Milton is not only a friend of mine, but we also exchange plenty of services. If I need a tow, I call him every single time.He keeps his trucks in excellent condition and always ready to work. He has moved plenty of vehicles for me at the drop of a hat. When he says hes on his way, thats what he means.As a shop owner, it is extremely important to me to have a reliable tow service. The big thing with Aces to me was that they were honest. AAA constantly tells you “55” minutes, then when an hour goes by, you call them and they say “we’re backed up” it’ll be 45 minutes, and when they do that, you know it’s another lie. AAA is dishonest to keep you on the hook long enough that by the time you realize they’ve lied three times and it’ll really take four hours it’s too late to call someone else. Forget that. Happened yesterday, again.So I called Aces. Aces was very honest about the pick-up time which is all I wanted. They were there when they said they would be. The service was also professional and excellent. Thank you Aces.

Me and my sister were waiting for AAA to send a tow truck out for several hours, our car battery and phone batteries died, and we were stuck on the side of the highway. The whole time, tow truck after tow truck drove past us because we were not their problem. Then Milton drove up, came up right to us and without hesitation brought us into his truck to warm up, pulled our car onto the bed, and drove us home. He was kind, understanding, and went out of his way to help us. I have since moved away from the area but if I am ever in trouble in the Maryland/DC area, I know this is the service I would call.

Excellent experience following the disappointment of a flat tire while checking on our real estate listings. Not only did I get a quick response that the call had been received and a time for arrival (35 minutes from the call dispatch), Milton showed up 5 minutes early with a friendly, get-it-done approach. He was quick and offered some great advice. Hes definitely going on our companys suggested local vendors list.

Mr. Harrod is always to the rescue even on holidays! We were in traffic on 50 headed to the Eastern Shore when our car died and he was there within 20 minutes ON THANKSGIVING. Hands down best tow experience I have ever had! My car overheated on my way home from Salisbury in the middle of the night and Milton came to get me at 3am when no other tow companies would! I was dreading the long drive back home to the Baltimore area but he got me and my car there safely and I got some good conversation out of the drive also. Fast, friendly overall great service. 10/10 recommend Aces Towing.

I came all the way up from Virginia to see a friend. Broke down right off of route 50, called Milton and he came and picked me up off the side of the road and took me all the way back home!!! Very very polite and great service, and good prices, not expensive at all! Very great service and I will be going back to him if I ever have any more problems up in that area! I can not thank him enough for saving me! VERY VERY professional and super super nice!! On a Sunday in the afternoon, he came and when he couldnt find me he didnt stop trying or nothing. When he couldnt find the car he would call me immediately and give me updates. I road back with him to VA and he was just very respectful. Getting a car towed is not usually a good thing, but working with Aces Towing was a great experience. He was available late on a Sunday, arrived right away, was very nice, and completed the whole job quickly and painlessly. Also, reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend.

Milton, the owner, was amazing. After locking our keys in the Audi he was able to get the car open quickly and saved us hundreds of dollars because Audi was no help. Highly recommend his business (very professional and very sweet individual) and will use him in the future if any other car issues occur.

I was broke down on route 50 and Googled tow companies near me, reached out to three companies before I reached Ace towing what a blessing. first company advised it would be late in the evening, second mentioned a few hours, third said they didnt have a flatbed.Ace towing said theyd be there in 30 minutes. As he was heading southbound he saw me on the northbound side and called me and said I see you Ill be 5 minutes at this point I realized Ace was the best choice why I didnt call Ace first.From the beginning of the phone call advising them I was broke down, properly getting my vehicle on the flatbed, un loading my vehicle at my business - hands down my experience was more than a five star review. Aces Towing was called when another company was unable to maneuver the narrow street where my vehicle was located. My daughter found another way home after the other company failed. Aces was called , but the keys were not left with vehicle.Milton offered to go my daughters to get the keys instead of letting stay until next day. He was able to maneuver his flatbed truck down a narrow street and delivered my vehicle to my residence. Milton did not make any extra money for going the extra mile. I did not have any cash on hand because I would have given him a tip. The next time I need a tow I will ask dispatch to call Aces first. I highly recommend Aces TowingMava A.Scott

I needed to have my car moved due to road work being done where it was parked. I called Aces Towing around 9:30 pm on Easter Sunday and my call was returned immediately. The gentleman, Milton, gave me a quote for the price which I thought sounded very reasonable and I told him I would think about it and give him a call back. I called back after midnight (he picked up) and we made arrangements for him to tow my car at 6am. He was there on time, was extremely nice and took care with my vehicle even though its not in the best condition. He used a flatbed (the one in the picture) and delivered my car with no issues, got me my receipt and had me ony way in time to get my daughter ready for school and myself for work. I would definitely recommend ACES, I will be using him again when I have the same vehicle towed for repair. He told me he is retired and available 24/7. Very pleased with his nice, professional service .

The first time I called aces towing was this summer when i fell asleep at the wheel and bent my axle I believe. I was so worried however, they were professional and handled my car with care. They even gave me advice on my car and being unfamiliar with what I damaged I was very comfortable and grateful. Then last night I locked myself out of my car getting off of work in 32 degree cold weather. Calling Aces Towing actually saved me a lot of time and money. They are very consistent in service.
