First off renting a bounce house for a birthday can be really stressful especially since you worry if it will arrive on time for your party !Michelle was very professional and exceeded my expectations as far being prompt on time of delivery and pick up . The quality of the bounce house was amazing . Perfect for our toy story theme . I was hesitant on renting because of covid however she went over their cleaning process as well and I felt very safe it was very clean.Her staff did a great job on placement of the bounce and securing the device. Look no further . Thank you all and I will be calling for my next event !

Ordered the Disney Princess 4-in-1 bounce house with water slide. The top was covered so I didn’t have to worry about my daughter being in direct sunlight all day. That was a huge bonus. The staff that delivered was very friendly and set up quickly. They delivered the day before the event so my daughter got some extra time with it. It was a big hit at her birthday party. We loved it and will definitely be ordering from them again!

Merry Minstrel came highly recommended from a local Facebook page Im on. After giving them a call to see if a water slide would work in our backyard and sending them pictures we rented the 15ft double water slide for my sons birthday and it was a BLAST. They dropped it off and picked it up on time. Very clean and professional. My kids are already planning our next birthday. lol.Thank you guys again.

We were extremely impressed by the party rentals that Merry Minstrel provides. They had the most inventory . They walk us through the process and made sure we had everything we needed. Customer service went above and beyond. We ordered a double slide with slip and slide at the end and they came out twice to ensure it was proper and safe for our guests. Rented the princess bounce house combo for my 4 year old daughters birthday. Great prices and very pleasant customer service. They dropped off the bounce house a couple hours before the party and left it a few hours after it ended for more enjoyment. I rented a bounce house and a clown from this company. The bounce house was delivered clean and on time. The face painting was very good and the clown also did really nice balloons as well. I would highly recommend Merry Minstrel for childrens parties. The customer service was very good.

I will NEVER use this company again and just thought I should warn others about their lack of responsibility and professionalism. On June 15 I rented a double water slide, carnival game station, and was also supposed to get 30 chairs and 5 tables. I had prior communication via text and inquired about the tables/chairs. I was told they were available and THOUGHT they were added to my invoice. My invoice read “decor package: table” which I assumed meant that the chairs and tables came in some sort of bundle deal. That was one of my mistakes... assuming these people would do their job. The day of the delivery, I wasn’t home but my 15 year old nephew was (and only him). I got home 2 hours before my party to set up to NO TABLES OR CHAIRS. When I called to ask, I was told by someone named Melissa that they just “forgot” At this point I was upset but understanding. We are all human! I asked them to drop them off ASAP to which she responded that they couldn’t because THEY RAN OUT OF CHAIRS!!!! Unbelievable. She then tells me that I never paid for chairs. Apparently the line item on the invoice was only for the tables. I was livid. They basically ruined my party and now 2 hours before it I had nowhere to sit my guests. THANK GOD that Vanessa’s Party in Kissimmee saved the day with PLENTY of chairs and tables in stock. This was not my first time renting from Merry Minstrel but it was definitely my last. Oh, and to make the story even better they came 2 hours early to pick up the inflatables claiming that “an older gentleman told them so” when my 15 year old nephew was the only person home when they came to drop them off. I ended up getting a refund for the tables they charged me for thankfully. This company is terrible and doesn’t deserve to ruin anyone else’s parties due to their lack of responsibility. The water slide turned off 3 times during the party because the “wise” installers plugged it and the other inflatable in the same outlet, tripping the breaker repeatedly. They should be very grateful that none of my guests were injured. Thanks for nothing!

AMAZING SERVICE! Thank you for saving our daughter and her boyfriends surprise graduation/leaving to boot camp party on such short notice after another company dropped the ball the day before! (We had about 60 people) We got the Tiki Island water slide and it was a hit! The 2 young men that delivered the slide were very professional. They call/text when they are on the way to deliver as well as picking up. They bring their own supplies like hoses and extension cords just in case you dont already have them. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family anytime!My daughters boyfriend will be back from boot camp in about 12 weeks so we will definitely be using your services from now on, Awesome job!

We waited for hours for a response initially regarding the pricing of the bounce house. The pricing was good. It spoke of an additional fee if we are out of the delivery area which we were. The lady then had to check to see if they could deliver to us. You deliver to Saint Cloud...why not another 20 minutes out if we are willing to pay the extra fee. When you finally call back at the last minute you ask if we want to cancel the order we just placed because of rain chances. When we respond you turn around and say you are going to cancel it anyways because its not cost efficient for your company to deliver to one person. I for one will never come to you again. And I want to thank you for waiting until the very last minute to ruin the only thing my niece wanted for her 5th birthday party. Shame on you!

The experience i had was the worst the owner michellM rented me a waterslide bouncy house for a full day which I Paid $209 the boys came in 4 hours to pick it up I called the owner she said it was for a full day witch is sun rise to sunset which is not 4 hours when u rent a bouncy house its always 24 hours she said i was delusional and that i was drunk mind you i am pregnant and had a bottle water which her staff clearly saw and apologies in her behalf cops were call and and clearly were on my side and she said im Igoing to pick it up wether id like it or not the police completely told her she could be thrown in jail for trespassing she was very unprofessional behavior never again nobody paid $209 for four hours of a rental

They had quite a strapping young lad working with them. He was strong and legend says he and the infamous Dr. Rush rolled up the vertical rush by themselves.

Dont get nothing from this place what is advertised is not what they bring .!
