th to make it easier for me and avoid long lines, etc.Marvin the store manager was extremely helpful. I did curbside pick up and he brought them out. Made sure my order was perfect before I left. Overall I was very satisfied and happy with the customer service I received. My mom loved her ballons bouquet.

The strip mall this store is located in has recently gotten a huge upgrade. This in turn, makes that the store feel cleaner and nicer. I have always felt that Party City has too high of prices considering the quality of product that you receive, especially considering the nature of the purchase is a one-time-use. That said, the service at this location and the selection are very good.

Staff hung up on us 3 times when calling to find an item, when inquired on why we kept getting disconnected they said they didnt know. 1 time, okay, but not three times.

The place is great. The staff could use some personality training. It is called party city. Smile a little and not be so grumpy. If it was just one person Id say they were having a bad day but all the cashiers had attitudes.

A fun store! They always are well stocked, and they have lots of variety of everything you can imagine. Nice employees as well.

Very polite and helpful here. It was actually refreshing compared to other retail stores Ive been to in the area where as the employees should probably take a course in manners and customer service. 2 employees helped me here with out giving me attitude and offered further assistance to help me find something that wasnt readily visible and FOUND IT! Thank you party city, I wish I caught the employees name because this actually cause my day to be that much better!

Easy to find exactly what Im looking for

People there don’t care about their job or customer. I went to return an item that I had bought less than 7 days from returned day, not opened and original receipt. They were like “cannot return the item because is on clearance.” I said i don’t care if is on clearance NOW it was not on clearance when I bought it. So she called manager and she said the same thing. After I kept arguing with her she returned my money. My item was not purchased on clearance and was still unopened. Yeah try again. Corporate office will hear about this. And then the cashier was talking about me in front of her manager while returning the item. The manager told her to just go take a break.

The store is clean enough and everyone that works there is pretty cool. They always have little secret discounts throughout the store, which I love.

Marvin at the Apopka store was the best! I know it is a large order, but after calling and finding out that none of the other Orlando stores would be able to fulfill my order of 900 balloons, Marvin gave me peace of mind and said it was no problem. He is literally the best and this store is great! Really went out of their way to ensure that me as a customer was treated well.

I bought a hat for my niece here, and when we got home realized the sensor was still on. I bring it back and they tell me they dont own a machine to remove it and I can go to the winter garden store (an hour away) to have it removed. So I had to return it. No apology at all from them that I had to come back because they didnt mention that to me when I bought it. Then I go find things to buy. Im with 2 babies in a stroller and Im standing in line 10 min because all 3 employees here and doing balloons. Im the only one on the pay line waiting. Not one person, not even the manager, tells me theyll be right there. For TEN minutes! If my 3 year old didnt need the items for her bday today Id have walked out. Then I was trying to purchase a watch that had a big 25% off sign and they tell me oh only some of the watches were on sale. The sign says ALL WATCHES. I will never come here again!

Its huge in here. You can pretty much find anything you need for a party! Staff is friendly.

They dont have a large selection for different celebrations of the year. If youre planning for a December graduation buy your things in April/May because there wont be anything in December. The prices are high and the selection is limited.Balloons do cost extra for them to inflate or you can buy the helium tank and do it yourself. And they limit how many can be inflated unless you have a custom, called ahead order.The good was there was a gentleman who worked there and was helpful.

Party city has just about everything you need and more for parties. The people are always very nice and the new online ordering and pickup system works well too.

I can see why you all are hiring, the current employees do not do their jobs. I stood by the costumes for a good amount of time and the person that was supposed to be in that area decided to just wander around the store seeing that there was quite a few people waiting for him. I started walking towards him and then he turned around and walked the other way, to just stand by the entrance. Then another employee came by seeing that there were people that needed help, and I told her that I would like to try on a certain costume. She told me that I am supposed to go to the back of the store, and then proceeded to just walk around as well. These two employees were the most unhelpful people I have ever encountered at any store I’ve been to. I will never waste my time at this Party City again, I’d rather just spend the extra money and go to Spirit and not have to deal with people who don’t do their jobs and waste my time.Also as a sidenote, I attempted to order two different costumes online before going into the store and both of them had to be refunded because the options that I chose that were available were apparently not actually available they just had it on their website.

Had what I needed and more. One staff member exceptional...so would have been 5 stars. But!!!... Cashier not very friendly...as my husband said he couldnt wait to get us out of his hair.

We ordered balloons days in advance and when we got there WELL AFTER they were already suppose to be done they hadnt even done them yet!! We were a little upset because now we would be late having to wait MUCH longer. When we told them that they were suppose to be done hours ago they got very rude with us and started giving us attitude like it was our fault or something! Will never return.. it really isnt worth going there when there are other options!! I will be surprised if they last with those employees for very long!

