The person who came and towed me , was very nice and real chill , we had a great conversation even waited on me. as I was trying to figure out my bank situation . Fr. He founded me sleep when he arrived. Definitely would highly recommend if your in Annapolis and they have a great price as well

Did not help me at all. I was a holiday rental office was closed.I called to let them know that I had a rental car and the rental office where I lived was closed and couldnt get a pass for my rental car. The person at the towing company said they couldnt me.And I needed to leave a message.I told them that they are not going to call me back on the weekends or holidays he insist and I keep calling so basically they were no help also it doesnt help the rental office where I live at would not realize the life still goes on when the rental office is closed and there parking rules are ridiculous. They will tow a car thats in a spot before they tow a car thats parked on the curb illegal

I’m aware that vehicle towing is a nasty business, but the complete and total lack of professionalism and tact displayed at this business is astounding. The owner, Carlos, should be ashamed of how he’s conducting his business.My car was towed from the condo complex that I reside in. My parking pass wasn’t displayed at the time, (yes, I’m aware that this is my error.) I was informed by a nice young man (Brian) who met me the next day when I picked up my car at the tow lot that I could have the property management company contact the office Monday morning (it was the Easter holiday weekend), to explain that I was in fact registered with the complex, and I should receive a refund.I had a representative from the property management company call the office directly. She spoke to the owner, Carlos, who informed her that his very own employee didn’t have the authority to make that statement on behalf of the company, and that since I had already picked up my vehicle and paid, he refused to refund me. If I had known that this was the “policy”, I would have asked to speak to the owner directly.I understand that this man, Carlos, has a business to run, but I’m astounded. To be that unrelenting and heartless during a time where many folks, myself included, have been laid off and are struggling to make ends meet us just sad and selfish... what a mercenary person you are, Carlos.

Horrific work environment!! First of all I want to say that this review is the 100% absolute truth and Im sure the owner will have a rude non professional comment to respond with as he does all the other negative reviews he received and anyone can see that for themselves!! My husband worked here for about two years. Longer than any other employee who soon quit after being hired because the way they was disrespected! The time my husband worked here he was disrespected on just about a daily basis!!! The owner talked to him and be little himin front of his co workers, his 7 year old son and myself!! My husband worked days without sleep and was away from home from his family for days and if we were to visit him he would get in trouble! Not only did he work him to death without sleep he did not pay him fair! Because he only gets paid by the tow he would go days working for free sitting there because there would be no cars to tow!! He said he paid 50 dollars for them to be at the shop! 50 dollars for 24 hours?if he left something behind in the tow truck like a bottle of water or a bag he took 25 dollars out of his pay for a cleaning fee!My husband finally had enough and he quit without notice!! When he got his last pay he was cheated 300 dollars and when he asked why he was accused of taking o jumper box and my husband had a motor ofhis stored in the shed the owner will not give it back!! He was told he was charged for towing his car home . Which he tried to pay for and the owner refused!! This man is a mean bitter person and I sure hope he sleeps well at night knowing how mean he is to others!! The old saying is treat others with respect and u will be respectful!! I pray that god opens his eyes and he learns how to treat people the way they should be treated! If he does not stop treating his employees this way he will never keep anyone working for him!!! Being a owner of the company doesnt mean u have to be mean?? My husband actually loved the job other than not getting paid fairly and being talked to like that everyday! The only reason he didnt was because he felt his boss would than fire him so he couldnt quit or just get treated worse until his last day! Let me start this off by saying I don’t care that my car was towed or having to pay for it, i get it, it’s necessary. But Wow, These guys are real stupid. Like REALLY stupid. They don’t even know how to use their own card reader or how to print a receipt without writing it by hand. Not to mention how rude they were to me when it was 9 o’clock in the morning and I have to pay almost $400 bucks to release it when it’s only been 3 hours.If you value your business, I recommend choosing a much more professional towing company to do the job. Towing is a necessary evil but you can do way better than using these Top Notch idiots.

After being towed by these criminals my car had been broken into. I would advise bringing police with you to pick up your property. I would not be surprised if criminal activity is happening here behind closed doors. Not upset about my tow either, my car was somewhere it could be towed from, but the shadyness of this company is insane. They need their licence revoked. if anyone has similar stories, let me know so I can have a lawfirm handle these people.

This company towed a car from my development that I was borrowing from a friend for the weekend, which I parked in a spot other than my own because a neighbor/visitor of a neighbor had accidentally parked in my reserved spot for the night. Being a nice person, I didnt want to call the towing company because people make honest mistakes. This company charged me $416 to retrieve the car with fees such as a 4% credit card processing fee. I had to walk into a very suspicious looking lot with no official company sign and having the gate locked behind me as I walked in, making me very panicked in the situation. I am upset that a company could charge such an amount to tow a car from where I have lived for years and then charge me that much money to get it back. He assured me that it was the standard towing price in Anne Arundel County and there was nothing at all he could do to lower the price. I have never had issues parking in our neighborhood and it is clear that this is a company preying on those who make simple mishaps, charging them insurmountable prices to retrieve their vehicles. I understand the need for a towing company in a shared community with limited parking, but these prices are highway robbery.