Fifteen employees on the floor but they must have been in a meeting because they wouldnt pause their conversations with each other to help. Costumes on the wall need to be retrieved from the back by an employee. Good luck finding one willing to assist and hope that they come back within the hour. Its ok if you just need party supplies and you know exactly what you want and where it is. Selection is very limited though. Dont go here if youre hoping they have supplies you cant find at any other dollar store in the same area.

Terrible customer service! I arrived at 10:45 to pick up balloon order that was supposed to be ready at 10:30. They hadnt even started the order and acted annoyed with me! I had even called the night before to make sure they were aware and ask them to change the pick up time to 10, I was assured they would be. Its now 11:30, my daughters birthday party starts in a half hour and they are still not ready! 😡

I cant give this rating a 0. This is the worst experience I have had at a Party City. I have been to this location 2 times. The first time I went to check things out. I saw what I thought, was a good deal on some things, clearance. Upon getting to the register, the items rang up full price. I told the girl at the checkout, that even another associate had pointed the things on sale. So a price check was done, and I was told that all of those items were in the wrong location. I went back to check the items, and they were magically put in the places where I guess they were supposed to be. I then gave the store the benefit of the doubt, and decided to go back a couple of weeks later to find a costume for a Halloween party. I spent almost $100.00. I get home to put on and get ready to go to a party, only to find that there is an ink tag on the item. Now I have to rush back out and waste time that I do not have, to have this removed. I will NOT be back to this location.

If I can Put ZERO start I will do it. Two weeks ago I went to the store night time, I got there 40 minutes before closing, I bought things for my sons birthday, when I came to cashier register I asked her that I will like paw patrol balloon and if somebody can put air on it, but cashier register told me that after 8 pm they cant put air on balloon. Next day I came again to the store which is closer to my house about 30 minutes away anyway, I asked to speak with manager about night before, only thing manager said to me sorry and he never heard anything about that. I stepped out very disappointment I was thinking he will give a least a discount on my travel back again to the store, but manager wasnt helpful at all and He didnt want to offer me any discount. I am not planning to come back to the store again, they are all lazy, they need to improve customer service and manager needs to do his job and treat better and professional to customers.

The store was amazing and clean! Very well organized.

If you need to get specific items, it has a lot to choose from. But.. we usually get helium balloons at the dollar tree store. My little one wanted a Minecraft theme birthday, so I needed different shades of green balloons. We got 9 of them from party City. Those balloons started to deflate in about 2 hours. The balloons from the dollar store last weeks. Sometimes even longer. The balloons are almost twice the price and thats just the colored balloons.

If I can give a 0 a would. Was this morning to buy a balloon only one cashier and it was two people in line then me and two more came after. I waited ther for 10 minutes when it was my turn she get the balloon she didnt blew it because she was to get the line down really? It only took 1 minute to blow up the balloon and she wanted me to wait other 10 minutes to get the line down. I can understand she was by herself, but I waited my turn and I wasnt mad until she said that. Second time there and the stuff is terrible with customer service.

We on Friday morning ordered 6 green balloons 6 blue balloons and one ninja turtle balloon. To be picked up at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. I got there at 12 and didnt get the balloons until 1:45. I had to wait that entire time for them to get the balloons ready when they should have been ready at 11 a.m. . I was so angry if I had dealt with it then I would have lost my mind. The customer service was horrendous. When I asked what they would do to compensate me for my time. They said Were sorry about the wait thats all they could do. It was a good thing I was in such a hurry. Other wise I would have gone off on them.

Clean store. Did lose my balloon order. But tried to find it. After 30 mintue had me go get the same balloons off the shelf and filled for free.

Spent alot for my daughters sweet 16 balloons bouquet and they were flat the next day when i gave them to her.

The store is beautiful and well stock... Only thing i disliked was there was one cashier working and other employees walking around and wouldnt help out until a customer went to ask for another cashier to help.

What a sad for excuse an employee... I cant believe he gets paid. I called to see if they had a certain item in stock. I gave the employee Ian the item # and says yeah we have like 5 left. I ask are you sure because I live 45 mins away and every parry city I called was sold out. He confirmed we have it. So I drive 45 mins and get to store and theres Ian at register. I ask him for item and he brings 6 different items that are not what I requested. I asked him did you check the item # that I gave you and his goofy response is No I just thought this is what you were looking for. Are you kidding me???!!! I wasted 2 hrs of my day off!!!
